I called in because I had a code to use when ordering online but it wouldn’t work at this location, so I called again… Was told I needed to come in and wait, this wouldn’t have been a problem if they would have acknowledged me when I came in as a paying customer. As she talked to me while she was making a pizza. I asked if I could put in my order since I had other errands to run in the lunch break I had. The pizza is so light on sauce and cheese so it isn’t as good as I once remembered.

If my husband didn’t love Pizza so much I would never come back, customer service is just horrible…

Saddle up cowboy! You’re about to get food poisoning. Throw in some false advertising and you’ve found one of the worst establishments in town. When the picture on the outside of the storage unit turned fake pizza place shows red onion on the cowboy pizza; It better have red onion! It didn’t. After the pathetic excuse for a pizza came out of the oven it was fused to the baking sheet… How many pizzas in the world require a bib and a straw? Enter Papa Slurpee’s. I felt like I was swimming in bland marinara sauce after choking down a slice. Then folks prepare for explosive diarrhea with bucket in hand as you go double human excrement waterfall. Enjoy.

I LOVE this location! My son has very odd tastes and wants his pizza just so. He loves the cheese and half pineapple pizza. While the other places look at me like I’m crazy the women smile and sayd «Sure bud!»
They always have smiles and are very nice. The owner helped me yesterday and was very nice and polite.
I go here at least once a month because they take food stamps and the pizzas are big enough to last a few dinners.

good pizza and fresh ingredients. Yes the pizza is basic & not fancy but sometimes I just want a reasonably priced fresh pie without the frills. My only disappointment is the recipe for thin crust must have changed. Twice now the de-​lite has been soo thin there is no crust & ingredients stick to bottom. I miss that light cracker like crust so reminiscent of some eateries in Rome. A true Italian pizza? No. But that thin cracker crust was similar to what I enjoyed. Anyway I won’t be ordering their de-​liters anymore that’s for sure. So far good fast service so perhaps P. M has cleaned house:)

We’ve only had great experiences with going to the West 11th Papa Murphy’s. This place is always fast and the customer service is above Eugene average. The kids always have smiles and the manager is always there helping his crew and customers. I call ahead and live a two minute drive away. The estimated time is usually 10 minutes, but it’s always done by the time I get there, which is usually 5 minutes from the time I hang up to pulling in their parking lot. Call ahead and receive two stamps towards a FREE PIZZA!
Thank you for always being staffed appropriately and being so fast every time! Our pizzas always come out perfect. =)

Wow, I just called in the order @452p. She said it would be ready in 20 to 25min. Great, I headed out, stopped by the bank, walked in, as crowded as ever and I was greeted immediately. I told him I called in the order, told him my name, low and behold its ready with a smile. I ordered the Stuffed Chicago and it was excellent.
As always from Seattle to Eugene, you have never failed me.

The pizza is like any Papa Murphy’s pizza. The staff are polite. Sometimes the waits are longer than I would expect. I will say that their prices seem higher than other locations. Heck, even papa Johns is cheaper. I like Papa Murphy’s, but this one doesn’t seem especially competitive.

The pizza is fine. The service is terrible. We ordered a couple of pizzas, paid, and then the two workers stared at each other for 5 minutes before asking each other who should make the pizza. Someone should probably make it. ..

I’m really surprised at the negative reviews! I’ve never had a bad experience at Papa Murphy’s on West 11th. I admit that I pick up my pizza usually in the afternoon, after calling ahead, so I’m not there when there’s a crowd. Love baking the pizza at home. Have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous.

Rude staff, don’t bother to call in your order, they won’t have it ready. Then they treat you as if you are actually putting out asking them to prepare your pizza. I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!

Not very much cheese and tomatoes were not in slices. Tomatoes were chopped up into little pieces.
