I can live with the layout of this Starbucks I can live with the parking What I cannot stand is that, and i am sorry if i am exaggerating here, that this Starbucks seems to be the only one in the country that does not open on time, is closed because one employee did not show up or is just not ready to go at opening. Chairs are up, ice is getting dumped, you can’t go through the line because food is being stocked… just not a good Starbucks as far as opening. Actually the worst that I have ever seen.

As others have mentioned, the parking and access layout is weird and the store layout is odd and not very ideal. This Starbucks store(no drive-thru) is located next door to a Subway restaurant and the entrance into the Starbucks is in the back of the building(facing north towards the shopping plaza. Upon entering the store, there is not very much space to stand in line as the counter is very close to the door, sometimes there could be a line out the door. The space is long narrow with the counter area immediately close to the entrance of the store with narrow walk space past the counter/drink making area, and a standard sized seating area in the back. The separate men/women restrooms have handicapped equipped facilities. I stopped at the Enfield Starbucks recently for afternoon coffee. I found a parking spot along the side of the building(I may have had difficulty finding parking during a typical morning) and walked around to the back of the building. Other than the odd layout inside this Starbucks, the service here was friendly and the dark roast coffee I had here was brewed strong just the way I enjoy it like at most other Starbucks locations. The wifi worked pretty well here too.

This is the WORST layout of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There’s no rhyme or reason to the lines because of the layout of the store. We keep asking where the line really ends and no one seems to know. We’re just going to cross our fingers and hope that it takes under an hour to figure it out and get our coffee.

Sharing a building with Subway, so look for subway. Parking sucks. Baristas fast friendly efficient. Inside is fine, medium sized Starbucks. Outdoor seating = 1 table unless there’s another I didn’t see. Whatever it’s way better than all the surrounding Dunkin donuts

They are fast and efficient. All the stuff they sell can cause people to walk in and right out as it is too crowded when you walk in.

This Starbucks is hidden next to Subway and they are really busy in the mornings. We all love our designer drinks so that’s ok. It’s a really small location so there is not much room to merchandise. The tables are crammed in the back and maximized for seating but not comfort. The staff for the most part are friendly and you get a consistent product. I have always wondered if my order exceeds the limits in terms of how to order. I love a Tall, Chai Tea, Soy, No Water, No Foam, Extra Hot… so that is 6 data points for my order. What about you? How many data points do you order? Anyways I supposed to be writing a review so my beverage for the most always meets my expectations so that makes me happy. Only on one occasion was the pumpkin scone that I always buy a bit stale and dry. Other than that hit this place up with your favorite beverage order you will not be disappointed…

Great staff and coffee, very poor store setup. I don’t understand why the corporate office hasn’t decide to move them to a later location, they clearly have the business for it; sometimes when I come here he line is snaking around the already small space making it a pain to have to wait to order.

Slow, unattentive service that messed up a simple black iced coffee order. Time to go back to DD…

I have been at this location twice and have enjoyed the experience. The bakery items are fresh(I can tell based on other locations). It’s close to the freeway entrance/exit and the staff is very friendly. If you get there and the parking is full on the front end there is plenty of space on the back side. When you go there tell them V sent you.

I really love Starbucks. This is not my favorite one. The parking is lousy and there is no drive in. The logistics are really what give this poor reviews. It’s tough to get in and out. It’s a major pain point. Once you do get in, it’s as good as any Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the coffee gives you a jolt. I do not like that they took away a bunch of my favorite breakfast wraps, but thats a story for another day.

I am a regular customer at this store. The staff are efficient and hard working. The drinks and bakery items are excellent. Even when the store is busy the line moves quickly. I usually take out but if I do sit down the atmosphere is comfortable.

This Starbucks was easy to locate, but the parking lot/setup is weird as it is attached to a Subway(wtf?!) It actually took me a hot minute to find the door. Also, no drive-thru which is a definite star deduction! Otherwise, the employees were friendly, the place was clean and there were plenty tables, if you want to sit down to enjoy your coffee. Also, my drink was ready pretty quick. I don’t usually have a reason to be in Enfield, but next time I am, at least I know where to get my caffeine fix.

As a former college student in the area, the Longmeadow, Massachusetts Starbucks down the road from my old alma mater was NICE… and I’m talking a fireplace and plush couches. BUT. Did I always want to deal with the Bougie Longmeadow Crowd? Mothers freaking out when their 8 year old daughter’s tall Mocha Frappacino didn’t have whipped cream on it?(You can’t make this stuff up, folks.) Sometimes, I just wanted a place to pick up a quick chai after a trip to Target. Sometimes, I just wanted a chai to sober me up after drinking too many strawberry margaritas at Ruby Tuesday’s. Sometimes, I just wanted to drink chai, then go across the street to Taco Bell for some chicken quesadillas and Party Potatoes so I could say, «Haaaa…I’m drinking Starbucks and eating Taco Bell. That’s so funny!»(Because, when you are 19, that IS funny.) This Starbucks is here. It gives me chai. It gives me life. On a recent trip to Springfield for a conference, it was there at 6:30 a.m. when I needed it. Bless you. You’ve always served me well when I needed it, dating back to September 2002.

The parking lot is awful, and the store is setup poorly. There’s a lot of squeezing going on here. However, everything else about the experience was fine. It’s Starbucks. My vanilla soy latte was just as pretentious as I wanted it to be, and the staff was friendly.

The parking lot is rather odd, but even odder is the setup of the store. It’s long and narrow — very narrow. Hard for two people to walk through at the same time narrow. Baristas were rather friendly, though.

Nice Starbucks store with friendly bartista’s. Love coming to Enfield, CT and on my way back, right before I jump on the 91S I can get a Skinny Vanilla Latte for the ride back to BPT.

This starbucks is clean and not very busy… It’s more of a get in and get out starbucks. My mom, sister and niece and I were sitting here enjoying our breakfast when a nice lady said, «did you want a free coffee? I got a buy one get one free.» Needless to say, if the customers here are that nice, the service that nice, then you can’t really go wrong.
