Tim is great. We have used his services twice now — to buy our first home 3 years ago and then again recently to sell it for a sudden upstate move. Both times were in pretty crazy market circumstances, and he was the calm force for us while we made some big decisions.
What I like most about him is that he is a genuinely nice guy, ethical, someone anyone would want to do business with.
