Hella gud, got the Kyro and I feel like I don’t need to eat for a week at least. Fun options and new twists on classic favorites. Love the Korean salad and the Kalbi beef, so many great options. For sure worth a try once you hunt it down, you’ll need lots of napkins and a hearty appetite!

I was super exited to try this place, based on all the buzz i have heard about them. Well it took me almost two months to actually be able to make it to the truck. They are only open like 3 days a week for three hours a pop(not sure if dude has another job or if he’s just lazy) and between me having car troubles, working 6 to 7 days a week(upwards of 60 hours) and not owning a computer or a smart phone they were really hard to track down. But this has nothing to do with the one star rating. I was super stoked to finally hook up with these guys. Had a day off(first one in over two weeks) and i had saved $ 8(price of a burrito) just in case i managed to find the place. So i get to the truck park wait in line for about 5 or 10 minutes. There were only a couple people ahead of me but there were only two people working the truck(plus Kval was there doing a Tasty Tuesday segment so i’m guessing he wanted to not put out any bad food) so that wasn’t to terrible of a wait. Although it really had a Seinfeld soup Nazi feel to the way the line flowed. So i get to the front and Order a spicy Pork El Pastor Burrito. He says«sorry we are all out of everything but chicken». Iook at the menu and it says«Sweet Chicken» WTF? that sounds Disgusting. I ask if i could get it with out any of the sweet sauce? and he says«it is marinated in it». Oh well i have waited way to long to leave with out trying something, so i get the chicken burrito. and he says«it will be about 12 minutes» So I’m waiting for my food and one of his regulars comes up to the window(i know he’s a regular because they address each other by name) and he says«i’ll take two tacos one beef, one pork» The guy at the counter says«we’re out of beef» So the customer says«ok I’ll take one pork, and one chicken» The Kun fusion«guy says you got it» I stepped forward and said«i thought you were out of Pork?» And was completely ignored as he he went to work on his new order. I let it go and when my food arrived i hustled back to my car as i was really hungry and super stoked that i was finally going to try this raved about food. And my first bite was an explosion of sugar, which surprised the hell out of me. I know it said sweet chicken(which didn’t sound good to begin with) but to actually taste it was just unbelievably gross. And it didn’t get better as i continued to eat the sweet actually builds. It was like i was eating a ghost Chili made of sugar. Is the rice sweet too? Or was that all form the chicken? Either way this was terribly disgusting, You may wonder why then did you continue to eat? Because i spent my last 8 dollars a week out from payday and i was still hungry. Plus i was raised in a house hold where food was not wasted but this was pretty damn gross. When i was a teen i ate some chicken that had been in my fridge for a about a week to long and had gone rancid and it had a sweet sort taste to it that is what this chicken reminded me of. I don’t think that the chicken form Confusion was rancid(as i did not get ill) But god that taste stuck with me for the rest of the day. This was hands down the WORST burrito i have ever had. I honestly didn’t think that anyone could do worse then Rivas Taco shop on HWY99 but this made them seem like a 5 star meal. The thing that blows my mind is i seem to be the only Person on here that does not care for this food at all. But to each their own. For me i will be sticking with places that make GOOD burritos at a better price, and are brick and mortar so you can always find them(Super Burrito, Super Taco, Lonches To go, and El Piqué all blow this place out of the water) You do have to give the owner credit though guy is a marketing genius because he has at least 60 people convinced that this place is amazing. I do wish i could have tried the Al pastor but after how that chicken tasted there is no way in hell i’m going back here.

I bought the Kyro it was very good. I loved the Crusty cheese that was cooked around the edges. We also bought the Korean chicken burrito. I do have to say it could’ve used a little more chicken. I understand it was a food truck festival, lines were long maybe they skimped because of that. All the flavors were good. The thing was huge. But again They could’ve use a bit more chicken for the price. The rice had a nice flavor, the sauce was tasty. Would try them again.

Well priced. Great portion. Want good food that you would not guess came from a food truck this is it. Its not the fastest services and not very personal but the food you get is great. Tacos and the casadia are both great. The burrito is heavy with rice but good recommend sour cream with it. The bowls are good. While not my favorite still a good product. Takes about 15 – 20 minutes to get food so dont be in a rush. They have an app though I have not used it.

Ok, now I understand all of the hype. In fact, my expectations were exceeded. I had the Big Bowl with tofu. Several hours later, I am still on a high from the flavors. And it was so big that I was full from half of it, so I have leftovers to look forward to. It’s a great value, considering how big it is. Kun Fusion has entered the special category of «mind blown» amazingness, previously only held in my mind by Mame. I will be stalking it from now on.

The food is top notch, and Sean is an amazing guy, who knows his business and customers. Anything you try on this truck will be unlike anything you have had before. I have been following and eating his food since day one, and the food has been top shelf since day one. If you’re a local, you know how good this place is if you’re traveling through, the first thing you need to do is follow Kunfusion on Facebook. The second and last thing is to eat his food; you will be left shaking your head in amazement.

