KFC

Came in at about 845 front was already closed down. Seemed a little early since they dont close till 9 but they let me in and were wonderful wirht the service and didnt make a big deal about me being in the lobby great customer service.

Staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. And the wait was less than 5mins. Luv this place for lunch

Literally terrible. Every time. They never get the order right and the quantity of food given is a joke. Never going back to this location ever again.

Poor service from the moment I stepped in. I had to wait a while for my order to be taken and then the clerk told me he was in a hurry because he would be off in 8 minutes? WTF!!! O The Nashville Hot Chicken DON’T BOTHER!!!

Cooks are also taking orders at the register, I can tell they are working hard. Perhaps they are short-​staffed. Not busy, just a few customers, but still a long time for my order, like 20 minutes, when I inquired about what was taking so long, they said they forgot my order… no problem, that happens I guess and they apologized. Too many dirty tables though and no napkins in the one dispenser they have. Food tasted good. Overheard customers complain about the wait and that there is no one manning the register. Like I said, they are probably short staffed today.

Second time here and always always poor poor services… The 3 pieces chicken tender look like sh*t. Omg. Minnesota KFC are way better! Lol. I’m serious. They always get my orders wrong. –_​– Last time I wanted the 3 pieces chicken tender with mash potatoes and Cole shaw… They gave me a super soggy cookie and 2 biscuits… Um. ok. Thought I give them a second chance, but nope I was wrong.

Worst service ever. I was told there was a 13 minute wait for chicken so I said OK not a big deal. Was also told to park so I did but I waited past the 13 minutes and gave them the benefit of doubt and waited I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes I had to go back to the drive thru since the dining room was now closed and had to remind them. The girl asked to look at my receipt and checked she asked if I wanted an extra side I said no I was all ready to just go a side doesn’t make up for half an hour of wasted time. I will now just go to Pollo Loco like the rest of my family wanted to.

There’s always always always a wait for something, either chicken, biscuits, coleslaw etc etc. I enjoy KFC, but the wait gets kind of annoying.

Went here on Super Bowl Sunday to pick up 5 wings. Waited forever in the horribly designed drive-​thru (which blocks cars trying to leave the restaurant if there’s any kind of line).
Total came to $ 4.31. Gave them $ 20.31. Got $ 1 back as change. Protested. Got $ 10 more back. Parked car, went inside. Protested. Waited forever. They wanted receipt. Wasn’t provided. Protested. They counted register. They slammed the $ 5 down rudely.
Note to KFC manager: a sincere apology and a fresh warm exchange order of the wings would have prevented the review. But since that’s not how you roll, may all the avian influenza strains of the world deluge, replicate and cellularly annoy you for as long as you screw people over. Enjoy dealing with the corporate complaint I filed!

This is a review of a takeout order from the KFC on South Escondido Blvd in Escondido.
My brother (RichM) picked up the order. A portion of this review is based on feedback from him.
The staff was very friendly. They were also very effective. They took precautions to insure they had the proper supply of original recipe chicken. They also caught and remedied a mistake in the order.
This location is showing its age a bit. However, it is relatively clean.
The food was very good. Well, if you like KFC (and we do) it was very good. Even though it was a takeout order, the food that was supposed to be hot was hot and the food that was supposed to be cold was cold.
The food was also all very neatly packed. There were no leaks. There was no smashed containers or food.
For KFC, the chicken was right up main street. The same can be said about the macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. I do not eat coleslaw. But my brother does and he wolfed it down.
It also appears that the size of the seemingly ever shrinking KFC biscuit has stabilized. These were hot and oh so good. I do wish they would bring back real honey though.

Cost: Our dinner consisted of 6 pieces original, large mash potatoes and gravy, large mac & cheese, 3 biscuits, and one small cole slaw. The total was around $ 20.
Overall — This seems to be a pretty good KFC. The staff was friendly. The food was hot. If you are into KFC, I can see no reason not to visit this location.

It’s your typical run of the mill KFC. What impressed me was the service we recieved just around 8 p.m. After placing our order they were shy a piece of chicken. So, to call it good the attendee threw in some wings, and thighs with 2 extra biscuits to make up for it. I miss this old fashioned customer first service.
