As I mentioned David is always so friendly and helpful. When people come in and they’re waiting in line he makes sure to let them know he will be with them. Such a friendly and positive attitude! Perfect for the grumpy peeps so they can turn that frown upside down:)

This location never has bagels! Every time I come they are out of everything except like maybe three or four kinds. Very disappointing.

Usually love this place. JUSTNOTTHISLOCATION! if you have 30 minutes to wait for your bagel sandwhich, then this is the place for you. It looked like there was more than enough staff to make the bagels, etc. but obviously there wasnt. They ran out a whole list of bagels and it was only 930am. Will NOT come back to this place. Mcdonalds has better customer service and selection.

I came here, first thing i see about 7 or so tables of people sitting waiting on there order with that sad look in their face wondering if they are gonna get their food. There was one person making bagels. And they were out of about ¾ of the bagels. So we went to subway for breakfast. As we ate at subway we saw 5 maybe more groups of people walk in and leave without anything to eat. One mother walked in with her kids and came out with the baby crying lol. They need to change the management. For now, maybe go to my favorite muffin right across the street instead.

Every time I come to this Einsteins I am reminded why I normally drive a few extra minutes to the arapahoe location, the extra drive time makes up for the super slow service

I did stop by on Mondays and the occasional Friday to pick up bagels for the co-workers. Usually it is OK, service is not that great and the guy who works the register is usually rushed and quite rude. The last time I went in will be the last time I ever go back. They asked if I wanted a dozen warm and I said sure, sounds great. Got back to the office and the bagels were raw inside, drove back and told them and they said I would have to wait to talk to the manager(the guy at the register). So I stood there patiently, as he ignored me and kept helping other people. Finally got his attention, told them they were raw, he reached in the box and took one out, pulled it open and said that you have to wait 20 minutes since they are just out of the oven. He then looked at me and asked what I wanted to do, there was no apology, no let me fix this, no let me replace these, no let me throw in a couple extra for having to drive back. He shouted something in Spanish and threw the box back up on the counter and went back to what he was doing. After 20 minutes of waiting the bagels were still raw and I threw most of them away! Take my advice, find a different location, find a gas station, go to the muffin store on the next block, JUSTDON’T GOHERE! *** Reached out to corporate office, they apologized and promised to send out some gift cards, have never seen a thing. I did try this place once more to find the manager sitting at a table fast asleep, snoring away and the look on customers faces was priceless. My rating does not change and I wont be back!

I frequent this location of Einstein Bagels quite often, sometimes for a breakfast sandwich, but mostly for coffee. The service here is mixed(sometimes good, sometimes hard to figure out what register to order/pay at), but okay most of the time. For the most part the coffee is stocked frequently so they don’t run out during their busy morning rush. However, I had a awful experience there today. I came in around 9:15AM, after their morning rush. The bagel selection was scarce. They were out of most of their bagels and the woman there said they were baking more but that it would be about an hour. Okay, I guess I can overlook that although it seems like bad planning on their part. But what got to me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been swept after the morning rush(and the place was quiet at that point). The coffee counter was dirty(sugar spilled, dirty counter, spilled coffee on counter), and they were out of the coffee I wanted. I mentioned it to the lady at the cash register and she pointed out that I should step behind the prep(employee) counter to get some of the stuff that they just brewed. Okay… not ideal… they should have just replaced the carafe right then, but I did what she suggested. Although, fifteen minutes later when I left and went to get a refill, the carafe was still not replaced. And the floor of the restaurant was disgusting. There was a huge hairball on the floor by the table which I was sitting at(I know, gross). And I noticed some coffee spilled on the floor between the coffee station and the hallway to the bathroom, which a customer could have easily slipped on. But I did not see any of the employees addressing these problems. One employee even went to the coffee station to grab a cup of coffee, noticed that the one carafe was empty, so just chose another type, and didn’t even stop to clean or mention to the manager that the counter was dirty. No one swept the floor while we were there(and the place was not busy). And on the way out I noticed another crumby mess by the community table in the corner. I was disgusted and certainly did not want to hang out there any longer.