Had my usual Tuesday visit with KunFusion today. Switched it up though. I usually get a delicious chicken bowl without rice which makes it like a Korean taco salad. Today I wasn’t giant, «big as my head» burrito hungry so I had a pork kyro. The pork was marinated and cooked perfectly, with just enough spice for me. Everything blended wonderfully for the perfect lunch. Perfect size, perfect flavor combination. Love their food it covers great taste and the perfect amount. From tacos for a snack to quesadillas, bowls, grilled cheese, and kyros for a good lunch. To the mister«big as your head» burritos for the big appetites. And they are about customer satisfaction. I regularly hear people ordering with dietary restrictions and the Krew at Kunfusion always accomodate if they can! Great food, great service. You need to find them and EATTHEIRFOOD!

Can’t say enough good things about this food truck. The food is absolutely outstanding and you get so much for your money. The kyros are about the best thing you can find in town and the burritos are larger than your head. The pork is to die for, the beef fantastic and the chicken is the best I’ve ever had. I wish I could eat here daily!

Had the beef Kyro. It was delicious. VERY disappointed that I didn’t get to try the spicy pork. They ran out right before I got there. My husband had the tacos(very good) and a chicken big bowl. I was extremely non-plussed with the bowl. The rice had an odd flavor to it and the chicken was incredibly bland but he thought it was all right. Would recommend.

This place is incredible. Somehow a friend of mine locked them down into coming to our shop and doing custom catering for our lunch! Let’s just say everyone was so happy that the rest of the workday with incredible :-) they do this thing that is unlike anywhere else. It’s called a cheese skirt. The pita is happily married to a crispy skirt of delicious cheese. Incredible

Shawn is a true foodie and incredibly talented Chef! I don’t get to go as often as I’d like.(Everyday if I could). My first time there it was close to the end of their day and I wanted the pork Kyro. He felt bad because he didn’t have enough pork for my Kyro. So I got the steak wich was AWESOME! He let me peek inside the truck and he hooked me up with a Korean pork taco for free and it was the bees knees! I saw a hat and asked if it was for sale because the design was cool and I wanted to rock it out and advertise for the business while wearing a cool hat. He just simply gave it to me! We had a really chill conversation about chefs he’s learned from and highly regarded chefs he’s friends with. He and this truck is TOPNOTCH! The Kyro is unreal! GOHERE! You will return often. I guarantee it

I was able to make it back a 2nd time before leaving Oregon. Not only did Shawn remember my number when I called or who I was, without hesitation(yet again) he asked me for my address and shirt size to send me a package of goodies. 2 shirts, 2 stickers, and 2 patches. Oh yeah, and the food was amazing(yet again). Mole Burrito was ridiculous and the tacos are to die for. Try the tofu taco, seriously you don’t even know. What a guy, what a truck. I’ve definitely been Kun-fused.

What the heck? I’ve been going here for a year praising them on Facebook and Instagram and I’ve shunned Unilocal! For shame! These guys rock! I’ve never had a bad meal here! It all started with some fresh fish tacos December 2014 when they were downtown. To be honest, as a Japanese American, I’m a little wary of «Asian Fusion». Just never been a fan as I’m a purist by nature. I’ve gotten past that«only Asians should be making Asian food» phase as I realized good is good! Regardless who’s making it. And these fish tacos were great! Amazing combo of flavors. Then went back for more tacos… and more tacos… then the bowls… and more bowls! And the fried egg on the bowl is a must! Recently was the burrito the size of a log. The thing literally weighed in at over 2 pounds(had to take it home and weigh it)!!! And it’s not some crappy garbage burrito. Perfect balance of meat, cheese, slaw and rice. Feeds a family of four on a cold rainy Oregon day. Seriously solid food! I’ve tried all the meat selections. My favorite is the pork with the Kalbi Steak a very close second. Recently selected as one of the top 10 places to wait in line(for food) in Oregon! This includes the Portland area! So needless to say… be ready to wait in line! Keep up the great work guys!!!

I went for the first time today since I’m new to town and people seem to rave about it. I learned a big lesson in the first trip, get there early and it doesn’t really matter what you eat, it will be phenomenal. When I got there they were almost out of a food and soon after started turning people away. He told me he could make me a tofu burrito and I didn’t argue. I got home, took my first few bites and was hooked! It is enormous, as others have mentioned. The flavor is amazing, the textures are perfect and the service and amazing attitude will have me returning again next week. I’ll just an to get there earlier so I can concoct my own dreamy burrito. It’s a must!

Go! Don’t think, just go! You won’t regret it! From Unilocaler’s reviews I went with he spicy pork burrito and grown up grilled cheese with Kalbi beef. I brought them home to share, and we still have leftovers. The burrito is huge! The flavors are amazing, the cabbage salad is a perfect crunch in the middle of the meet cheese and rice. I mixed hot sauce and sour cream together and it was perfect. Grilled cheese was also delish. The bread had toasted sesame seeds, and was packed with the sweet beef. I’m so excited I found this gem truck!

