I really like this stores. Staff is always pleasant unlike the owner and sons at Larabee’s down the street! You can special order items. Love the selections!!! Please support so we can keep in our area!

Every time I go the bags of washed greens are expired and a soupy mess. The staff state out the windows all day, which makes me uncomfortable. But I like their selection and the staff are overall friendly. Re Larrabee’s, I’m glad FY came to town. Larrabee’s owners are unfriendly. Now I have a place to go without being made to feel dumb.

I love Fruitful Yield, and do the majority of my weekly grocery shopping at health food stores. This location was a long time coming as there isn’t another of these chains so close to the city. I’m not particularly a fan of any chain who chooses to open it’s doors in such close proximity to a competing smaller mom & pop store like Larrabee just a couple blocks down on North Avenue though– so my star docking admittedly has nothing to do with this store or the staff itself.
Long time lover of the Fruitful Yield brand/​chain, and this store doesn’t disappoint. Love the fact that they carry some fresh produce as well– most of which are set at quite reasonable prices. There are a few things here I simply won’t buy because they are way overpriced– but the majority of the products are competiviely priced and well stocked.
There is a cooler and frozen section which carries some great vegetarian and vegan as well as organic pre-​made food options. They carry Amy’s which is a great on-​the go healthful staple in my home and a plus. Tons of gluten free options from cereals to baking supplies, snacks and frozen entrees.
The staff here is friendly although most seem a bit green to the industry although eager to lend a hand in finding products. Good selection of supplements and natural products– they carry beauty products (from shampoos and makeup to lotions and soaps) as well as natural household cleaners and natural pet products.
TIP: Closest Fruitful Yield to the city located right off Harlem and North Avenue.

Great store. It is not your typical strip mall health food store. It is organized, well stocked and offers many of the popular gluten free, vegan, all natural or dairy free products.
This location Is conveniently located off Harlem Ave on North Ave and there is plenty of private parking. For most items, they are cheaper than Whole Foods or other specialty stores of similar caliber.
Reward members receive discounts on purchases and other offerings non members do not.
Good prices, friendly and helpful staff members and easygoing accessible. No complaints here. I’ll keep saving when and where I can.

* It’s refreshing & oh so convenient to have a FY in my neighborhood!
* I nearly lost my mind back in the summer when I saw a «FY COMING SOON sign in the window! I contacted FY via FB a few times, to inquire about the exact opening date: D
* I no longer have to visit the Elmhurst location, though I still might, because it’s not far from the j/​o/​b.
* The employees are always cordial & helpful.
*The free valet parking, directly in front of the store… is GREAT! :D

This is the coolest store! I came here right after a pricey trip to Whole Foods and realized they have most of the same things for about a dollar cheaper! Unfortunately their produce section wasn’t set up yet, but I’m really excited for whats to come! I feel bad because the employees looked bored out of their minds and my boyfriend and I were the only customers in the store for at least an hour, but that’s soon to change as soon as more people hear about this store! I’ll definitely be back!
PS: Their tea section is awesome and they even have a small section for lotions/​cosmetics/​essential oils!
