Food is ok but they really lack in customer service. Walked in 15 minutes before closing and placed an order to stay. Guy behind the counter says«we close in 15 minutes» I said«get me my food within 5 minutes and I’ll be outta here in 15». He then proceeded to tell another customer that they were closed and it was not closing time. I will not go out of my way to eat here again.

Hungry for a mid afternoon snack, so we stopped in. Super tasty turkey sandwich and lemonade really hit the spot. Service was really helpful for us first timers, and very friendly. Good value too. Can I take one of these places home to California? Would totally come back!

This place is close to my work, so I eat here regularly. The number one reason for my repeat business — vegetarian options. I lover the veggie sandwich on wheat bread. I usually order half sandwich and salad. For the salad I go with the dancing avocado. I like the calorie count on the menu and since my wife is vegan she like to meet me there for lunch. My big complaint about this place is not lunch but the drive up coffee on the morning. Half the time I drive up and no one is there to take my order. The open sign is lit and someone I’d inside but no response. So my rating is based on the lunch not the coffee service.

I really hate demoting you, Go Healthy Café. It’s with a heavy heart that we have to officially break up. There’s too many places to get a sandwich and coffee in this area, I can’t even make excuses anymore. The staff turnover rate is terrible, something must be going on with management, that’s not just normal«coming and going» sort of thing at this point. The quality has slipped, folks can’t run the computer, the coffee is lacking, I just got overcharged today and I’m just not in the mood anymore to wait for mediocrity. Your idea is great and I love it, fix yourself.

We walked in & the staff was just standing around(2 guys) — the place needed to be swept & the tables were sticky. Come on — if you aren’t busy — run around & wipe some tables down. It isn’t hard. Also they were out of napkins — when I mentioned they were out of napkins — one guy said«yep — we’re out of napkins» HUH So I asked for a paper towel — they don’t do paper towels — then I asked for anything else. Then he remembered they have hand towels in the restroom… I was not impressed. I asked if they were a franchise — good thing they aren’t. I won’t be back.

Great food but man is the service lacking! You call about a question and they are abrupt and very rude. Ive had the staff be very rude in person as well, I don’t know if I will recommend this establishment anymore. the sandwiches are also very over priced

Went for coffee yesterday and I asked for extra of flavoring. Was told it would be 35 cents. I said I just wanted one extra pump(not six, which is standard) and was told that would be ten cents extra. how can one pump be ten cents when six is only thirty five cents? The guy at the window informed me that they«aren’t really about coffee» I then asked for just the standard latte, since I didn’t want to get him in trouble with his boss to which he said, I am the boss. This man was condescending and patronizing. Don’t go here for coffee! They apparently only value customers who are buying food.

Slowest service ever, not organized, not well staffed, and no silverware. I went here during a busy lunch hour where we stood in line waiting to order for about ten minutes, then after ordering waiting 15 minutes for our food. My friends drink that she ordered was sat on the counter and mumbled the name and that was all. She has to wait to find someone to ask if it was hers. My drink wasn’t completed until I had already finished my food. My salad(a Greek salad) was boring, I could have made a better one at home for cheaper. And I had to wait to eat it because they had run out of forks. I made a joke to my friend about how someone could just come in sit down and not order and someone would just bring them food because at least three times they tried to bring us other people’s food. Get it together people! I won’t be back.

What I love best: this is healthy fast food. When I need something quick and don’t want to destroy my stomach with a greasy hamburger, I have Go Healthy(and Café Yumm… but I need variety). The menu here has decent spread, with salads, rice bowls, and burritos, and the ingredients just taste fresh. The lettuce is always a deep green instead of white iceberg! On my last trip, I had a basil bowl, which included brown rice, chicken, feta, corn, tomatoes, and a basil sauce that was just spectacular. It was light and didn’t sit in my stomach like lead. The portion size was spot on. The service is adequate, the facilities are always clean, and I can get in and out in a hurry if I need to.

I’ve been to this place a bunch of times, and I’ve tried really, really hard to like it. The staff is friendly, which is unusual for Eugene, but they just can’t seem to get an order right. I’m not overly picky or have complex demands, but the food listed on the menu just doesn’t come like it’s description: I’ve gotten plain cheese quesadillas with mystery ingredients, bean and cheese burritos with the beans missing, and salads with only half of the listed toppings on them.(I’m sure they’d be willing to fix them, but I haven’t learned my lesson and usually take stuff to go). On my last visit, I tried to order the oatmeal. On every window of the building is a big, giant picture of delicious looking oatmeal with all sorts of toppings: raisins, apples, brown sugar, etc. Of course, it’s not on the menu anywhere… but I decided to risk it and order oatmeal, because hey, how can you mess up oatmeal? I got a lidded cardboard bowl filled with oats and boiling water, and was told to ‘wait about 3 minutes, and then you can eat it.’ I had to request toppings after I got it, and all I got was a little plastic ramekin with brown sugar. I tried to eat it, but the oatmeal was super gummy and tasted like the cardboard bowl. Bluuuch. So, I guess it’s my fault for ordering something that wasn’t on the menu… but I thought that maybe I would get something that resembled the pictures in the window. I end up here on occasion because I have business on W11th… but from now on I’ll just pack my own lunch.

