I have gone into the drive thru at this KFC2 times in the past month and both times I have left without buying anything. The first time it seemed pretty busy, they took our order at the intercom, but then we waited for quite a while behind another car and I noticed that the car left without getting any food. We waited at the window for almost 10 minutes and we never saw any worker come anywhere near the window. We ended up just leaving before anyone even greeted us in person. This morning we got there at about 10:20am, the hours are listed as opening at 10. No one greeted us at the intercom so we drove up to the window. After a few minutes someone finally came up to the window to inform us that«we have no chicken right now.» Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again.

We just went thru this KFC drive thru and for the second time in a row our order was incorrect. We only ordered three items and they can’t get it correct. Completed a KFC survey and submitted it. This specific KFC is very incompetent. Will not be going back.

Terrible service! They ran out of chicken so they just closed at 9:50 without telling anyone or putting up signs! When their sign showed that they’re open until 10:30! So a bunch of cars kept going through the drive through and all the employees plugged into music and ignored the drivers who kept honking!!! Horrid service! How are you even in business?

Very bad service. Messed up my order and manager was a jerk about it. Chicken was not crispy. I don’t rate fast food but the service and food was that bad I felt people had to be warned

If there were zero stars I’d give them a zero. I don’t typically rate fast food, but I have to on this. Next time I will kill my own chickens and bring for them to fry because I think it would be faster. Rude and slow. At the same time I was waiting for my food, the entire city of escondido went to sleep and woke up again.

We walked in and the smell from the cooking area was so seriously horribly sickening and nauseating. The cooking area looked horribly dirty too. Glad no employee’s cared to assist us. Obviously we left. We have been by there before in the past and got ignored by the employees, probably a good thing. Maybe the employee’s know how bad their food is and they don’t want to help because they don’t want you to get sick?

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. On a Tuesday night, I drove into the drive thru. There was a car in front of me at the speaker. I should’ve know when and left, when the car at the speaker was put on hold for an upwards if 9 – 10 minutes. But once to the ordering speaker, I placed my order and slowly moved up. That’s when things got really bad. Time went on and on and on. Over 25 minutes later, I pulled up to the window, paid for my food and then was asked to pull around to the front so that they could serve the cars behind me. I was furious, and did it anyways. I waited for them to bring my food out, after another 8 minutes, I walked into the KFC, and they were liked stoned zombies. None if the 3 workers knew what they were doing. 45 minutes later, I was handed my food. Abosolutley disgusted, I walked away and will NEVER return. To management, I blame YOU! Take the time to skillfully train your employees.

This has to be the worst KFC, I wasn’t going to review them until the 3rd time I came and they yet again don’t have any wings and want me to wait 16 minutes for chicken. It’s really bad hopefully the owner can get a handle on the staff.

I don’t usually complain, nor write reviews, but I had to on this one. I have been to this KFC at least 5 times and I am not exaggerating when I say 4 out of 5 times they have forgotten to give me something. To add to that, every time I have gone, they either don’t have any grilled chicken, or I’ve had to wait for it. I gave them an extra star because they always make their mistakes right and the food is good.

Last time I went there they closed up an hour early to start cleaning machines etc and I couldn’t even purchase a family meal for 3. You guys suck.

I really think KFC ought to go out on a limb and try educating their employees a little; at least hold a 15 minute training on the differences between«extra crispy,» «grilled» and«original recipe». I ordered a meal with original recipe, the only kind I like, from the drive thru. After getting my food and pulling away I noticed the chicken was def grilled… so I turned the car around and went back.(This was at 5:30, the heart of rush hour.) When I returned, the young lady was very polite and quickly replaced my order. But I’m a slow learner… I pulled out into traffic Again before checking the chicken. This time I had a box full of extra crispy chicken parts! Too frustrated by traffic to do another 180, I went home and fed my dinner to the dogs. I will not return to this KFC… and if the others’ recent performance continues, I might boycott the entire establishment. I’ve noticed a pattern in my recent KFC visits, so its not limited to just this one franchise: .perhaps it started as a memo from corporate… something like«it is too expensive to have 3 different varieties of chicken all hot n ready at the same time, so we are discontinuing that practice, starting immediately. When you get an order for a variety that is not prepared at the moment, just fake it and use whatever is sitting around… no one will notice…».

The employees are great. Food is good. Last 2 times I’ve been there the drive thru employee brought the food over on a tray and bagged it right in front of me. How cool is that. I’ve never experienced that in fast food. Just seems to me the owner of this business really cares about customer satisfaction. Good job!!!

I was in this KFC, and there was a fly buzzing around, and no one seemed to do anything about it, one of the employees did empty the trash, yet that did not stop the fly from buzzing around my food. I thought that this was not real sanitary. and no one seemed to be concerned about the fly in the dining room area. as for the food I ordered the biscuts were a little on the stayle side, they were even a little bit tough. I think that they were not fresh but the left over ones. I dont think I will be back into this place.

12 piece chicken bucket for 10 bucks… I“m giggling to myself for Unilocaling a KFC. But I just have to give a shout out to the guy working the drive through tonight. First, for telling us about the better combo deal that was not on the menu. Second, for adding more wings than legs in the chicken bucket because you probably overheard me saying booo I like wings better than the legs. Dad was happy that you gave us a lot of breasts too. Nice. Finally, your great customer service, especially for working a drive through on a saturday night. These stars are for you and yo grilled chicken man!
