I absolutely love this spot. Everything I’ve ordered has been incredibly fresh and tasty. There’s a wide range of menu items as well as some fine cocktails and wines to choose from. The service is always great and the delivery is speedy on those nights when you want sushi to come to you!

This is by far my favorite sushi bar I’ve been to! The sushi was amazing. I had the Godzilla roll and Volcano. They cut the rolls thinner so you can really appreciate the flavors. I tried the cold sake for the first time that was recommended by my waitress. It was sparking something. It was very good!, The service was fast(for a sushi place) and again our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. I didn’t catch her name but she was tall, thin, with blonde hair. She was awesome. I will deff stop by every time i crave sushi!

Stopped in today for lunch. Wonderful service. Miso soup is really good. The prices are very reasonable. The staff was nice. Would come back if I’m in town. Very clean place that is well decorated.

Major disappointment. Went last night and the food was bad with a very loud talkative host. I don’t know about you, but when I go to a place I really want to hear the ppl I am with not a loud obnoxious host talking and flirting with another server who got off work from near by. It was weird hearing all that as it was weird walking by the kitchen and seeing her getting a massage from one of the cooks at one point of the night. Talk about a attention seaker. Anyways the sushi was a major let down. Crab cakes were soggy, the rolls I got were very forget able if not awful. I kept hearing a microwave going off and was wondering why, but realized it was our sushi that kept coming to our table super warm. It was just a really bad experience and won’t go back. The only good thing was our server. She was attentive and really did not do anything wrong. To bad for that host or bar tender, what ever she was there.

I’ve been here on 50+ occasions and I will keep going forever! We found this place through groupon and have not stopped since. We usually order a bunch of food for pick up to have at work almost every Wednesday or Thursday for months and months now. They are quick even when they are busy. Fish is always fresh! For quality I think they are priced just right. Now eating on location has been a great experience too. I’ve taken several of my friends here and they all have enjoyed it. Service is great. The girls that work the tables are so sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves sushi! Any roll is delicious and their appetizers are amazing too. Also get the garlic edamame. I will say you will never go back to regular edamame again.

Chicagoland’s winters can be brutal even for lifelong residents. It’s dreary, cold and the sidewalks are covered with dingy looking snow by February. And then there’s summer. Chicago’s summer albeit shorter this year than one would have hoped, has been delightful. I have joyfully taken advantage of patio seating when available because I want to soak it up while I can. Inari’s first gold star is for having a patio with a covering for the delicate flower in me. I get fresh air and shade at the same da_n time. Cheers to that! I wish I could tell you that I checked this place out on my own after having seen its patio. But I didn’t. I actually would not have expected to find great sushi in the burbs on North Ave but I did thanks to my gal pal who has been a long time patron. My friend has raved about this place for a while. Each time, she would mention it, I would say I would give it a try and then I never do. I believed it to be good but also believe that often times locals often love the neighborhood place for reasons other than the food. She grew up close by so I did not put my stock into it and figured I would get to it eventually. So as fate would have it, she and I met a few weeks back for a bite and she chose her go to place since I never tried it. I enjoyed everything we ordered but the seared tuna, beef wrapped asparagus and garlic edamame were extremely memorable. I liked it so much that I made a second run with the honey later that week. This was a welcomed find. Inari, I heart you.

I am continually ordering and dining here. They have great customer service, clean and the food is the best sushi I’ve had so far. Will continue to order from here.

My first time here for a relative’s birthday… Awesome! The maki(rolls) and everything else was great. Loved the chill atmosphere, comfortable seating and not as claustrophobic as many sushi places which are not only tiny but poorly interior designed and uncomfortable. Very clean, good service by the waitresses, and the chef’s even put up with some very typically awkward family who wanted to take pictures with them very nicely and generously. About the only thing I would«knock» is the choice of music piped through the speakers which was typical elevator/restaurant style music. I prefer instrumental only music with a mix of traditional and classical music like what I remember Fuji Grill(another awesome sushi place has). So my top 3 sushi places in the Chicagoland area so far are: 1) Sushi Ya(Schaumburg) 2) Fuji Grill 3) Inari Sushi(pretty much in that order though I have not been Sushi Ya in over two years so no idea if it is still as good as I remember so Inari might be a 2 or even a 1. This will be my new go-to for close good sushi.

