Drove to the nearest flooring place to an investment property I recently purchased. I wanted to put tile in the kitchen/​baths and replace all the carpet.
I walked in and talked Chuck and explained the situation that I wanted something durable, neutral, and easy to clean. He went over my options and recommended a roll that they had in the back that had almost the exact correct amount of SqFt for the dimensions I gave him.
He then followed me back to the property to do his own measurements and I was off a bit so the roll would work perfect.
I should leave 4 stars because the installers did not vacuum after they left and it really detracted from the final product but after a quick vacuum on my own everything looks great and was about 30% lower than what I budgeted. Now to see how well it holds up to tenants.
