Never never again! This guy is very nice until something goes wrong. Then he screams and yells at you for 20 minutes and tells you that you are stupid, literally. I’ve never in my life been spoken to this way by another human being much less a business that I have spent money with on several occassions. Be ware of the 3 gallon carpet cleaner. It has no suction. A Rug Doctor has better suction. I spent $ 300 in professional carpet cleaning after his carpet cleaner left residue and reacted with the sun turning my carpet orange. This guy is a ripoff and I’m disappointed that I even thought for a second that he was a nice person running a reputable business. Highly recommend Sunbelt Rentals or Jon-​Don instead. I found out from the professionals the 3 gallon he has rented me several times is only meant for spot and upholstery cleaning. It doesn’t have enough suction to remove water and soap from carpet hence the reason I have the residue stains. He is a fraud. And not to mention he over charged me this last time.
