I really like this place. I know I could probably get most everything on Amazon, but the customer service here makes me feel like I have a local partner in caring for my 91 year old mom at La Costa Glen. Jack, especially, was responsive and flexible when — after my dad passed away — I realized that I had a lot of new, unused items of my dad’s that were no longer needed. Jack let me exchange them for items for that my mom needed. No hassle, no fuss. It was refreshing. Their customer service really made a loyal customer out of me.

I got an inflatable medical boot here after my foot surgery.
The clerk was super nice and took his time explaining to me the
way the shoe was supposed to feel and made fit properly.
I also was looking for more comfortable crutches which Wyatt had in stock
and sold to me for a nice discount to help me out.
A month later I had a problem with the valve on the inflatable boot.
It would no longer hold the air in. Wyatt replaced the boot for me
at no cost.
I can only say the very best about the employees, their products, and their customer service.

I have received better customer service at many other places of business. I stopped by with a wheelchair we got there about 2 yrs ago that the foot rests will not stay up. We asked if they could be replaced or if we could buy new ones and were told they would call back. After about a week and a half, I called back and got someone else, told him the story and he said he would call back; again, after a week, I called back and got another person who said they carry foot rest pairs in stock and we could purchase them!!! Does the thumb know what the little finger is doing? Sue P