Worse service every. Waited for 30min for a single bagel. Watched customers who ordered after me get theirs. Got a refund and left without a bagel. I’ll take Starbucks over price stuff over that level of horrible service.

Stopped by today on my way to work and it wasn’t too busy, which is nice but I probably should have known that was speaking to the quality of the store. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a specialty bagel, but I substituted cream cheese for cheddar… it was almost $ 2 extra on an already pricey breakfast sandwich. It wasn’t a terribly long wait, but after I got my order and headed off for work I realized they didn’t even give me the cream cheese I paid extra for. I was so annoyed and didn’t have time to turn around to let them fix their mistake because I would have been late for work. So, I tried to call the store…7 times, no answer. I won’t be back, there are plenty of other places to go.

My family went it on a Sunday for lunch and it went downhill from there. They were completely understaffed and the restaurant was a complete mess(food on the floors along with trash, tables dirty). The best part was the disgruntled employee making the food, who was upset about Einstein’s training practices(and let everyone know). To help out the situation, and few off duty employees were sitting in the lobby egging him on. So, once our food came, the group went outside to smoke, leaving a number of waiting customers in line to be helped by the last person left in the place. Needless to say — we won’t be back.

Great combination of coffee and bagels. Reasonably priced and the selection is good. Melvin’s Vanilla Hazelnut roast is the way to go here. Bottomless cups and a schmear is the way to go. This place has a nice patio to enjoy some sun in the summer. The other great thing about this location is the have a Starbucks two doors down if you have to have a more specialized coffee.

It’s an Einstein’s. You know what you are going to get when you walk in. This space is a little worse than others. It suffers from a design flaw in that it has doors on both the north and south ends, in a straight line with one another, so that when there is a wind outside, anytime someone opens one of the doors, the dining space becomes a wind tunnel. At the same time, it has never been busy when I have gone in, so there is that. 2 bagels w/cream cheese + small coffee = $ 7.00

I am usually a big fan of Einstein’s but this location wasn’t my favorite. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and wasn’t overly impressed with the employees and their enthusiasm to make a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich iteself was very good but with adding avocado it ended up being just north of $ 6.00 for a sausage, egg, cheese and avocado breakfast sandwich which is what I could have paid for a Sausage McGriddle combo meal at McDonalds. I do enjoy Einstein’s overall and will continue to be a patron, but will probably opt for other locations.

1. They do not serve frozen mochas«because Starbucks is next door» 2. They served me a bagel sandwich with a chunk of Avocado that was frozen solid and not ripe enough. Tasted terrible and ruined the sandwich for me.

I lived — for a time– in CT. Land of Dunkin. I must say — and to some it may be blasphemous.. .but I hate dunkin doughnuts. The doughnuts are mediocre, the bages are worse. The coffee isn’t bad. What I really wished for, while in CT, was an Einstein Bagel. I like their breakfast sandwiches just fine. I like their hazelnut coffee(the only flavored coffee I can stand to drink). When I returned to a land of Einstein(and now without Dunkin) I was pretty happy. Einstein has solid coffee options(GASPFREEREFILLSOFCOFFEEONSITE) and a excellent selection of bagels and related sandwiches. I’ve also found it a good after 3pm option. . they have a happy hour of sorts and ½ priced drinks. So sometimes I’ll meet my wife here.. for a afternoon coffee. All in all a good breakfast place, with solid options.

Einstein Bros makes good bagels, but poor breakfast sandwiches. They really fall down on the toppings, especially the eggs. The egg patties are wobbly and plastic-like, with little flavor and the texture of the«eggs» you can get at McDonald’s for half the price. Definitely don’t let your sandwich get cold, because then it becomes even worse! I have made the mistake of trying breakfast sandwiches from Einstein’s exactly twice, and will NEVER order one again. The bagels themselves, however, are decent. I enjoy the variety of flavors and cream cheese options. So in conclusion: this place is good for unadorned bagels, but don’t get your hopes up if you want something fancier.

This is better than the one on Arapahoe Road. We had a breakfast sandwich which was ok. My husband thought it had too much egg and my half not enough ham. Have not tried the 13 bagels yet. They look good. Busy place on Soccer Saturday
