I have had the opportunity to frequent Crazy Curry several times. It is a convenient location from my work. I have been satisfied each and every time. During the month of December, Crazy Curry did a clam chowder every Friday. It was delicious. Full of flavor and clams, it had a spectacular soup texture and he topped it off with pork bacon. Regularly I order chicken curry. It is always delicious and consistent. The gentleman that runs the place is always friendly and has great fast service! I would love to see the menu expand!

1st time, tried the lamb wraps. Absolutely delicious. It’s possibly the greatest wrap/pita taco I’ve ever had. Excellent lamb, fresh veggies and perfect naan. Very filling portions as well. I highly recommend eating at this fine establishment.

I can’t say enough about the great food and friendly owner of this place. We love the shrimp, lamb and chicken curry. They will make it to order with just the right level of spice for your taste buds. The cilantro chutney is the bomb to top off the delicious curry. I know their lamb wraps must be delicious as well, since they are always a sell out! Note to self: Have lunch earlier! The portions are large and they change up the menu a bit for some excitement. Near the corner of River Road by the Chambers overpass. 102 Thomasen Lane. Check them out and you won’t be sorry!

Crazy Curry is crazy good! I love good Indian food and this place is excellent. I ordered the lamb curry with cilantro chutney and an order of naan bread. The guy working at the window also gave me a fresh tomato chutney on the house since this was my first visit. The lamb curry was tender, the rice cooked perfectly, and most importantly the curry flavor was amazing. The cilantro chutney was spicy in a good way and went really well with the lamb curry. I also really enjoyed the fresh tomato chutney. It was similar to a fresh salsa but with Indian spice. The portion or rice was very large with a generous amount of lamb. The nann bread was good, however, a bit over priced at $ 1.00 per piece. I will definitely be back to try the other items soon.

This place rocks! Stopped by today for quick takeout lunch — lamb curry with cilantro chutney and garlic naan. Curry was absolutely fantastic — one of the best lamb curries I’ve ever had. Loaded with flavor, and really large portion size — the $ 12 tab was well worth it.

This tiny operation is in a bright yellow shack by the side of River Road, adjacent to a car repair/junkyard operation. The only spot to sit is a folding table and chairs under the awning of the car place. Now that the weather has turned eating outside is not an option. And yet this unassuming place is putting out really good food at bargain prices. DLW and I have been wanting to try it, but they usually open only on weekdays for lunch. Fortunately they made an exception and had Saturday hours one weekend, so we ventured out. The menu is short and sweet: four curries, chutneys, rice and naan, with occasional specials and canned soft drinks. We had the shrimp curry and an order of naan to go. Wow, fabulous flavor in the sauce and everything was perfectly cooked, and portion was just right for lunch. Naan was just okay, but appreciated for the chance to soak up all of that sauce. Definitely check it out if you like curry. If enough people do, maybe they’ll extend their hours and give me more opportunities to sample their wares.

My go to place in Eugene for Indian food. Always hot and fresh, good portion size and the nicest staff. We have worked our way through the menu and have yet to find a dud. My favorites are the shrimp curry, lamb curry and the delightful lamb wraps. The cilantro chutney is my favorite, it’s literally like crack(in a good way!) and don’t forget to order naan! They can customize the heat level so feel free to ask!

This place is seriously awesome. I loved both things I tried: the shrimp curry and the Lamb wrap. Both were excellent quality and I’d recommend them both. The people working there take pride in their product and it shows. It’s too bad they aren’t open for dinner since this would be prefect takeout food. I’ll be back.

I got the shrimp curry with cilantro chutney and it was delicious! It was a big portion with lots of shrimp! The flavors were great and I had enough to have a good amount for later. We also tried the rice pudding which was amazing/refreshing on a hot day. My boyfriend and I will definitely be going back!

Ventured over to Crazy Curry today for the first time. I’ve followed their progress since they posted in Eugene Foodies on Facebook about a year ago. Located right off River Road and Thomasen Street, they are highly visible and quite accessible. Obviously there isn’t much foot traffic, but at least they were easy to spot. The menu is simple, you get your choice of chicken curry, tofu curry, shrimp curry and dhal. There is a list of about 4 chutney’s to choose from, my favorite being the cilantro chutney! A couple of salads and two choices of soft drinks. I’m not sure if their keeping things simple until they get more situated, but I hope to see more options in the future! The curry was delicious! I got a huge portion of rice with the chicken curry atop. The taste profile was very umami with a creaminess from the potatoes and a sharp spiciness from the chutney. There was a toothiness to some of the rice, but overall, delicious! I’d hope to see god things from this food stand in the future!
