Arby’s

The new mission ave location it’s really nice! Everything is better including the food, I highly recommend a visit. Ask for loaded potato cakes, they aren’t on the menu but they should be.

The El Norte location had a sign up front saying it relocated to W. Mission. This review is for the new W. Mission location.
This location is brand new and there is ample parking. The inside is brand new and everything is very clean and tidy. There are a lot of people working behind the counter and they are all very friendly. My food came out fast and I was happy with my order.
Arby’s is my guilty pleasure. I know it is not the healthiest and it is far from fine dining. When I am craving Arby’s famous sauce and a Jamocha shake I will surely visit again.

Besides the food the staff is friendly
I was happy to be among their first customers at this new location.

I just came from here not even 20 mins ago. Ate the food on the way home. As soon as we walked in the house my boyfriend is throwing up his guts. & STILL IS! I’m highly upset and wondering if we could sue for food poisoning.

This is one of the friendliest Arby’s I’ve been to, the manager here was extremely friendly at the counter, got the food quickly and it was very fresh. Will continue to come here!

Horrible drive through service very rude. Didn’t answer my question about sauces and I even had to take both of my drinks in to change them horrible service. They deserve a 0 star

Joined Unilocal just to make this review… went there today to place my order and there were 2 people at the counter… one was more concerned about writing numbers down in a book. other one was ok. there were some coupons that someone else left on the counter so I used one. Went to get some sauce and ³⁄₅ were out. Only sauces were ketchup and arbys sauce… others empty. Got my food and it was warm not hot. Went to use the bathroom and the faucet was running non-​stop… broken. water was stuck on HOT and i soaped up my hands and strained myself to wash the soap off. the water was so hot… had to put my hands under until I couldn’t stand the pain. several times for seconds at a time… but the soap was more like dishwashing detergent so it didn’t wash off easy… then… no paper towels. F– F– F–
Really makes me wonder if the employees are washing their hands?

Yikes. Badly air conditioned, muggy and hot inside. Bathroom hall smells like NYC subway.

Update. They really got their act together since my last review. Our recent orders have been accurate and piping hot. Their new gyros are yummy. Ding ding! (Ringing their good service bell). Thank you for fixing the problems, arby’s!

This is not good anymore! Taste 100% like cheap store budding sandwich slices! Yuck!!! What can I say about the counter staff? Way typical walmart,/ fast food mentality! What’s there to know about slapping thin pressed slices into pre made buns?
If I wanted Real meat I should have went and bought a hunk of it at Stater Brothers.

Top notch Arby’s!
Came in on a Saturday night around 830. Decided to go in instead of ordering from the drive through, which at this location can be a little difficult if your coming from the wrong direction.
Upon entering in was greeted by the friend staff. Went to the bathroom. They were pretty clean considering it’s a fast food place.
Ordered the usual. Hubby got the roast beef max meal, and I got the med. sandwhich.
Sat down at a clean table, all the tables were clean and waited. Hubby noticed while getting sauce at the help yourself station, pthatthey had everything out for you except napkins. you had to ask at the counter for them. But when I did and asked for extra they had to problem giving the m to me.
About 7 minutes later food was ready. French fries were pipping hot! Yes! Tasted soooo good.
Both our sandwiches were full to the brim with meat! My bread was perfect. Cannot brag enough about how good the food was.
Only downside to this place is it was a little chilly inside t, but to everyone themselves about temp. factor.
Overall perfect Arby’s experience. Will be back to this location over and over.

We went in this afternoon at lunch rush and they kicked donkey! It was obvious that they were short employees because people tend to call in sick on Saturdays during the summer but the employees that were there were undaunted. Customers were complaining about the «slow» service but their fat butts still got fed in a timely manner. The GM was there working the register quickly and accurately. The manager was apologetic and pushed out orders quickly! The 2 guys in the back whipped out roast beef like it was nobody’s business. We ordered 17 sandwiches (for workers doing landscaping) and were out of there in under 10 min! Good job guys! We will be back ;)

This Arby’s is getting 5 stars for sheer customer service. For the longest time in San Diego area i have had nothing but crappy customer service from management at every fast food chain place I go when I try to use coupons. But the manager at this location was awesome. He was able to accommodate us when using our coupons with out any hassle.
The service there was quick and friendly. We were in and out within 5 minutes of ordering and was pleased with the experience we had there. There was plenty of parking and convenient from the freeway.

On our way from San Diego to Las Vegas, my boyfriend and I stopped by this Arby’s for a quick bite to go. We’ve always been a fan of Arby’s food, especially compared to other fast food joints, and had some coupons from the mail. Win win!
Since we’ve had trouble in the past using two different coupons at a restaurant, we decided to order separately to avoid the hassle. Our cashier was super nice and assured us that using two coupons in the same transaction wouldn’t be a problem with him.
In the end, my boyfriend enjoyed his «2 Can Dine for $ 8.99» special of two regular roast beefs, a curly fry, a potato cake, mozzarella sticks and a drink, which our cashier kindly allowed him to get one large drink instead of two smalls. This may sound like a lot of food for one person, but remember that we had a five-​to-​six hour drive ahead of us. :)
I loved my turkey and swiss sandwich combo. Everything always tastes so fresh at Arby’s and this sandwich is one of my favorites. The honey mustard is amazing!
I don’t typically review fast food restaurants on Unilocal but our experience was so good here that I just had to give this location props.

This is a review of the Arby’s in Escondido. It is based on one trip dining in the restaurant and multiple takeout orders.
The restaurant is clean and well-​maintained. It is a relatively large Arby’s with plenty of seating.
The staff has always been friendly, polite, and professional. In general the service has been fast.
For carryout orders, they have neatly packed the food and, even after the drive home, the sandwiches are hot.
As for the food, it really comes down to if you like Arby’s. If you like Arby’s (and I do), they have great food. It is prepared to order. It is hot and fresh. it is neatly wrapped.
My favourites are the Beef n Cheddars and Arby’s Melts. Also, I am a fan of their seasoned curly fries. As far as I know, they were the first fast food chain to have them.
In the store, they have a very nice condiment station with pumps for each of their sauces. For carryout orders, they always provide plenty of sauce packets.
Overall, this is a great Arby’s. The four stars are on a fast food scale.
