Ok to be honest we have talked about trying this place out for some time, but never pulled the trigger. Not sure exactly why, but reviews were mixed and the thought of a wine bar didn’t really get us excited.
Our daughter heard the menu was switching to an Italian theme and we gave it a try and are glad we did as we all had great meals. Instead of going into great deal about each dish, I will simply say that the four of us enjoyed each of our dishes and will be returning soon. On this night the service was excellent.

If you are gluten free and in the neighborhood this place is a MUST! Amazing gluten free bread and pasta. Very gluten free friendly and amazing food. The wine list is spectacular and the service is solid. Climb Mt. Rainier then kick back here!

We came in tonight celebrating my daughters birthday and it was excellent. Our sever Heather was knowledgable and attentive, and the owners were amazing. My husband had the bbq ribs with the signature seafood chowder and was not even able to Finnish it all it was so much food. The salt and vinegar chicken wigs are a five star, and the Gorgonzola steak salad yes please!
Hands down the best atmosphere, service, and cuisine in the Claw!

Great little place. Setting is nice and they have a abundance of wines to choose from. The salt & vinegar wings and the bacon wrapped prawns mixed with the great service keep us coming back!

Service was great. We use to visit the Rendezvous but wasn’t impressed with the food. Things have sure changed for the better. We met some friends for dinner and everyone loved their meal. We also tried desert and the apple dumplings were a home run. We will be back. THANK YOU!

Rendezvous is wonderful! The service is amazing! They are attentive, fun and sociable. And the food is delicious. The Gorgonzola steak salad is a favorite, the meatballs are the best I have ever had… seriously! Their wine selection is amazing, as well as a good beer selection and a full bar, they make truly perfect cocktails. We here in Enumclaw are very very lucky to have such a wonderful place that feels comfortable, welcoming and delicious! Oh and if you didn’t know during the summer the garage door style windows open and you will not want to leave and a fireplace in the middle for the cooler months. Go to Rendezvous now!

We returned to the rendezvous had a excellent steak, best in Enumclaw.
Be nice if they served baked potatoes, maybe in the future. Steaks a little large but very well flavored. m

Food is pretty good and the drinks are great! I prefer to eat at the rainier around the corner (can’t beat the food there) and then come here for a drink (try the tincho!). The atmosphere is great and most nights they have live music.

I’ve eaten at the rendezvous several times now and am slowly making my way through the appetizer and entrée menu. Everything is delicious. The servers are friendly, prompt and knowledgable. They have a wonderful selection of wines and a full bar. I love the ambience including a fireplace accessible from 2 sides and the bar has a cozy seating area with leather seats. It’s a gem in enumclaw!

We have been working our way through the different restaurants in Enumclaw and so far this is the first one that has been disappointing.
We both ordered pasta dishes… the marinara tasted like it was from a jar, and my husbands «spicy pasta» was not spicy at all.
Mine was also a seafood pasta and had an unopened clam in it and very overcooked scallops.
Service and drink selection were good, so we will probably be back for drinks… but with places like the Rainier right around the corner, we will not be back for food.

I had a hamburger. It was rough. Preformed Patty, flavorless beef. Not cooked all the way. I cannot recall the last time I have not eaten my entire hamburger…
My wife said that her pulled pork sandwich was fine. The atmosphere was fine, had a nice cheerful gal for a waitress. Too bad the food was not good.
However, I do have to say the chicken gumbo soup was actually pretty darn good.

My husband and I love this place. Always great craft beer on tap, the food is always good, and the waitstaff does a great job of finding the mix between seeing to your needs and leaving you to visit. I’m vegetarian, and they are great at accommodating me without the eye roll that I’ve gotten pretty used to. Order the flatbread. Order the artichoke jalapeño dip. Order the Diablo Chicken sandwich (says my husband). You aren’t going to get McDonald’s prices here, but you aren’t going to get McDonald’s food or atmosphere either. Thanks, Rendezvous, for so many great date nights!

Like most of the comments here, the food is lacking. I have not returned after giving it a few shots. I prefer the Rainier, right around the corner. I WANT to like it there, cuz the look of the place is totally awesome. It’s the food and service that turns me off. I’ve heard their menu has changed, and I haven’t been in since the kitchen remodel. But, I just recall nothing that’s appealing off the appetizer menu… Just being honest. If the food improved, I’d come back in a heart beat. You need calamari and onion rings :)

The food is okay & the service sucks! Waitress ran my card before showing me the total. Wth?
I understand they are trying to go for an upscale trendy atmosphere but when doing so, you need to deliver on service and this place just didn’t.
Waitresses are all scattered brain and it wasn’t even a full house! If you’re going for a decent dinner experience, good luck. Yea no, not returning there for sure.
