Great customer service and very fast service. The burgers are awesome. Tony was very friendly.

The service itself was okay. However the burgers took 15 minutes to make and came out cold, the fries came out cold, there was no seasoning on the meat at all and they messed up the drink order. This is the second time we went here because we decided to give it a second try however it’s not worth the money or the time. Never going back.

I have to say this little mall food kiosk isn’t half bad. The food is creative, tasty and quick. My husband ordered the Cadillac mac burger and I got a grilled chicken sandwich.
The chicken sandwich was just grilled chicken with Swiss cheese, avocado, bacon and lettuce and tomato and really was good. The Cadillac mac burger was really fun it had a burger patty, their house mac and cheese and pulled pork. It was tasty, the only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the pulled pork barbecue sauce it was just too sweet. their fries are really good too. I will definitely eat here again if I am at the mall and needing a bite to eat.

Some of the worst food Ive had in a long time. Walked up to the place and it looked and sounded great, killer menu, cool looking shop. They even had this cool mac and cheese bowl you could add pork or bacon too so me and my girlfriend got really excited. I went with the chicken club sandwich WITH guacamole and got my girlfriend a burger and mac and cheese. So quickly did things start to go wrong, first they pull out this awful looking slice of chicken out of the freezer that made me quickly ask if I could change my order. Next thing I know I get my sandwich and of course it has no avocado at all on the whole sandwich and if it did not enough to even see it then we have to wait another 10 minutes to get the other half of the food only to get cold disgustingly runny mac and cheese, and I eat kraft cheese theirs was disgusting wanted to ask for my money back and tell people in the mall not to eat here. Not glad I tried it would advise others to go to the cheesesteak place or asian cuisine next to it.

Came here to get a snack. The fries were very affordable and there was no line. I ordered fries expecting them to use one of their 3 deep fryers to make me fresh fries. But turns out I get the old cold fries that have probably been sitting in the basket for a couple hours. definitely won’t go back again.

came here to get a late dinner during my first visit to Valley River Center, was intrigued by the unique and catchy logo. Loved the chicken basket, the chicken strips are insanely tender and soft. Went back today to try the Finger Steaks & Fries, which was a bit pricey for the amount of food, in my opinion. Love how careful the cooks are in checking for internal temperatures, the food isn’t too oily or greasy like other places. Service is friendly and fast. Will be back!

My burger was wonderful. The service was super friendly, the manager is a wonderful character and it was fast. Not the best better but better than any three dollar burger you can buy elsewhere.

Service was the best part of my visit. I would give the burger a ⁵⁄₁₀ on my best burger scale. Tasted like it came right off a log or was a sisco frozen party like you get at school lunch in 10^th grade. Fries were good, but for a burger joint, I’ll eat at dicky joes next time.

Extremely friendly staff and one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. Over all a really great experience and can’t wait to eat here again. Plus their prices are really reasonable. Check these wise guys out for sure.

Well that was very disappointing! There were no people in line, I walked up and ordered a salad, with chicken added to it. I literally waited 10 mins. The salad was total garbage, 7 – 11 has better salads. they brought a plastic box out from the back with lettuce, croutons and a tiny bit of parm already in it, they took over 5 minutes to fry a small gross amount of chicken. I told the cashier twice that it was to go, so she put it on a tray, I again tell her it’s to go. She bags it and asks if there’s anything else I need, yes silverware. She was very nice, I will give her that, but all 5 employees seemed to have no clue what they were doing. I will not be back.

First time it was very slow and my fries werent all the way cooked but they were new and the food seemed to have promise so I let it slide and came to try again.
Second visit=last visit.
Cashier did not appear to want to be there.
There was a little note about apple slices for 50 cents, but I was charged 75 cents. I pointed out the sign and she said I don’t know why that’s there it’s 75 cents.
Then she gave me the apple slices that were brown and slimey with a «Display only» sticker on them.
She replaced them with new slimey apples that expired in 3 days.
Food delivery was a little faster this time but not worth trying again.
Too bad. Back to Sarku again.

Heard about this place from a family member so decided to try it out. The prices are very reasonable; it’s mainly a burger and mac and cheese place. First off the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and relayed this attitude when taking your order (no real enthusiasm at all). As Dave said the service was slow. The food was o.k. My wife had the bacon Mac and Cheese, which was good. I had the double cheeseburger. The burger was so-​so; it was good but I’ve made better burgers at home. Also, when we were eating we noticed there were about 6 people milling about in the kitchen doing nothing while customers started to line up. We really wanted to like this place but the food and mood of the staff will not have us coming back.

This is a welcomed addition to Valley River Center. The hamburger was excellent! Good tasting with a nice piece of fresh lettuce. The fries were good but served lukewarm. The service was slow but this was their first day open. I’m sure time and experience will improve things. I do have one complaint: not all the cooks and food servers are wearing gloves. The main cook put the raw burgers on the grill then dove into the back to wash? Otherwise they are all touching everything bare handed including grabbing a fistful of fries to plate. One out of 4 was wearing gloves and using tongs on the fries. I think that issue should be revisited by management. Having said that, all the employees were nice. I asked about gloves and the counter person said they didn’t have to because they washed their hands.
