Best eye and patient care! I became a patient here about 3 years ago when I had to have a growth on my eyelid (nevus) that needed to be removed. It was pretty scary because they had to biopsy it to make sure it was not cancerous. I was so impressed with Dr. Plottner, Dr. Smith and the entire office’s standard of care that I left my current eye doctor and became a permanent patient there. Dr. Plottner is very thorough and cautious. He is caring and committed to providing a high standard of care for his patients. This was more evident this year when I had PRK surgery on my left eye. (They do one eye at a time here). The surgery was on a Friday. I had some discomfort on Sunday with the «bandage contact» and he came in twice that day to see me. Once in the morning and later in the evening just to make sure I was okay. The important part was that this was not only a Sunday but it was also Father’s Day yet he made himself available to come in and see me. ¬I was looking for their address online when Unilocal popped up and I was surprised to see they did not have any reviews. I realized this was because most of the patients here are elderly and not likely to go online to write a review. I am confident they would be singing the same praises if they had the chance.
The ladies in the office are all wonderful, kind and caring as well. You will always feel welcome and cared for in this office.
