Worst Subway ever. Manager Nathan is extremely rude and has a bad attitude. I asked him to seperate some side vegetables in a couple bags and he tried to charge me full orice for a salad. Poor service, no bathroom. Additoonal their food safety appears to be very questionable. Stay away from this Subway location.

Clean and fast service. Why 3 stars well this is the 3rd time i come in here and it usually takes 4 tries for the people there to understand what i am trying to order. No offense or anything but i dont want to be standing at the counter trying to explain for 5 mins what i want. They should hire people that speak english or at least have a person thats taking orders speak english.

I’ve been to many Subway locations in my day, but this particular location is very efficient and convenient. My only complaint is that some of the elitist patrons are rude to the staff and I just have to bite my tongue not to put these snobs in their place. Otherwise, I like this location and the staff are very good at their jobs and for being super tolerant of the rude customers. The other issue is the traffic on Ventura Blvd at times is just a headache and at times it may be tough to find a parking spot inside the lot for the corner strip mall. Other than that, this is one of my more favorite Subway restaurants. And the «Sweet Onion Chicken» (on flat bread with spinach and avocado) is my go-​to sammich!

I had about 20 relatives coming over for a birthday party that was planned on short notice. I called this Subway on the same day, their prices were reasonable, and they gladly took my order over the phone. It was a certain Miriam who advised me of their offerings and enthusiastically took my order. What was very impressive was that she read back my very detailed order to confirm it was correct. I picked up the party trays later that day. There should be more people like this lady and staff who by the way were all smiles. These days it is rare to find this excellent level of service and common sense. This woman has excellent people skills. She perhaps should be in management or even sales. She was so detail oriented. Impressive!

The BEST SUBWAY in LA hands down!!! you may have to wait but this is the cleanest and most efficiently run store. Bread and cookies are constantly baking… a testament to the volume of people they serve. They use to serve my school until my school signed a catering contract elsewhere.
Meats and veggies are always fresh and constantly being restocked.
Cookies are delish… try stacking a whitechip macadamia and dark chocolate and take it as 1 bite… you’ll be in heaven.

This is my favorite Subway location. Luckily it’s the closest one to home. They are always busy sand the line always moved quickly. The smell of fresh bread baking is such s friendly aroma.

You know, I really like Subway.
Its cheap, its relatively good. And if you know what flavors you like, it can allow you to piece together a great experience eating a sub!
My usual order is:
Subway Club footlong
Italian herb and cheese bread
provolone cheese.
toasted.
spinach.
tomatoes
olives
cilantro
avocado
sriracha.
i ask them to cut it in half and package it two ways so i can have a quick bridge to my hunger when I am working an in need for a fix it. I can finish that in 2 minutes while walking back and continue on with my day.
Obviously not the most amazing restaurant in the world. but it does the job.

Brought my grandma here for lunch. This location gets a bit busy and its a little smaller than other subways. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was in a great mood even with a line almost out the door. Some customers in my opinion were taking a while to choose what they wanted, yet the employees were never rude. Cashier was super nice. All wished me a great day. Totally coming back here!

I would give them no stars I walked in there to get a tuna sandwich the tuna looked terrible it was the bottom of the container and the tuna was discolored so I asked the guy if he can get a fresh container and he kinda looked funny at me so I asked him if it was a problem I would go somewhere else he kinda mumbled at that point I left with out ordering I ain’t going back to that toilet ever again!

I’ve been going here for so long and it’s always a great place for a fresh meal. I remember coming here years ago when I was in high school for lunch on weekends and I still go here from time to time for a nice sub. Parking is no problem. There is staff turnover as you would expect with any fast food restaurant and the service depends on the experience of the staff. What I really like about this Subway is that it has been here for as long as I can remember. In this center the only other places that have been around as long are the yogurt place and Woodley Market. They must be doing something right. For lunch the line is out the door so give yourself some time. Most people get their food to so but there are several tables with windows all around if you like to eat there.

Bunch of CHEAP ASS owners. The salads and tomatoes are always old. They are too cheap to give you enough lettuce, tomatoe, or even salt and pepper.
I though franchises have a standard!?!
The problem is cheap people who buy franchises bring down the franchises by giving less food, napkins etc to make money when in reality they loose business because people like me go else where or to a different subway that the owners arent sooo cheap!
If you know more than the franchise’s, Why did you buy a franchise and not start your own sucessful chain of resturants???
Don’t re-​invent the wheel and follow the franchise guidelines.
YES 1 napkin for 5 sandwiches is NOT enough!
