McDonald’s

I worked at McDonald’s when they first introduced iced coffees. I asked for a iced regular vanilla latte from this location. First thing that happened was they gave me a SMALL hot one. Then told me to go to window 2. Then the lady who was cleaning the door told me to go around. I pulled around and asked her why? She was like. didn’t you get your order? I was like «NO, because they messed it up.» So I ended up parking my car and walked inside to get my order. Once I got to work which was around the corner, I tasted my iced vanilla latte, and they had put more cream and less coffee. First of all, it wasn’t my mistake and I shouldn’t be punished when the female order taker messed up. So now, I just wasted around $ 3 and I definitely won’t finish this iced TOO MUCH cream latte.

Don’t come here unless you plan to go in. Every time we go through the drive-​through the order is missing items.
So far I have paid for three hamburgers and two large fries and not received them and I’ve only been here twice.
I’ve gone inside ones for breakfast and it was clean and the order was correct but I’m really sick of driving 20 mins home only to find out half my order is missing.

Food was the usual mcdonalds food, but what realy stood out to me was the service. A guy named Andrew rang us up and was super friendly. I usually don’t write reviews on the cashiers, especially fast food, but he was great! :)

Who writes a review for MICKY D’s? Well, when you get as good service as me and my two friends do from ESSENCE, we definitely have to! She is so kind and nice and has great customer service. Checked in on us as if she was a waitress and made us feel at home! She deserves a raise!

Just waited in the drive through–
10:27 when I started ordering, FULL breakfast menu still up, ordered a McGriddle and got the stupid response that they aren’t serving them after 10:30. I asked her to verify the time and was told it was 10:28
I understand that they use one of the machines needed for the McGriddles during lunch, but be decent and take the breakfast menu down, especially if you aren’t going to serve me something on it DURING BREAKFAST.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too, I waited 20 + mins for my food. And when I got my food, I checked for my sauces and of course there weren’t any. I told the lady (a younger Mexican girl, with painted on eye brows and tattoos on her neck) I didn’t have any sauces and she rolled her eyes and walked away. When she returned to the window, she responded with «do you want your sauces or not.» I don’t care that it’s McDonald’s, I paid ($ 39.13 to be exact) I could have gone across the street to Burger King for better customer service. I don’t care if there’s a long line or if she’s having a bad day. All I asked for was my sauces. I will never go back to this McDonald’s, and I will tell my family as well. Waste of my time & money. I wouldn’t even rate them.

I had my guilty pleasure craving! and wanted Mickey D’s tonight. so I dropped by the drive thru. To me coming here is so satisfying because I hardly ever get it, so when I do it’s my splurge… cheat meal!
I was stoked to go to *town* on my McDonald’s fix. then upon opening it. it was done wrong. This is annoying because it even has the customized sticker. My cheeseburger that was supposed to have no pickles. had 2 pickles inside, and it was supposed to have shredded lettuce added had absolute zilch… zero. nada?! And then my chicken sandwich and cheeseburger had a squirt of the big mac sauce that I paid 50 cents extra for (it could have had more).
How does it get prepared wrong when it has the huge sticker on it.

My husband and I have been going to this McDonald’s for a while now. We mostly do drive through with the occasional walk in. My 5 stars mostly go to the drive thru tell named Michelle. Everytime we come she remembers us and she’s very pleasant and warming. She makes jokes when you change things up on her.
As far as the inside goes its pretty modern. Cool crazy game things that our kids like to play. Yes there are homeless and there but they are paying customers. I find it admirable that people serve them probably because other people would turn their back on them. So far that I believe this McDonalds deserves 5 stars.

A prime example of why so many people get livid at the idea of McDonald’s workers making more than minimum wage.
After class, I thought I’d give McDonald’s breakfast a try since you know, Starbucks is overpriced right?
I get there and order at about 10:00. It is not busy whatsoever. Yet I don’t walk out until 10:22. Why? Because they LITERALLY JUST DID NOT MAKE MY ORDER. I’m sitting there waiting and finally the kid that took my order is like «you don’t have your food yet?» And I’m thinking, obviously not. (I didn’t say anything because I’d hate to come off as the rude impatient customer).
So he talks to a couple of the girls there and a woman eventually produces an egg McMuffin. «Egg McMuffin right?» She asks. Yes and a small coffee.
So finally she passes me my stuff and I leave because now I’m going to be late for class in San Marcos. Open the bag and no hash brown even though I ordered the combo. But I no longer had time to deal with it, so I just left.
Next time, I will be absolutely sure to spend $ 3 more getting breakfast at Starbucks.

Bum city… husband went to Bathroom to wash hands. bum had his feet in the sink washing them… then the man proceeded to pay McDonalds back for their hospitality by cleaning their drink area with the hands that he was just washing his disgusting feet with!!!
And he was doing it over and over and over. not sure if its mental illness or drugs but it was groosssssss.
Also another man came and filled up all of his drink cups that he obviously got from garbage.
The tables were filthy and the employees were just standing in the back talking.
They did nothing about this disgusting behavior.
I will Never step foot in this place again. If you choose to go here, you have been warned. your next fountain drink might include some toe jam!!!

