My wife and I drove through the drive-through last night and ordered two medium sized dishes of just ice cream. When we got to the drive up window the kid opened the sliding door and handed us to medium ice cream cones. When I said: «oh those are supposed to be dishes of ice cream» the kid looked at me, got all snarly, said in a snippy tone«Oh you mean you wanted to order Sunday’s?» I said: «No, two dishes of ice cream.» The rude kid slammed the window and came back a few minutes later with two dishes with a tiny bit of ice cream in them. Far less than what was on the cones. I even said: «That’s a medium?» He said in his rude voice: «Yes and shut the window.» We have been stopping at the DQ for a long time but not anymore. With Oregon’s new minimum wage law employers need to be much more careful in hiring and training employees.

DONOTEATHERE! The service was seriously lagging despite the fact that the store was slow. Every available table was dirty, since they had blocked off the«clean» part of the restaurant. I tried to ask an employee three times for a rag to clean the table, but was ignored. Finally I was acknowledged by a different employee because I was close to a yelling level. He informed me that it’s against health code violations to let me clean the table myself. So he went to our table and wiped the loose crumbs off, but left the greasy/sticky spots on the table. We waited ten minutes for our food. The French fries were old and droopy. I went to inspect my grilled chicken sandwich, as I do anytime I go out to eat, only to find that it was covered with mold. I had to keep myself from vomiting and took the food up to the counter. The employees acted mad that I simply asked for my money back. I didn’t get mad at them or say anything rude, yet I was the jerk in the situation? Finally a manager came out huffily and got my money back to me. Worst decision to eat here… Even worse after looking through their other pictures/reviews to find a RAW chicken sandwich was served here. DISGUSTING! I will never eat here again and I suggest you don’t either!!!

Hmmmm, December 12th and they are already out of the Blizzard of the month? That was the whole purpose of the trip. No attempt at apology or offer of a like alternative. Just a NOPE. And they didn’t give me everything I ordered. Had to drive back from halfway home: Grrrrrrerere

Employees here have an attitude for some reason? Our order was messed up more ways than one and it was somehow our fault for complaining! I’ve machine up front was broken so when we asked for ice kindly, we got eye rolls… don’t think I’ll be coming here again ever.

Service is generally pretty good at this DQ considering that most of their customers are college kids. By this I mean to imply that as a general rule«college kids» care less about service and more about convenience, less about food quality and more about quantity, and less about the general upkeep of the establishment if the people serving are«stare worthy»(attractive) But hey, can you ever remember a time when you tasted a bad blizzard or peanut buster parfait?!

Your employees are frustrated with their jobs. Campus kids come in for their midnight fix and are loud and obnoxious. The least you, as owners, can do is get them a microphone to call the order number out. Staff was very friendly. Food was good, as always. Take care of your employees because they take care of you.

Horrible! Ordered the 6pc chicken strip basket and the flame thrower combo. When I got home my chicken strip basket only had 3 strip and 1 toast and half the amount of fries it should’ve came with. On top of that my flame thrower combo my fries that came with it, the box was filled half way with fries that were cold. I don’t understand why it took them 15 minutes to get me my food when the outcome of it is horrible. All I saw was 3 girls walking around laughing and blasting their music when they should honestly be working. Dairy Queen needs to get their shit together.

I’m a blizzard guy. Screw everything else that DQ serves, just mix me some soft serve and various other treats and send me into a whirl of icecream bliss. The Campus DQ location however, is sub-par. The staff seems frantically over worked. Their counter is messy as they have no time to clean it. Blizzards are poorly mixed, and one person in my party actually got the wrong order. It’s truly the service that detracted from this blizzard, because lets face it you can go to any DQ and get practically the same product.

I have been here several times because it is closer than the other store. Now I just go here to watch one young girl do what she can to not work. It’s quite entertaining. Getting your food is quite slow. A few times the order was messed up. The food prepared sloppily. Apparently whoever hires here isn’t too worried about pride, professionalism or putting out quality food. If you don’t care about your food or how long it takes then this is the place for you. But go anyway to watch the one girl not work, play on her phone and tell you they don’t have something so she doesn’t have to overwork herself. I feel sorry for the other employees working with her.
