I had Lasik surgery with Haines several years ago. I ended up with ghosting, halos, bad vision, dry eyes, and a host of severe eye problems. I now have trouble with night vision. I wear glasses. The doctor was arrogant, unresponsive, and uninformed about my problems. Run the other way.

All the staff at the eye center were so helpful! I’m one of the first to receive ilasik in Eugene with the new Wavefront technology. The procedure was super quick (about 5 mins per eye or less) and painless. I seem to be one of the few people who don’t have better than 20⁄20 within the first couple days, but it is improving. My immune system is over-​reacting, so I’ve got to use steroid drops for another week.
At any rate, Dr. Haines and Gina (the coordinator) have been super helpful and professional through the whole experience, and I expect to have 20⁄15 vision very soon! And if not, they do free «touch-​up» surgery to get me there!