First time trying Kun Fusion today– I’m a huge fan! Ordered a spicy pork burrito, they aren’t kidding when they say it’s as big as your head. I have a good appetite and I was full halfway in! Besides the generous portion, it is delicious. The meat was spicy enough and not a bit of fat or nasty bits. Everything tastes fresh and the flavors worked together so well. My coworkers also got the burrito and the grown up grilled cheese– not a complaint from them either! Honesty, I’m not sure why anyone bothers going to fast food places with awesome food trucks like this around– not only are you supporting a local business, but the food is amazing, the service friendly, and you get way better quality and better tasting food for no more than you’d spend at the chain drive through. I can’t award bonus stars, but if I could– I’d Give them an extra for their awesome truck– love the artwork on it, definitely made me laugh! I’ll definitely be eating here again.

Oh crap! I have a new addiction. These burritos rock my world! I sort of resisted for a long time as I had an almost clairvoyant vision of what my future would hold after I ate here. Diet be damned. it is written in the stars that I must eat this food now and forever. The burritos… holy crap! they didn’t lie. they are huge. Mine lasted me the better part of 3 meals. I ordered the chicken my spouse had the beef. I tried both. It was magic. Like I could see all sorts of mystical things whilst enjoying each bite. I am a huge fan of flavor combinations, but i admit until I tried the flavor combo that Kun Fusion is throwing down I wasn’t a true believer. Let me tell you now that I am a convert. This food has made me a believer! They’re a food truck so they rotate their location all the time. All I have to say is find them!

Sweet baby Jesus! Confusion steam rolled through my taste buds as they consumed every bit of salty, sweet and savory that was the kyro. Totally reminded me of a bon mi sandwich with the sweet slaw that sat atop the salty, savory korean beef that found me at the end of the rainbow. It left it’s resounding presence on my sweater with the sweet nectar of the gods dripping all over my chest, make sure to stick dem’ elbows to a clean 90 degrees and pop, lock n’ drop it. The chicken quesa-dilla was finished on the flattop with crunchy brown bits of goodness you may call cheese. It all nestled on top of a warm flurry of sesame seeds roasted to nutty note that will make you nut your note. The artisan who mastered my order was the kind of man even kim Jong Un would bring home to mom. Please for the love of god download the streetfood cart eugene app and follow this godsend.

After much time in anticipation, being tempted, and questioning the credibility of a mexican-korean fusion being good I decided that I must patronize this place. On one Wednesday I looked at their face book page and saw that it was wet burrito Wednesday. They didn’t have to say anything else because they had me at, «Wet Burrito.» I located their position at the M Jacobs parking lot on Olive. It is a very hush hush place they frequent on days throughout the week and is also posted on their secret face book page that is easy to locate and like. Also then you must access the deep web called Google and search for their name and it will show their ultra secret website that is safely guarded by no passwords. Good luck getting in! I was off to try this gourmet chariot that everyone was raving about. One thing that was difficult was finding a free parking spot or one that is metered. Can definitely find a spot if you wanted to pay by the hour for parking. First, there was a line. That is a good sign, but bad if you don’t like waiting. Go with patience because if there is a line, you will be waiting. It was my turn to order when the kind gentleman in the belly of the beast asked what I liked. It was my time, my moment, I had to think of something clever, something with a quip, something that would say, «hey I’m hip and I know my food truck lingo!» So without any further delay and hesitation I cleverly said, «One chicken wet burrito, please.» I nailed it I thought, in my mind I was giving myself fist bumps and then quickly opening my hand and pulling it away as if my hand was blowing up. I awaited an answer to my incredibly awesome quip. I knew that he must have never heard that one before. He wrote my order down with precision and looked at me with a smile and I waited for his amusing and clever rebuttal. In a clear voice he said, «That will be about ten minutes.» When I heard that I just thought to myself man what a genius. I never could have anticipated that answer. Again in my mind I was giving him a loud standing round of applause. I waited and finally received my meal. I opened the Styrofoam container and it revealed the biggest damn thing I have ever laid eyes upon. I was shocked at looking at it. It was long and had tremendous girth and was beautifully lubricated with a overabundance amount of sauce.(By the way I am talking about the burrito, get your mind out of the gutter, sicko!) This is no ordinary burrito and has to be eaten with a knife and fork. I tried the sauce first and it was a combo of sweet, then being warmed by some spice. It was just purely delicious. The filling was plentiful and consisted of rice, chicken, and korean salad and their patented Kunfusion sauce. It was amazing and adding the sauce from the outside just made it go over the edge. I was in a mexican-korean heaven where I couldn’t decide either to wave the mexican flag or a korean flag in a battle of tastes. I had decided to go to Kunfusion so that I can eat something before work. Because of the portion I actually ate half and had the other half during my lunch break and didn’t need anything else to fill my sustenance pouch. So for $ 9 I had two lunches. Can’t beat that value. Overall experience was great, I was always weary about food trucks, but Kunfusion will changed my mind. The guys in the truck were great and friendly and the food was amazing. Keep it up guys! I will be back…
