The staff, with one bright exception, was rude and acted as if helping me spend $ 550 at their place was beneath them. I was rushed in and out, and when my glasses were delayed by a week because of a manufacturing error no one called to let me know or apologized when I finally called them to find out about the delay. I’m not one to go online and write negative reviews, but I’ve never had a professional establishment treat me so poorly. One staff member actually smiled at me and talked to me like a person – the rest all treated me as if I were in their way.
