Super friendly, family owned business. Carl is a great guy and always goes the extra mile for his customers. There are only four or five employees here so the service is extra personal. After dealing with them two times I’ve met most of them, including Carl’s son.
If you have an issue the first thing they’ll do when you call is try and troubleshoot your problem by phone in case it’s an easy fix that you can take care of yourself without having to spend any money. Very cool. The lady on the phone is very friendly too.
We originally called here because our clothes were smelling funky after cleaning them. Not moldy smelling, just weird smelling. Instead of trying to sell us a new dryer as most big chain appliance dealers would, he surmised (correctly) that we only needed to replace the little plastic seats that the dryer’s drum spins on. We assumed it was going to cost a bunch to fix before calling, so when we ended up having some extra money afterward we decided to buy a high efficiency washer from them. They sell primarily Whirlpool appliances, but also sell some reconditioned machines at a very decent price, too. We bought a new unit and haven’t had any problems for over two years now.
