I have been twice in a month for back to school shopping for two girls and my irritation level is typically pretty high in retail stores since retail associates seem to care little and not be very well trained. OMG! I was blown away by the professionalism both times. They are a fine oiled team and work well in a fun, friendly and efficient environment. When they step off the floor to get a shoe they have a code word and they all work together very well. The Manager should be proud of her/​himself. I could not be more impressed by their sincerity and desire to help. Way to go team! I hope the Regional Manager knows what they have here. Props to you all and thank you for making my experience a wonderful one! I am excited to go back!

Ok, had the complete opposite service experience here than at Sports Chalet. These guys are awesome. I never even purchased a pair of Vans before and went into this store on a whim. I ended up buying here cause these guys were so cool. Great selection and they are really nice to their customers. I’ll definitely be back.

I went in today to buy my boyfriend some new shoes and it was a great in and out experience. The two employees working there were helpful but not pushy, which I liked. But, the reason why I am writing this review is not only the good service but the one employee who rang me up. She told me about a promotion they are doing where if you donate $ 2 you get a free bag. All the proceeds went to help kids with autism learn to skateboard or surf. What a great cause! Anyways, the cashier volunteered for that foundation and it seemed very near and dear to her heart. I’ll be coming back whenever I need shoes.
TIP: way less busy than mall location!

My son and I were helped by Mose and Victoria and I was really impressed with how they handled the clients in the shop. It was a bit busy and there was just the two of them. They were polite, and friendly. We will be back!

It smells a lil’ funny in this store. Its also freezing — maybe they think the temp will make the smell dissipate?
Anyhow, it’s Vans, not much to say since all their stores sell the same thing. Lots of styles to choose from, associates are attentive and location is convenient.
