Ordered a pizza for delivery, simple with cheese, hamburger, onion, garlic. Took 1 ½ hours to be delivered 1 mile. The pizza was horrible. Little to no sauce or hamburget on the entire pizza. Nasty tasting sauce and the pizza was $ 21. Total waste of money. Will never order anything from this place again.

Pretty impressed at how many things went wrong here. I placed an order for delivery over the phone and was given a price that totaled to more than I expected based on the prices on their site. So I ask if there is a delivery charge and he(name on the receipt says Vinny) said yes and told me the amount of the delivery charge. I replied but I still have a difference and asked for each item price individually. Turns out two of the items were higher than listed on the website menu. His reply to that was«those are old prices and the guy who does the site left.» I still decided to go through with the order. When the delivery guy shows up, I go to sign the slip and add a tip(since I paid with credit card) but there is no section for either. The delivery guy is completely clueless and says I’ll call them now to see what happened. I said don’t worry about it and just tipped him cash. I said to myself for all this hassle lets hope the food is good. Wrong! I’ve always said I’ve had really good chicken wings but at worst I’ve had good ones. Its like you can never go wrong with chicken wings. However, this place proved me wrong. Not only did they taste bad but they had a nasty smell as if they were dipped in oil that had fish dipped in it numerous times. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt, I though maybe the pizza will be good since they are a pizza place. Wrong about that too! Their best product was the pizza and at best I’d give it a 3 on a scale of 1 – 10.

Pizza arrived just above cold and was burnt, grinder order was incorrect. Very disappointed.

Sorrento’s II used to be Omega Pizza, and now this is my place for Pizza in Enfield. The crust is thin, which I prefer. The ingredients are fresh, they have anchovies(which I love), and they deliver promptly. In addition to pizza, they have a long list of Italian-style sandwhiches, appetizers that are mostly fried, salads, pasta, fried seafood, buffalo wings and Italian dinners that are all varieties of Parmigiana. I haven’t tried anything other than the pizza yet, though. They advertise discounts for schools, churches and parties.
