Happy hour on Sunday’s are great!!! It all day long. The wings are yummy! I am so that this store is closing because it was my favorite place to go for lunch and shop. It will be sadly missed. I also miss the pretzel sticks. Please come back to Eugene

Food menu changes for the worst. New seafood menu is all extremely spicy and too hot for normal consumption. Luckily the waitress replaced our food. Unhappy with the menu changes. Will likely not return.

Horrible experience. Enchiladas had no meat in them. Waitress said they are not supposed to be that way. But asked to speak with manager who who literally said she would no do anything to adjust the bill unless the second order was just as bad. No offer to comp or even some chips or something while I waited. She then said the food never looks like it does in the picture. Just like being at McDonalds, she said. I left very unhappy and hungry.

Came for a solo lunch and found the experience pleasant. Perfect for the mood I was in at the time. Low interactivity with the waitstaff was delightfully reinforced by the on-table ziosk. Food came out nice and hot! I was in and out in 34 minutes; returned to the office with my hunger sated and my palette assauged. Soup, double burger and fries for $ 8: you can’t beat this place for lunch.

Been here many times as its in the Valley River Center. Has a good menu and lots of drinks selection. I like the Ziosk you can reorder drinks and pay. I have never gotten a bad meal. It’s on par with Applebee’s, Red Robin and such with a southwest accent. Usually has a game going in the bar. Usually good service but this time the gal seemed«put out» with my autistic sons order(he is very picky). I will probably be back.

This is one of the locations that doesn’t have a grill top so the chicken fajitas don’t have grill marks and it taste boiled. Thumbs down. The waitress was snotty and a bit pushy. When I asked for a manager. Watermelon margarita was good. Ok place on an old mall

I hadn’t been here for several years, but Chilli’s use to have good food and service, the meal my family and I had this weekend was absolutely terrible. The burgers were charred and flavorless, the fries were over cooked, cold and dry, and the mac & cheese was the worst we ever had, none of us liked our meals. The server put in a wrong order and my niece ended up with food she didn’t even want or order because, we didn’t have the time to wait another half hour to get the correct meal(that burger she didn’t order should of been free), are server was not very good. We will definitely not be coming back.

One of the servers here dropped our order all over me, my 2 month old son and the diaper bag. There was rice and sour cream that spilled inside the bag and the food was hot! He did not apologize and he didn’t even give us a refund. The heavy plate was just a few cm away from landing on my baby. Terrible service.

Walked in to two hostesses that informed us of a 10 min. wait. No big deal. Turn around to sit on the bench to see three empty tables, one that hadn’t been cleared. We were placed at one of the empty tables 10 min later. Super nice server. He checked in with us and was on top of everything. Two servers were helping the entire main area, so they were spread a little thin and there was only one empty table. It took a while to get our food, but it ended up being pretty good. It arrived a little messy, like it had just been thrown together, and no toothpick to hold our hamburgers together so they fell apart as we ate. Atmosphere: loud, nice restaurant Service: Two hostesses standing around so we had to wait for the really busy waiters to get to the tables. Waiters very busy and nice. Waiters short staffed. Food: Good, not the best. Would prefer a local restaurant over this. No free appetizers as many restaurants do. Three pickles came with the order, just three for some reason. Overall, just sort of average I guess. Nothing too amazing, but that’s usually what is expected with chain restaurants. PS It IS open Sunday, this page says it’s closed.

Chilis just did us so dirty. Hungover as hell and in a silly mood and we thought, «hey why the hell not chilis» with the intentions of getting some serious grub to curb this terrible feeling. Pulled the trigger on the hugely coveted trio fajitas and was presented with some mediocre shrimp, flavorless chicken and somewhat tasty steak. I know what you’re thinking, how could you possibly except much from chili’s? I suppose I was under the illusion that paying $ 15 for a meal would either reward one with either a solid portion of food or great quality and as the latter is not expected, I assumed I would be getting a decent amount of food. Boy was I wrong. So I give two stars not for great service because it was honestly sub par(rude, slow) but because of the main redeeming quality of chilis, the atmosphere. It’s a great clash of terrible tastes that somehow works. It’s a confused cantina grill with an American flare. So I digress, if you’re in the mood for overpaying for mediocre food and having an awesome stomach ache after, then look no further. Otherwise, you can find much better options for this price point ie BJ’s, red robin, Olive Garden, really anything.

