I can’t stand this starbucks. They always get my drink wrong and over charge me. It’s always over crowded and the line is long. Will start going to a different one or Peets.

So this is a typical Starbucks with outdoor seating shaded by the ubiquitous Starbucks green umbrellas outside. Inside are dark wood tables and chairs located near plenty of electrical outlets. What made this one stand out to be was that there was a charging station up front with 3 different types of connectors so that you could charge your cell phones even if you forgot to bring your charger cord with you. There were signs which said«Say hello to wireless charging» which drew me in for a closer look. There were brightly colored rings on top. Apparently, you plug one of these into your phone(they seem to be color coded) and place it on a charging spot and it charges your phone for you. What will they think of next? I was headed to a local dance venue where I was planning to stay up late so I dropped in here for a Venti flat white, which was my obsession at the time. What is a flat white you might ask? Well, according to the Starbucks signage, there was an extra ristretto shots of Guatemalan Casi Cielo for a slightly sweeter espresso finish with velvety steamed whole milk. I don’t know about all that, but I DO know these these are ADDICTIVE. I usually order the plain flat white, but on this occasion I decide to go for broke and add shots of vanilla and raspberry syrup. Mmmmm… this feels so much like a dessert that I think I’m heading over to Nothing Bundt Cakes to see if they have a flavor to go with this. Oh… I think I’m already on a sugar high.

Long lines but they move fast! It’s a roomy place and the food/condiment stands are well stocked. Downfall is the bathroom is on the dirty side.

Extremely slow, and the weird part is that they have plenty of people working there. People are lovely and the coffee is good. Everything else about this place is great. I’m leaving this review in hopes that they figure out a more efficient service system.

Every seat and table is taken over by someone on their laptop. Not the best location to meet up with someone for coffee. Poorly maintained. Definitely does not meet the standard that Starbucks promote. I should add that service is also slow.

As Starbucks locations go, this one is great– fast and efficient! I have visited at 8:30 am, 11:00 am, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm and each time the line was short or nonexistent. Baristas made my drinks quickly and correctly. Plenty of seating inside, too.

Great Starbucks! The employees were fast and efficient here which I appreciated:) one lady would call down the line of drinks and then the cashier would ring them up. By the time I was done paying, I only had to wait 10 seconds for my drink. My drink was made perfectly in one try(usually the baristas don’t pay attention to the soy milk or upside down). It was very delicious too:) thanks so much for a great experience for my first time at this Starbucks.

Free wi-if is always a plus. There is almost always a table to sit at. Outlets are plentiful; no need to be selfish! Downside is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Toilet paper and empty cardboards everywhere on the bathroom floor!

Extremely rude. I have been here on 2 separate occasions, and the first time, the staff was not rude to me, but to the customer before me. She simply asked how long her drink will be, as she saw customers who ordered after her receive their drinks before she did. That question was warranted. Then staff member tells her, «wait, it’s coming» in the worst possible ever. This time, it happened to me. I order 2 different bento frappaccinos, and the one taking my order decides to give me the largest attitude she also can have. If you hate Starbucks, or hate working in a customer service environment, I suggest getting out

This Starbucks location is a great place to go if you feel like clubbing during the day. Espresso shots and rap music. Come on… No judgements against rap music. Starbucks just isn’t the place to be playing it. Also the people that worked there, well, they matched the music in many ways.

Ample parking in private lot close to freeway and next to other shops like jamba juice and bevmo. There’s several small tables and charging stations. The music isn’t too loud, and it’s pretty clean and peaceful. Free wifi. Good place to do homework when you can’t focus at home.

I was rolling thru Emeryville and got a Craving for a Latte. So I rolled to Starbucks . I was able to find parking because this particular Starbucks is Located in a small shopping mall. I like this Starbucks because it has a lot of Outdoor seating The only thing I dont like is the wait. Its a popular Starbucks. Theres usually a line . I ordered a Latte and it took about 10 minutes . I paid by Credit card and roll out.

Do not do company or party orders here… they messed up 3 seperate times for different company meetinfs and never showed a sense of urgency to meet our schedule… 30 mins late… same sorry excuses every time… Do not schedule order for pick up in advance… even ordering 6 hour in advance means nothing… seriously… and I’m lenient…

Sometimes proximity wins out over preference. I hate to admit that I have been frequenting Starbucks more often. This one was alright — the location is a little bit random, but I was happy to have a coffee option nearby my client meeting. They were fairly fast with my order which was great. Seating was challenging to find(although the location itself is big enough).

My morning stop location. Always packed, pretty fast, always forget my name, and overall not as friendly as other starbucks. After reading other reviews about this place I realize I’m not the only one who had these observations. Overall, its like any other starbucks and they’ve never gotten an order wrong on me… yet

It’s a beautiful Sunday morning getting my café on. Ordered the café frappé and you want to order this if you don’t want the whip and caramel as you will be saving over a buck. This is an equivalent of their new drink called caffe expresso frappé. They have remodel this place looking more like any other SB. Got my drink taste delicious and I am a happy camper.

Ok I’m reviewing Starbucks this is not to be expected but well I going to tell you that the staff here are not as kewl as the one in SF. They take your order like robots working the assembly line with no human interaction or even a smile!!! Geez people have a cow with that latte? Anyways when I want a cup of nice cold café I will definite visit starbucks

The last white cup of caffeination before you head on to the mess that is the Bay bridge. The little lost city of Emeryville houses the last bit of suburbia, before you get to the bustling little city of SF! This shopping center houses tons of main stream shops, so it attracts tons of people — travelers, commuters, or residents alike! This parking lot is insane and the parking spots are incredibly small. The patrons in this area tend to be interesting, slightly hood and boughie, its definitely an odd mix. The bathroom smells like if you bottle up the smell of a homeless person and used it as Febreeze. It never fails, it always has that, under the freeway or alleyway smell. The staff is exceedingly nice and helpful, I’ve never had an issue with any of my drinks or orders. Depending on the time of day, the ordering line can be of both extremes — long or non-existent. However, seating here is coveted, it is almost always taken by a student or a random person. Don’t plan on staying to enjoy your beverage, get it to go. You’re good, but smelly…
