Unlimited Tile & Stone

We wanted a backsplash installed in our kitchen, and Arizona Tile recommended Unlimited Tile & Stone to do the installation. First we had them do one wall, and they did a pretty good job and I decided we wanted another wall with the same look, so we asked them to do a second wall. The second time the work was poorly done, and the guy we were dealing with, Adam, was incredibly rude and condescending. He reminded us repeatedly that this was a small job for him. Great, if it’s too small of a job, don’t take it. We weren’t forcing them, but you’d think if it’s so small that they could at least do it well. The grout on the tile bled through in many places and still looks bad even after they did touch-​ups. There are quite a few cracked tiles that they should have never used. The mat that they place behind the tile is sticking through at the top. I don’t think I’d trust them with a large job.