I was super excited when we went in the other day and I was introduced to their handy table side computer system. This is meant so you can re-order drinks and get dessert at your leisure instead of worrying about tracking down a server. After placing another drink order with the terminal, it took forever to the point I figured they didn’t even get it. It did finally show up, after I was ready to just take the hit and leave without bothering. It’s nice that you can quickly pay at your table and not have to wait for a check, at least that part of the system works out. Meh.

This place could have had 5 stars if the food was good. The service for how busy it was, was amazing! One of the three meals we ordered was terrible n the $ 7 dessert we ordered to go smelled and tasted like rancid/rotten peppers n spices. Ack! Not sure if I’ll give it another go. I’m actually feeling a bit sick after my meal. Bleh. My poor poor guts!!! Lol

Sat in the bar, little nervous because it was very busy and only one person working. Great service and as always good food!

Still love this spit since there AREN’T any left in Oregon. Visited lat year for my bday in Bend and what did they do since? Well, they added tablets for some orders and short info commercials. Cool. Then, they very much changed the menu! My wife, 1 kid and I came. The 2 for $ 20 deal is SMOKING and we got the fajitas… NOW with the staples chicken and steak.. byt they added carnitas and shrip?!? Woooooo! Way friendly staff.. Miss the chilis cheesesteak on the menu though!

I live in Albany and enjoy eating at Chili’s when we come to Eugene. In the past the service has been decent and the food is always good. I have been there twice now in the last week. Once we sat in the bar and had slow service but a friendly server. The second visit we sat in the dining area and again had slow service. The kitchen is always spot on but the front of the house needs some work. Drink refills are a must for customers and should be an priority. The other area the servers need more attention to is getting back to the table after the check drop. FOH managers please get busy getting this fixed. Its important!

I don’t usually like to review corporate places, but I went here last night and just have to say a few words. The good: My food really was good. Everything I ordered I enjoyed a lot and I was super full when I left. With that being said… The bad: The service was probably the worst service I’ve had in long time. We sat in the bar and the bartender was also our server. I understand it can be busy having to take care of tables and make drinks for the whole restaurant, I worked in the industry for years. But after we sat down, I kid you not, 10 minutes before we got water, and after that, 15 more minutes before she even came back to take our order. That’s 25 minutes of basically just sitting there! I was shocked, and even though I hadn’t been to Chili’s in years, I couldn’t even understand why there would be such a long wait for so few customers. They also added these STUPID little computers at your table where you can re-order drinks, «play games», pay your bill, etc. So even after we got our food, we never saw our server again because she assumed we wanted to just pay on the computer ourselves with our credit card. When you go out to eat, you PAY for a good experience and good service. Chili’s doesn’t care about that anymore. Then again, it is just Chili’s, haha. The 3 stars is merely based off how much I enjoyed my food. Next time, I’m getting it TOGO!

The service was poor, all 4 of us only got half of the things we ordered. I asked for a lemon wedge in my water which I did not get, my mac n cheese was cold. The slider was like jerky meat with kraft American cheese. Then they charged a extra dollar for the mac n cheese substitute for the mashed potatos they were out of.

The restaurant is dark and has a sickly smell. We order crispy chicken and BBQ ribs, nothing special. Our waiter is always busy. The only pleased thing is the dessert. We two girls don’t eat a lot and it costs $ 40. I won’t visit it again.

Vert American(junk?) food. I orded the $ 20 for two people, it was regular. You can choose one appetizer to share and two entrees. BBQ ribs was tasty, but it comes with fries. So remember you had better not oder Fried Cheese for appetizer. Otherwise, you will have bunch of fries to eat. Should try steak next time.

I never like going to Chili’s, and that includes any Chili’s around the nation. Why? Because of the consistent bad food at every location. I’ve never had a good meal at any Chili’s. This Eugene Chili’s is no exception. I know I will return to Chili’s because it’s just one of those places that people like to go to and I can’t be the person that tells my friends: no, I don’t want slightly-pricey-mediocre-food with decent service. Chili’s is an eye sore. The décor is just so painful to look at. What sort of theme is Chili’s going for? Really? I don’t know. I walk in there and see chili peppers and then sports stuff and then other weird decorative memorabilia? There’s just too much going on. And the menu is annoying because I feel like it lies to me. The description of the food sounds good, but the food is always too bland or too salty. I don’t think they know what flavor is without salt. I really don’t see the appeal of Chili’s. I see Chili’s as a place to bring your kids and for your kids to mess up the carpet by throwing food everywhere. I swear, every time I go to Chili’s there’s always some kid throwing food everywhere. Then the server brings out that vacuum roller thing to clean up the kid’s mess. Horray.
