Very poor service. After a wonderful phone interview I hired the company to transport my disabled father to two doctor appointments. The morning of the first appointment the aide had car trouble. I received an email stating such, but was assured that three other girls had been contacted and the manager was «hopeful» they would still get my father to his appointment on time. Sadly, my father was not transported to the appointment. In fact, they completely missed both appointments. My attempts to connect with them have gone unanswered. There have been no apologies or actions to make things right. Very unprofessional.
