The pizza is good, which is the only reason I keep ordering from them, but they rip you off. Every single time I have ordered pizza, for delivery, they have tried to charge me a different price than listed on my PRINTEDDETAILEDRECEIPT. I think that it is very rude of the driver to shake me down for more money to line his own pockets when he gets here. TIPSAREOPTIONAL, and given for good service, not arguing with your customers. They pretty much owe me a free large pizza at this point for all the times they have added $ 1 or more to the cost by the time they get here. It may not sound like much, but it adds up. ITISILLEGALTOCHARGE A DIFFERENTPRICETHANWHATISLISTEDONTHERECEIPT. I have never had any other business do this to me. They did not even put everything I ordered on my pizza. Next time I will order from somewhere else, and probably every time after that too.

Only reason I went here was because I was craving some pizza… and I had a 50% coupon. I went with a half sausage, onion, olives and half Hawaiian. At first sight the pizza looked a bit burnt and no signs of sauce. The taste was blah… had to add the ol’ ranch to flavor it up, because we all know that ranch fixes everything… Even the ranch had a bit of a task on this one because the dough tasted oily as if the the pan was never cleaned and the pizza baked in week constantly reused oil. I think I will have to rethink going back… and go with some of my usual spots for pizza.

Ok… They won me over! After watching 101 Americas Top«fast» Foods that influenced history show on the history channel we had to have some pizza tonight. Not being from Eugene, I went off moms recommendation to get pizza here. Mom wanted pepperoni and black olive while I wanted more of a «garbage pail» type with meat meat meat and veggies… oh and did I say meat? Looked everything up and decided on the 12 topping classic… Altogether with both pizzas(med pepp/olive and large 12 topping less the pineapple) it was going to be $ 31.60 for online ordering… I signed up for the email specials but none came while we were deciding what to do and we decided to order via phone for pickup… Called and Alex was awesome on the phone. He took my order with ease… Patiently listening to all of my explanation about how I am not from here and not to be chintzy with the toppings. He said he could offer me $ 3 off and it turned out he gave me a deal on BOTH! So the grand total was just under $ 25… Alex you’re a stud and a prime example of great customer service that builds goodwill. Thank you! Additionally online said it would be 40 minutes but Alex said he’d have ours done in 15 – 20 minutes. Woohoo! Went to get the pizzas and while driving I received the welcome email to the club thanking me and offering 50% off my next online pizza order good for the next week! Wow what a deal… if they win me over tonight I just MAY come again before I drive home to San Diego. The pizzas were made perfectly… The 11 topping(ha ha bc I didn’t want the pineapple) pizza was certainly NOT chintzy. It was yum yum yummy! Moms was good too… Seeing as my favorite pizza is in Alaska and I cannot have it regularly, this will be a place I revisit when I’m in Eugene visiting mom and dad… Cooked perfectly, generous toppings and great service… what more do we need? Side note: Heard Tightwad Tuesdays(I swear this was named for my dad) offers fabulous deals — I will have to check those out!

We recently moved to Eugene and received several«welcome to the neighborhood» coupons from surrounding businesses. We decided to use the free medium pizza(up to $ 12.95 value) coupon from Figaro’s this past Saturday night. On our order: Sicilian Pan 3-Topping, one order of Spicy Wings + FREE! Thanks, Figaro’s! + Pan crust was golden on the outside and chewy on the inside + Note on pizza box listed their ongoing specials(i.e. $ 5 calzone Wednesdays) — For us, sauce was too sweet — Spicy wings were anything but«spicy» — Dressing for wings was omitted from our order Figaro’s offers a take and bake option that I’d like to try in the future. Overall, not my favorite pizza, but a good choice if you like sweet sauce.

Here is where you go to meet the American Luigi. The wanna be Italian pizza maker. The upper crust of the low cost pizza chains. Actually, the service is great & the food is edible & tasty for the value price. Decent pizza & calzone, but definitely not gourmet ;-)

Good to great pizza. varies week to week. I usually order the Italian combo pizza, let ‘em cook it, and upsize it. Every Tuesday they have a no-coupon special, so even with all the ingredients and being pre-baked and up-sized, it only costs me $ 13.99 out the door. If you’re lucky enough to score their mail coupons, they have a SUPER tasting 12 topping pizza for a good price as well. My one complaint is that without coupons or the Tuesday special, prices are too high. Added 4 – 2011. The pizza went up a buck for the Tuesday special, but still a good deal for these days.