Okay I can’t believe I’m reviewing McDonald’s. But my goodness, their faces here will crack if they smile and they will break into smithereens if they were to say something so much as «have a nice day». It’s almost comical. I mean I know it’s got to suck that you’re working at McDonald’s. Probably not where you thought you’d be on a Sunday night at almost 11 pm. But for the love of God, try to have a decent night instead of acting beyond miserable. I promise, it’ll make life better.
Oh and my fries were cold old and too salty. My sandwich was bad too. McDonald’s management, do you have any standards when you are hiring? What do you look for in a worker? That they are breathing? If you have at least a couple more requirements other than availability and ability to breathe, you can have a better establishment. There is a reason most people prefer places like chick fil a. Serious.

The outside is beautiful and the inside has a modern twist but as the service and food go… it’s like any old mccdonald. What I mean is that their is only one cashier with a large line, full of people who make a mess by self surved soda machines, workers wearing different colored uniform, etc. their is no outlet to charge phone: c

Sometimes good, sometimes super slow. I recently saw 2 gentleman wait around 15 minutes for their food. But usually service is good. Beware of vagrants and mentally deranged. 1 star added for some of the employees who actually work their butts off.

Went in today for the first since it opened. My fries we’re COLD and dry!!! And the bun for my bread was literally black on the inside. I was really looking forward to eat there. But I guess I got what I paid for. And don’t even get me started with how dirty the restroom is! Look at my pictures

I hate Mcdonalds & I was really happy to see it disappear until they rebuilt the building…
Anyways, I have been forced through the driveway twice.
The first time was for a cup of coffee in then morning on aug. 14^th. my friend was very clear. One cup of black coffee with no cream with 3 sugars. He receive coffee with cream. He hates cream.
Today again I was forced through the drive through because a different friend wanted an ice tea & the sun is hot today! It made me noticed how short the drive through overhang is! It doesn’t do anything for sun protection for their employees that work all day in through drive through for minimum wage in the sun. In & Out has sun protect for their employees & customers. It’s all for looks at this place. It was getting so hot for me waiting in line that I went & waited under the shade spot made by the HUGE McDonalds sign until they were done!
While doing this my friend that a girl had to use to bathroom and she said it was disgusting and were all really surprised because it’s brand new!
My friend receive 2 large ice teas unsweetened & I noticed how McDonald’s is now using styrofoam cups.
(This is where I want to swear at the corporation for their lack of responsibility to make the best choice which is the planet over already massive profits with their bs junk food.)

It’s nest that been «cleaned» in amino. Wikipedia it!
It’s SUPER CHEAP because the gov. Gives tax payer subsides to BIG AG & the meat is mixed with so many fillers that it’s only 15% Meat in the end of the process
1 patty = 300 cows
Because it’s one BIG mix like milk.

My husband and I were so sad when the McDonald’s burned down, and then we were so happy when they started to rebuild it! It’s a modern McDonald’s with a 2 lane drive thru. I have only used drive thru and I haven’t stepped inside. It’s relatively new so I don’t think the workers have a hang on it yet. They frequently make mistakes.
I’m so irritated how they cheat me on my fries! Take a look at my picture.
Biggest pitfall is getting in and out of there. I don’t think the architects or whoever thought about it. There’s only one way in and one way out. It could be a bit difficult to get out on Ash because it’s so busy. Also, heading east on Valley Parkway, you can’t make a u turn and you can’t turn left into it. I would get on Washington and turn right onto Ash.

I went to this location, rather than the one close to my office, thinking I could enjoy some on the go breakfast. The drive through line itself wasn’t too bad. However… They got my sandwich wrong. I ordered an Egg McMuffin, received a Sausage Biscuit. I noticed before I got on the freeway and turned around. I went inside and had to wait to talk with someone to get the right order.
When I finally was helped, the manager handed me a new bag. I looked inside, STILL not an Egg McMuffin. I told her this was a Sausage Muffin. She looked at me like I insulted her before providing me with the correct sandwich before saying, «Sorry, we have two different muffins.» Not having my coffee yet, I said, «I know, which is why I ordered the one I wanted.»
It was an Egg McMuffin… Nothing special order. Won’t be back, which is too bad before it is so close to home and it would be nice to enjoy iced coffee on the way to work.

Double drive thru may seem like a long wait by appearance but goes by pretty fast.
Forgot my sweet n sour sauce! Grrr! Check your bag before you drive off. ALWAYS!
I’m just happy this location is back after the old one burned down.
I only wish it had a playground for the kids. I wonder why they decided not to have one?!
Edit: 10÷15÷14 They didn’t give monopoly game pieces on the specific food items that are supposed to have them.

This place is finally back! The previous McDonald’s burned down and they had to rebuild it. It finally opened back up recently. It was the closest McDonald’s to us and I’m glad it’s back up.
They upgraded the building to a more modern look. It has 2 lanes for the drive through now instead of the one it had previously.
The only downside I would say about this place is that it is hard to get into the parking lot. You have to be driving west on valley parkway or going south on ash to get into the parking lot. There is no u turn allowed at the stop light if you are going east on valley parkway.
All in all, I’m just happy that this McDonald’s is back and close to home again.

I’m just rating the building right now, and posting ONE pic, til I get the rest photoshopped. But between my new lens and the beauty of this building, it’s easy to get good pic’s.
This place burned to the ground, maybe 5 YEARS ago. The ONLY McDonald’s in a city of over 100,000; go figure. Whoever the franchisee is in this area is missin’ the BOAT! Escondido could easily support at least THREE more McDonalds.
At any rate, THIS LOCATION BE RE-​OPENING SOMETIME IN JUNE!
