So I’ve been having bad drive threw experiences lately and honestly I can’t complain about this Mc Donalds, I don’t know if it’s cuz of the area. Wait let me scratch this off its not cuz of the area. It’s because of your worker Alan (: I don’t know what your even doing here Alan but thank you for not messing up my order and being so cheerful and happy in the morning, it’s like going to Starbucks with the service I got with him. .
Your so nice to work at a mcds that my mouth almost dropped when I was paying why cuz I was such in shock that you were so cheerful to be their thank you (:

Nicest McDonalds I ever been too. Inside is awesome. Nice big screen tv to watch while you dine in. iPad touch screen type kiosk thingys for kids to play games on — pretty dang cool. Staff was really friendly. Food was served fast. Dining area well maintained. Awesome!

Why is this worker (‘Alan’) so damn nice? He smiled the whole time, «Sir, yes of course, sir.» Not just a faked smile bit honestly having a great time like he won the lottery this morning. He was like that with everyone, «Hope to see you soon,» as people were leaving. I’m used to McD’s workers going through the motions and he definitely doesn’t. It’s weird how one interaction with a guy makes your day that much nicer.
This location is a little more expensive than other locations but it looks really nice inside and you get to meet Alan.

Your AM manager at 2:29 not wearing a uniform has appalling communication skills and was unable to get our order right as well as our total. He asked that our food he gave us be returned when we paid in full for our order due to it being cash only at this time. Who ever talked to us was rude as fuck.

UPDATING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Since my «last straw» visit, this McDonalds has seemingly gotten it’s act together. When giving them another chance the first time, as I was giving my order in the drive thru, I asked the gentleman to please make sure the fries were done and explained about the problems I’ve had.
He apologized and said he would personally make sure they were right.
When I got to the window, the man handing me the bag said he made sure the fries were right. The man was dressed like a manager. Kudos to him. He took charge and made sure he had a happy customer. The fries were the best I’d ever had at this location.
Several visits and things have been great. Food has been fresh, orders accurately filled. Lots of stars for service!
My only complaint is this place is BUSY at times, but I can’t fault them for that.

Please fire the female manager of this McDonald’s, clearly takes her job too seriously when she’s shoving her hand in peoples cameras and telling reporters of a station that McDonald’s sponsors to get out

Who was the stupid manager who threw out KTLA for broadcasting from this location??? Do they not know that they are sponsors for the network? Maybe they have something to hide? I would be suspect of that location

What arrogant managers. Hispanic female on duty in the morning pushed KTLA 5 reporter out the door by putting her hand over the camera lens. What an idiot. McDonalds is a KTLA sponsor and the reporter was doing a positive story on breakfast now being served all day. This is the type of arrogance that now permeates the McDonalds industry. This is why we don’t eat there any longer. I can get better food for the money and be treated like a person who matters elsewhere

Came here around 10:30 at night on the way home from a friend’s place. I was the only car at the drive thru. I ordered 50 pieces of nuggets, 1 Mc Double, and a medium Sprite. The cashier that took my order was okay he seemed pretty tired. Maybe he had a long shift I don’t know.
I didn’t like that I had a pretty small order and it took well over 10 minutes for me to receive my order. I didn’t complain about the wait time or anything, but when I received my order I said «thank you have a great night» before I could finish thanking him, he just shuts the window…
I was astonished at how rude he was… very disappointing

Came here on a Wednesday night and I have to say I was pretty much impress! This store is so modern! It’s so pretty! A lot of space for seating and modern comfortable chairs. Unfortunately, the restroom just need to be cleaned and their wifi sucks!

*** Pit stop review (Encino) ***
I made a pit-​stop to get some breakfast while waiting to get started with work. I’ve gotta say, this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen outside of south O.C. The décor and styling is cute and a little different from the usual Micky D’s. The staff is crazy polite and friendly! Miguel at the front register was very polite and totally on his «A» game.
Isn’t that crazy, I’m so used to seeing miserable people at work that it’s really pleasant to see a friendly face.
This nicely maintained McDonald’s either says that the owner takes pride in his shop, or the store patrons are classy enough that they don’t tag toilet seats. In any case it’s pretty cool :-)
Food = ok (as expected)
Seating area = Very clean
Service = Very friendly
Restroom = Very clean

The lady named Tammy was so sweet at the drive thru window and gave me a water with lemon for my throat without me even asking!!! :). Made my day

When I walked into this McDonald, I was in shock. It looked so clean and modern. The couches were comfortable and the breakfast was good and warm. I like the fact that one of the worker was cleaning the couches really good. I will definitely come back. I hope other McDonald’s can mimic this welcoming set up.

I like this location because so far they have not messed up any of my orders! …hmm… actually one time they did, I put a large order to go and the maid a mistake and gave an extra drink :) which is great! I wish they always make this type of mistakes

I’ve been here for a few times. They always miss condiments, forks, ketchup, napkins, & spoons. I always have to ask for ketchup when I order fries. Seriously? How can you have fries without ketchup? Never a good experience in McDonald’s!

When is the district manager going to look at this page and realize everyone there needs to be fired for stupidity.
If I were to write my whole experience it would be a memoir titled «How McDonalds Destroyed my life over and over again»
Let’s just say my four year old can understand and complete an order better then the «adults» working here. I mean how hard is it to understand UNSWEETENED ICED TEA!!! they gave me a coke… -.-

The manager Morgan refused my secret menu request of a strawberry cream pie blended into an oreo mcflurry! Not only did he refuse to do it, but he was extremely rude about it. After we exchanged some words back and forth, he denied service to both me and my girlfriend. So needless to say, we went home hungry! Everywhere else ive ordered secret menu items it was no problem. Like don’t take it out on me cause you work at mcdonalds!

2 stars because the staff here has always been pleasant however I agree with others; the food is typically cold. Another BIG problem; completely empty WiFi area because, guess what? WiFi at this location NEVER works! Is this intentional because Encinoites don’t want loiterers? Or management has enough to deal with as you can with other reviews? This particular restaurant NEVER, I repeat, NEVER has functioning WiFi. Yes, I asked someone about it and they said the manager was looking in to it but there was no change. Thank you Encino McDonald’s for wasting
my time and gas. Just go up to the Corbin location or Balboa/​Vanowen which Never has WiFi issues. Don’t offer a free service that is never available. Bad business. I’ll stick to ordering coffee and ice cream at this location since McDonald’s cold f