Compared to other places in the suburbs I’ve visited, I think that selection and value is lower with the exception of the lunch time sushi deluxe special which is about $ 16. I’ve ordered it many times not to be disappointed and the restaurant does to a lot of things the right way. Service is prompt, clean, and like many sushi restaurants most of the food is prepared where you can see it. There’s also a full service bar. I would consider coming here more frequently if I lived in the area. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn’t feel to me like any innovation is happening here. I’m sad to say that I see a lot of the same dishes I see in other places but with slightly less fish depending what you select. I would love to see more creativity because I believe this team could be very capable and they have a great location.

There is a couple of us that love their lunch special! Three rolls with soup for like $ 13! Spicy tuna is our favorite! Shrimp tempura is another favorite. They have a couple of great speciality rolls as well, just ask the waitress. Super friendly place!!! Love them! They got great appetizers and desserts too:-)

Pretty impressed with the sushi here. I’ve had it a handful of times and it has always been very fresh and tasty. The Godzilla roll is a favorite of mine. Inari Is a small intimate place, good for a date night. I’ve never had a problem with service, always friendly and polite. Parking can be a bit hectic on the weekends but i don’t mind because the sushi is worth it!

Good sushi and decent lunch deals, but apart from a surprisingly varied dessert list, nothing too spectacular. Located in a restaurant strip mall along North Avenue that houses two Italian eateries, a Cuban joint, a Chinese spot, and a tiny Mexican place. Your choices for sushi around the Melrose Park area are extremely limited – it’s pretty much either here(Elmwood Park) or in downtown Elmhurst. The sushi nigiri was just okay, but the sashimi was varied and delicious and everything came out on a wooden platform. The servers here are about average; the interior is clean and has a distinctly modern feel to it. Prices are moderate. What’s of surprising note is Inari’s dessert list, which – apart from the standard green tea ice cream – has cookie dough egg rolls and fried banana wontons on it. I haven’t tried either, but I can’t see how they’d be anywhere near awful. Plus points for having these as options! Best sushi spot in the area… which isn’t saying much. But still, I’d recommend.

Small space, but great service and food. Took my family here for sushi and the server was so nice to my young kids. She spoke to them on multiple occasions and presented them with chopstick helpers so they could join in the fun of picking up food with something different than the usual. We dined on fried calamari, spicy shrimp and diver scallop maki rolls.

Will never come back to this place! Very dark! If you take a closer look at dishes, — it’s not clean! The spoon in miso soup was dirty… Probably that is why the interior is that dark, so nobody won’t notice dirt everywhere. Sushi are overpriced. Waitress was flying around and didn’t pay attention to us, however there were only 4 small tables and she behave so busy… Just looked funny. Very disappointed and not gonna ever come back.

Been there, ate their amazing diverse sushi meals, rolls, ordered from them many times for office lunch with coworkers, absolutely delicious. The service is great, the chefs are right on, the food coming to the table is fresh and just melting in your mouth. Let’s not forget the desert also. Just could not wait till someone would take a picture of the banana tempura. Love it!

I took my younger sister and my 4 yr old son for dinner here on a Friday night. This was my second time dining here and I have to say that service was a lot better this time around! Our waitress was very patient with my son. My sister and I ordered miso soup. The soup lacked flavor(I’ve had better). My son ordered the gyoza and a side of steamed rice. He really enjoyed his dinner. My sister and I shared the sushi deluxe and the Ocean View maki. I really enjoyed the maki as it had tuna, snapper, eel, spicy crab, avocado and some tempura crunch with a little drizzle of sweet soy sauce. Yumm! The sushi was very fresh too.

Besides the fact that all the staff was on their cell phones during my visit with my two kids I can say a few more things About this place: 1: we ordered three rolls and when I set up my kids with their orders I proceeded to pick up a piece of my roll and despite the darkness of the restaurant I saw a thick black hair rolled into my meal. Trying not to gag at this sight I told the waitress and then she asked me if I did not want to finish it? Really? I looked at her and said no, then she returned and told me I would not be charged for that! 2: the restaurant needs to be hosed down and lit up! I get the whole dark and sexy lighting atmosphere but that only works if you have a place that is organized and clean! 3: the one star was a pity star
