Great! They have everything! I picked up items for crafting, painting, baking, and to frame my pictures!
The staff is very nice and helpful. Even though there always seems to be a line, check out is vey quick!
They have a lot and see to always have in stock what I need.

I love the service here, there are always good deals but the lines are always too long. I finished shopping at 9:50 am and it’s now 10:05am. Waiting in line for 15 minuets with only three people ahead of you isn’t stellar.

The price point can be a little high for arts and crafts supplies but the selection is always very extensive. I was hoping to catch a sale on some Halloween leftovers and at 80% off, it would have been awesome but there was hardly anything left for my future projects.

I always have a great experience with this craft store. The employees are nice and helpful. There is always plenty of parking and a great selection of sale items! Who doesn’t love a sweet deal?
I signed up for emails on their weekly ads and it’s totally worth it! You just have to pull the coupon on your phone and they will scan it in. If you don’t know how to do it, the cashiers will gladly help you out. I’ve been there a few times when there was a slight wait, like a few minutes, and they were quick to open up another register. Talk about awesome service! This is my go to craft store!

Terrible customer service!!! The woman who checked me out was rude and I felt very rushed. I asked to use 2 coupons and that I would separate my purchases and she quickly cut me off and said, «You can’t do that.» I said, «Why?» She replied, «Because it’s one coupon per day per person. If you don’t like it, you can call corporate!» What happened to good, or even marginal, customer service?
