Should get 0 stars. I had ordered a Nu Concept Restroom Trailer to be delivered today for an event that I have tomorrow and Sunday. I have been at my business since 8:00 am this morning and it is now 10:22 pm. Miranda Moore was the sales person that I placed the order with. I called her the first time around 4:00 pm and it went to voice mail. I left a voice mail asking if there was an ETA of the restrooms. She said she tried to call but it went to voice mail so she sent me an email. The email said that the the driver was on their way that there was traffic and she apologized and to please call if I needed anything. I called her again around 8:00 pm and it went to voice mail. I tried calling the corporate number and it said for emergencies wait on the line. It just hangs up. I emailed her again saying no one has shown up. Again she doesn’t call just emails me back saying I am sorry I don’t know what happened and they said they were 20 minutes away and that she left them voice mails. She also said that on Monday she will speak to her regional manager. Well Monday does me no good. My event will be over and I know have over 500 people coming to event where I have 3 indoor bathrooms. I am beyond mad and can’t believe the lack of customer service, the lack of follow up, and that there is not a single person trying to fix the situation. I have hosted events for the past 15 years. I have used Spanky’s the last 3 – 4 I have not had such a terrible experience. I have had my cell phone with me all day and been at my location and not one call. I want to know what is going to be done about this and I would like for someone to contact me.

I don’t know anything about them except that they’ve been there when I’ve needed them and there are always plenty of them and fairly decent (as far as port-​a-​potties).
Their name makes me smile. I’d buy a shirt if they offered them for sale. I would!

If it were possible I would rate them at a minus. I ordered the porta-​potty for a construction job starting on Friday morning. Afterwards was told that I would need to pay $ 50 to have it there by 8 a.m. (the customer service rep assumed I needed it by Friday evening). When I told them I would not pay $ 50 but would cancel the order they then promised to have delivered no later than 10 a.m. on Friday. I was willing to compromise and agreed.
At 11:30 a.m. on Friday I cancelled the order since they had not showed up. After the cancellation my bank account was charged for the rental. I contacted them that day (while the transaction was still pending) to be told it would take a week to process the refund. I called back a week later to find out that there was no record of processing my refund.
I was referred to a supervisor who after playing phone tag for several days, assured me I would have the money refunded to my account within the week (this was last week).
I just spoke to him again (Tuesday — two and half weeks after money was deducted from account) to be told that the refund was approved last Thursday and I should hopefully have the money refunded by Friday!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Didn’t have a chance to use– never responded to my request for quote. If this company can’t respond to a simple email, I definitely can’t depend on them taking care of this critical event component.

The WORST customer service by telephone a person can expect. The female employee who answered my call was talking to someone else in the office while I tried to ask her questions. She became upset with me when she didn’t like one of my answers. If she had any sort of manners, she would have waited for me to complete my answer and she would have realized that I was, in fact, properly answering her question. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

One star only because zero wasn’t an option. Horrible, rude, ignorant and insulting. Never turned up to service when requested. Lied and generally failed miserably. Use this service at your own peril. Cost me a lot of business.

Our company has used Spanky’s for the past 3 years for our company picnic. At our last picnic a few days ago, the port-​o-​potties were all locked. We eventually got the porto’s open but it was half way through the event. After speaking with a supervisor (maybe owner?) he solved the issue almost immediately. He was super friendly and understanding. We will definitely continue to use them. When coordinating an event for 500 people it is nice to have a company you can depend on.
(Would have been 5 stars if the first customer service rep handled the situation and I didn’t have to escalate it. Hopefully it will be a training opportunity.)

Look these guys get a lot of JOKES about their NAME. Thing is, I had a BIG and MESSY problem (stinky b-​hole anyone?) and thehese handsomes took care of it ASAP and with big toothy smiles that brightened the foggy dark day hanging in my home.

A Spanky’s truck came by to pick up porta potties at the Asian Cultural Festival of San Diego that were left overnight FROM THE DAY BEFORE IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR EVENT.
I have 2 witnesses, my brother who is on our logistics staff and an Elite Security staffer see the truck driver park in a traffic lane and get out of his truck. We had to send staff in to the street to direct traffic because you could not see traffic coming from the other side of the truck.
Not only was this guy parked right in front of the festival on the busiest street, taking up a lane in a 2 lane road, he got back into his truck with plastic cutlery and napkins. This guy got lunch and then tried to talk to us like we were homies!
«So you do this festival every year?»
«Sir you have to get in your vehicle and leave»
*waits for the door to close, start cussing at Spanky’s until they turn the corner.*

Ha ha! We had one of these on what was left of our front lawn for the better part of a year while remodeling a few years ago. The thing never stank from the outside and it came in handy for the guests when we had a party one time but I’m happy it is no longer there. It did make for a great, easy to recognize landmark while it was there though.

Spanky’s — the name alone is hilarious. You can rent a port-​a-​potty if needed and other equipment here…
The guys that work here are worthy enough to get on Discovery Channel’s «Dirty Jobs».
5 stars for the fellas that empty out the port-​a-​potties for our convenience.
