Thank you petrock for always taking care of my princess! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. The service is worth the price, it’s super clean and a welcoming environment.

Petrock is the best place to take your pets to get groomed. Not only do they treat your pets with the best care, they also put the owners at ease. I have been bringing my dogs here for two years and I have never had a bad experience. One of my pups got injured at another groomers and has been traumatized since. However, Petrock is always so gentle with him and calm him down before I leave. It’s nice to know they care. Sure their prices may be a little up there, but it’s so worth it. The place is very clean and the staff is very professional. My dogs always look amazing after a day at Petrock.

I had a doctors appointment and dropped my shiba inu at this place. The staff was great and the place was clean. At first I was worried that my dog wouldn’t get along with the others… especially the bigger breeds but they took it slow and my dog loved it there. I highly recommend this place. They do really look out for the well being of your dog and I absolutely trust them

Literally the best place ever! My dogs are passed out from all of the fun. We’ve been going there for years and they really care, love, and nurture your pets. They send pics and communicate. Petrock is a true gem and we them!!!

My new dog went in a ‘Hot mess’ and came out looking AMAZING !!! I’m thrilled with Heather!!! All the girls there so nice … You can tell they really love your dog there. Wait till you see pictures of the way my dog left before she went to pet rock and after she was finished… Adorable!!!

Seemed like some of the words I used in my previous review, it felt out of content guidelines. I don’t mind rephrasing my complaint towards their service.
Customer service over the phone sucks… There is a gentleman who answers the phone most of the time, he couldn’t find my dogs information in the system and when I offered him to try to look up under my dogs name or my phone number, he was still stuck on the last name… then later found my dogs info listed under my moms last name which shouldn’t have happened in the first place, only because, on the day of his grooming, I had provided a longgggg letter (dogs all info) and handed to my parents (parents aren’t fluent in English). I was pretty surprised that they still had an incorrect information and only when I wanted to express that, he hung up the phone. UNPROFESSIONAL MOVE!!! No one disrespected them over the phone; therefore, customer service should have understood my frustration and helped to ease the situation. It’s a Beautiful place with no customer service skills… such a waste. Good luck with keeping your customers

If I could give 100 stars to Petrock, I would because that’s how amazing their services are and how beyond loving and caring their staff is. I have used most, if not all their services for my dogs, Dylan and Taz. Dylan hates when anyone touches his front paws and doesn’t like it when his nails are cut but at Petrock, Nasim and Heather make him so comfortable that he lets them do it. I have boarded my dogs there before and my dogs love it. I know how happy my dogs are in there because the staff at Petrock sends me pictures while I’m away from them. Thank you Karin, Nasim, Heather, Tim and everyone else for treating my babies like family!!!

I love this place i am always please with there service. They have even stayed open late for me when i was stuck in traffic.

Dropped my dog off for the weekend and it was the first time he was away from us. Pretty good experience. Staff was friendly sent us an update with pictures and pick up he seemed happy. Would use them again.

I love this place! The people are SUPER friendly and all 3 of my dogs LOVE them (which is saying a lot because my dogs usually hate everyone) They always come out looking amazing and smelling great. I swear after they’re done they are smiling!

Love Petrock! Or should I say, my little Murphy loves Petrock. Since day 1, this place has been so kind and loving to my little pup. The price is a little steep, but they do a great job. Murphy has been going here for 8 months now and he can hardly contain himself when we get on Ventura Blvd. You would think he was being abused at home the way he barrels through their front door. Sheesh.
The ONLY thing I wish they had was a drop cam so you can watch your dog online. Not that I don’t trust them, just because o think that’s neat :)
Murphy leaves that place so happy. He looks forward to his Wednesdays with Bri, Courtney, Tim and the rest of the crew!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a while now and can recommend this place to anyone looking for a trusting team for your furry baby. We were sold after our first trip when they treated my super shy beagle with such patience and kindness! They were super understanding and were petting her until she got comfortable. That was it for me! And when we picked her up she smelled lovely, her whites were white again, and she stayed soft for weeks! She wasn’t scared or traumatized after like she was when we took her to places like Petsmart. I love this place, I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking to spoil their little ones.

