Great selection of kitchen, bath, and other home items. Yes, you’re paying retail, but for the convenience, sometimes this is the way to go. Make sure you sign up for their coupons well before a trip here, since you can’t sign up for them and have a coupon on the same day – plan ahead!

I LOVE this place. The 20% off coupons you get in the mail, you can use them EVEN if they are expired!
That’s so awesome! So you can save them for when you need them instead of throwing them away bc they are expired! Or share with friends!
Customer service has been great as well the last handful of times I have been in. They get someone to help out if there are a few people waiting in line so you don’t have to wait long at all.
Usually there are lots of people throughout the store to answer questions about products or point you in the right direction.
Very cool products. Go check it out!

I like BB&B. This store has quite the selection of everything from Turbie Twist hair towels (which are absolutely awesome!) to wooden spoons. I find the staff to be pleasant and the store to be fully stocked. The gift registry is convenient and they do the wrapping. They honor expired coupons with a smile. Yep, I like BB&B
If the bathroom had not been over run with little dust bunnies each time I entered it, I would have gladly given four stars. Tidy up the john and I’ll change my rating =)

Horrible customer service. In fact, not even sure you can call it customer service. Tried to return something with receipt in hand and the best we could get was an exchange but they had nothing that matched our décor. Any place that reduces a bride-​to-​be to tears a week before their wedding is somewhere that NO ONE SHOULD EVER SHOP!
