Big Fat Zero for an over all review of my experience with this vendor. I have 2 air conditioners that we were going to have them check out. Upon arrival the tech I guess glanced at one of the units in the yard of the main house. When I came out to meet him, he started by telling me he couldn’t service the one unit because«it was completely overgrown». I assured him that I was happy to cut away any of the vines that may have grown over the unit(there were 2 new thin vines) He repeated himself telling me that he wasn’t going to be able to access the unit. I assured him he could and asked him to step into the yard so I could show him how and where to access the working parts of the unit. But he had to show me the two small vines, that I told him again I was happy to cut but if he would let me I would show him how he could access the unit. I then walked him to the back side of the area where he had full access to all parts. I asked him if he could service the unit, and he said yes and then began to lecture me in a very demeaning way and attempted to put his hands on my solders as to say«calm down lady». No I can assure you that I was in no way upset or hysterical, which he was trying to imply. I asked him not to do that(put his hands on me) and then he said, lady calm down. I kind of chucked because he was treating me like some men sometimes can thinking women don’t know anything about mechanical devices. I happen to own and run a management and maintenance company and work with hundreds of venders every day. He continued to talk to me in a very lecturing way, I suggested that he misunderstood and that had he allowed me to do as I was trying in the beginning I could have showed him the easy access and that it wasn’t such a big issue. He responded by saying«maybe I just shouldn’t work on your system». What?!?”! This guy was clearly having a really bad day and was totally taking it out on me. I was in a great mood and only trying to help him to see that there was no big issue, but he seemed to be only focused on coming up with reasons why servicing my unit was«SOHARD». I started getting the feeling that he was trying to build up the job like it was so hard he would have to charge extra. Well I never got to find out. My tenant came out, and I asked him to show the tech his unit. The tech threw up his hands and said, Im out of here Im not working on your system! Got in his van and drove off! WHAT?@?@ My tenant and I looked at each other stunned. Don’t waist your time calling this company! There are more professional and friendly vendors, already have one on the way.