We planned a trip abroad so we took our Yorkie here for a total of 6 nights. This cost us $ 525 total for a private room as our Yorkie isn’t socialized.
Pros — they sent us daily pictures. They didn’t lose her and she had no visible signs of injury.
Cons — a bag full of her toys and her favorite blanket was kept in the bag we took and it was never placed in her room. We noticed this from the pictures they sent. The bowls we brought for her were still wrapped in the paper tissue unused. She seem extremely emaciated and dehydrated. We took more than a week worth of dry food and her snacks which they claimed she ate without any issues but there’s no way she could have lost so much weight if she indeed ate more than double her usual diet. When we gave her some water upon pickup she drank more than half a cup which is unusual for her. Had they left some food and water in her private room this certainly would not have been an issue.
They told us that she would be in one private room but based on couple of the pictures and where she was when we picked her up she underwent three room changes. This makes us suspicious if she was really kept in a private room the whole time.
We drove the extra miles to bring our dog to this place but we will not be back. We are extremely disappointed.

This place came highly recommended from a friend.
So I tried their grooming on my 2 dogs.
Both of my dogs look & smell fantastic.
Great haircuts on both.
Will be back again soon.

Had to go back to Pet Rock yesterday morning (Friday, ⁴⁄₁₇) to remove 5 of Cookie’s teeth (Chihuahua) by Northridge Pet Hospital and then cleaned by Pet Rock. Between Pet Rock and Northridge Pet Hospital both my Poodle and Chihuahua are well taken care of! Thank you both for the care and love to my babies — so happy my little ones are all up to date on their dental needs and shots! I think I found a new vet in Northridge to go hand in hand with my doggy spa place!

Brought my 2 year old boy here for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased how his cut turned out. He was groomed well, his little nails were trimmed and filed, and he smelled soooo good and was softer than ever. The place was very clean, the staff was super friendly and professional, and seemed to really care about my pooch and all the dogs under their care (big +). Overall it was a great experience for my boy, he also received an A+ report card, which I thought was cute. I will definitely be back.

After a horrible job from Petsmart’s grooming (and some yelling), we decided to find a different groomer in the area and came across Petrock. We’ve been coming here for some time now as they’ve taken very good care of our little pomeranians. I love seeing their great report cards (like a proud mama does) and they just seem to love and care for each of the dogs entrusted to them. My two dogs get a little unruly at times, so they’re always sent to Petrock for some R&R. Needless to say, they always come back relaxed and CLEAN! We recently tried out their boarding — they send you daily photos of your fury children, so we’ll definitely be back to board them during our honeymoon next weekend :)

Love love love this place. Everyone is so warm and welcoming to both 2 and 4 legged guests. They take exceptional care of my baby BeaBea. I have absolutely no apprehension leaving her for a play date or overnight stay. They keep me updated via pics and video so I know she is having the time of her life. If only they had a version for humans!
There’s a lot of love at Petrock and that’s why I will only trust my baby to them!

The female receptionist and groomer were seriously both friendly and receptive. My doggie looks great. I got a cut for my medium sized dog and it was around 56 bucks just to give you an idea.
Why the 4 stars?
They get a star off though cause when I originally spoke to Tim in regards to vaccines, he said he would call me back if he couldn’t verify the vaccinations with the clinic I took him to (apparently they are closed until 11^th). I never received this call and I even mentioned I could bring verification if needed if he couldn’t get a hold of them. I show up at 8 in the morning today for a cut and bath and they let me know this didn’t happen. I had to wake up my kid sister to text me my receipt of his vaccinations for some verification. If you know my kid sister, you don’t want to disturb her sleep. She’s scary when she doesn’t get the extra zzz… and no doubt she will be cranky all day-​thaaaankks Tim.
