I should’ve known not to go there when I saw that the drive thru was empty and saw all these people waiting around. I ordered the bacon egg biscuit combo and somehow ended up with a sausage breakfast burrito which I ended up throwing away because I don’t like sausage. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back to get it fixed since I had to go to work but I will definitely not be going back there.

This has to be the worst remodeling job ever. They downsized the seating, One large oval table in the middle and booths surrounding the wall that are the most uncomfortable anywhere. While we where there the male employee was sweeping the floor with a broom causing dust and dirt to go into the air, not his fault as that is his job. You could actually see the dust and dirt going up high above the head of the employee. Some of if landed on our food. How disgusting and nauseating is that? We had to throw our food away.
It would have been a waste of time telling any of the employees or manager/​supervisor because they could care less as they were rude. Beside the food already tasted like it had been cooked in dirt and stepped on. We saw some other people looking very upset and left too.
Then lets add to the misery to the whole thing and let you know that they play this blasting horrible loud music. Other people (what little there was) Had music playing loud on their cell phones, probably to drown out the disgusting LOUD music., Save your sanity & money and don’t go. BTW, we ask for our meal to be dine in sadly, but they gave it to us to go. Bottom line is they must not want anyone to eat there. (should have paid attention to the warning signs so to speak)

Rotten Service! I waited almost 15 min for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Only after standing there for over 12 min did someone finally ask if there was something I needed. The «Shift Supervisor» took my order and then went in the back and forgot my order. The manager (dressed in a oversized black sweatshirt) handed my money back to me with a sandwich and said sorry. Once I opened the sandwich it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I used my Super Star Rewards app to find this place and use the rewards to order the sandwich. That will be THE LAST TIME

This location isn’t one that you want to take your children to as there is no playground to keep them entertained. The dining area in itself is decent and the AC is ice cold. Aside from that it’s nothing special to write home about.
The service is so so and slow. Drive thru is a bit faster. I noticed there aren’t too many people that visit this location as there is a Jack in the Box and Panda Express on the opposite corners.
Once in a while though, their food is what I’m craving, so that’s why I visit.

Look for a better location. Basically I got a cup full of ice with a tiny bit of soda. About 10 fries and my burger was made wrong. The used the wrong buns. And i was suprised by the prices but thats. obviously a company thing. I was upset that I didnt go across the street to Jack and just order a munchies meal. I would have enjoyed it more and it would have been cheaper. Skip this Carls jr.

I went on Sunday. i its seems like every time i go there either to busy to take my order. My food was warm, salty my son happy meal was not something he was happy about cheap toy … befor i pulled a way i double check my order the girl at the drive thru haded my order i said thanks she slammed the lil window i called back and said can i get ketchup plz she gave me few with no customer service skill i told thats the part u say ur welcome nothing like damn mute.,

Much improved since last visit. The service definitely is good this time. The food is good and hot when arrived.
This location gets bad review because of the surroundings, but near the safari park the selections are that many anyway.

I don’t recommend coming to this location unless you’re looking for day laborers, prostitutes, or dermatology (see my review of Escondido Dermatology).
I also do not recommend this place because it’s just not as good as the other Carl’s Jrs in town. I always get told to pull to the front of the store to wait for food. Ugh.

I went back later that day, after my «bad experience», and the Shift leader «Eduardo» refunded me my $ 8.31. I am very hesitant to go back to this location, but at least they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. If every dissatisfied customer asked for their money back, and chose not to go back to this location, they would lose a lot of business!

First of all I was not greeted by the person at the counter, there was only one person taking orders at noon, which is a busy time of the day, My order was ok, The gal did not ask me if I wanted anything else I had to mention that I wanted Barbeque sauce, at which time she did not bring them to me in a pleasant manner, it was like slam down on the table, just like when she brought me my order. No commumication at all. Which did not appreciate it was like her e it is like it or not. Blam. This Carls Jr did not impress me one bit, I have had better service at the other Carls Jrs in the area. At least the one on E. Valley Parkway treats their customers with a little respect. this one sure does not.

I went here with a friend late at night after we watched a movie, When we walked in apparently the friends of the people working the night shift were there hanging out with them. some of them were sleeping on the tables some of them would WALK INTO THE KITCHEN area and just hang out in there.
i said you know what w/​e it what am i going to do about so i order some chili fries, since the cook was having a great time hanging out with his friends he forgot to cook my meal, like literally there was ice on the chili. so i went up to the front and put the chili fries on the table, before i could say anything the guy says «what, what do you want» very rudely probably trying to impress his friends, i told him he didnt cook my food and he was like oh and made me another one.
This place was just very unprofessional.
