Elyse was awesome during the home search/​buying process! I was purchasing my first home in California and Elyse made the experience as stress free as possible. She was always in communication with me and checked in even when there was nothing new to report, just to let me know that she was available in case I had any questions.

Elyse is an incredible agent!
She fought to get us our home at a reasonable price after it was appraised at $ 11K less than our accepted offer with $ 10K needed in repairs. She really cares about her clients and is so easy to reach. This was our first time buying a house and Elyse would be there ready to answer all of our texts at all hours of the day/​night or be free to meet up in person. We hit a lot of snags during the escrow process, due to the sellers, and I commend Elyse and her team for their dedication and hard work getting us through it! The sellers even left the house a complete mess at COE and without thinking twice Elyse hired a maid. She made sure the house was immaculate for our Move-​in day. We couldn’t be happier in our new home and can’t wait to have Elyse over after we are all settled in! Thank you Elyse and Julie for your amazing work!