Yum. Service was great. Coffee was really good. The selection was nice. If they had a breakfast menu, I would return the next day for a great breakfast. If there was one of these in my hometown, I would be a regular.

I think some places have no idea when it comes to pricing, if they really need to charge $ 10.50 for a sandwich, either someone is getting rich or they’ve got overhead problems. The name is Go Healthy Café, not Go Broke Eat’n here! The sandwiches are okay and without doubt better than the fast food joints. All that being said this place is lackluster and an overpriced want-a-be trendy place.

I’ve been here 3 weeks in a row to wait for my son while he has sports practice. The first time, service sucked but soy chai was amazing. Second time, great service, then they never finished making my vanilla latte. After waiting ten min while they were in the back doing dishes and such I asked for it, they poured the milk into the cup with 10 min old shots and now tepid milk. Third time great service and they FORGOTTOMAKEMYDRINKAGAIN! Seriously. Only 2 other patrons in the joint. If there were any other options in the evening I’d go elsewhere for the free wifi.

My mind-body ecosystem goes from ‘maybe I need a little snack’ to ‘my hunger is creating homicidal rage’ in about 2 minutes. It can happen anywhere, including the most unfortunate road in Eugene, West 11th. Also known as ‘No EmX Boulevard.’ I’m really glad that Go Healthy gives folks a decent option in this part of town. It definitely earns a third star for doing what it does in this location. The menu here has a decent variety of sandwiches, salads, bowls, burritos, and the like. Lots of chicken and turkey, but also plenty of clearly marked vegetarian options as well. The food is nothing spectacular at all – I’ve been maybe three times and always felt that I could do better, in taste and in health, by making something at home. But it is not overpriced and it hits the spot when I get that gotta-eat-now feeling. Bottom line: I wouldn’t make a special trip to eat at Go Healthy, but I’m happy to stop in from time to time when I’m out that way and my appetite gets forceful.

My experience here was decent. I had a turkey guacamole sandwich with a Chai. The Chai was the best I’ve had in Eugene, bar none. I will come here again just for that. The sandwich had a very clean taste, keeping in with health premise of the place. It was rather on the smaller side, which I do not mind, but for the price, which is a little steep for a sandwich that size and a pickle. The location of the place is fine, I guess. Its at the edge of Eugene near big box stores and fast food resturants. I guess that it is good that this healthy option is in a areas like this. However, I am quite confident that if the place was located nearer central Eugene or the University, it would get more business, thus likely help with lowering the cost of the items they serve. I did not have buyers remorse with this outing because my friend KB paid for it. But I think if I had paid, I would have been left feeling like I would have been worth my wild if I went across the street to the grocery store and bought the ingredients to make the sandwich myself. As a café, the shop does not provide service to you beside when you order the meal and they bring it out to you(water is self serve and you bus your own table). Additionally, there is not any ambiance to the place. So am I quite puzzle to why my sandwich cost near $ 7. I can say that at least it tasted good.

I originally went here because it was gluten-free. I had the chicken teriyaki and wasn’t impressed with the tiny portion. It didn’t make me sick and that was the best part. It tasted good but just didn’t feel like it was worth it. I got it to go and they just handed it to me without a bag. The place was crowded with business people at lunch and it felt like Starbucks, which I hate. It’s nice they are gluten-free and I hope people are happy supporting their business.

Amidst a sea of industrial buildings and chain fast food sits Go Healthy Café. What can you say? It’s basically a large coffee shop with a very full menu and a special place in it’s heart for vegetarians and vegans. It’s a quick and healthy bite when you’re on the go. Everything I’ve had has been fast, fresh and tasty. It’s not high gourmet fare, it’s quick food made with healthy ingredients. So while it’s not going to have you moaning from an oralgasm, it’s still darn good food. And with a place like this around, you owe your body an apology if you go to Carl’s Jr instead. Now I go to Target on an empty stomach so I have an excuse to stop in and guiltlessly indulge in some tasty fuel.

«Poor man’s Starbucks?» Well, I’ll start out by saying that they’re not going to set the world on fire with their menu or coffee drinks. They’re pretty typical fare and taste like you’d expect — just ‘okay’ as noted below. The menu features sandwiches, bowls, burritos, and salads. If you order a sandwich be forewarned that it’s just a sandwich — no chips, sides, garnish, nothing. Coffee drinks are based on solid if somewhat acidic espresso. They do have excellent service, a Starbucks-y atmosphere(if that’s your thing), and are a good option for lunch/coffee if you’re stuck at this end of town. Only open until 6pm which sucks. Edit: now open until 7pm weekdays, which still sucks, but less. Edit 2: now open until 8pm weekdays, which doesn’t suck at all.

Fantastic food! Love all the gluten-free options! This combination coffee-shop and sandwich joint is fabulous. If you are looking for a great place to meet a friend — this is it. There are even tables with games built into the top(Tic Tac Toe, anyone?) The soup was terrific and the blended ice-cream coffee drinks were AMAZING!
