Had a horrible visit today. Went in for just a $ 6.00 neck trim and ended up paying $ 30. What a rip-off! I asked her to trim the back of my hair for $ 6.00. I decided I wanted her to trim just the sides of my hair because I was letting it grow out. She said it would be another $ 6.00. I told her that was not a problem. When she was done I(about 4 min.) I asked if I could use her hair spray. She said yes, and walked off. There was spray sitting on her counter, and all I could see was Great Clips on the label. I assumed it was hair spray, so I used it and it was disinfectant for their chippers. So, she said I couldn’t leave without being shampooed. After the shampoo I was sitting back at her station where she asked me if I wanted to have my hair dried. I had told her earlier that I had a Dr, s appt so of course, I needed my hair dried. Anyway, she racked it up to $ 30.00 and didn’t apologize for anything. I usually tip at least 20%, but not today. I certainly take part of the responsibility, however I believe management should make them keep their disinfectant spray under the counter. It doesn’t belong on their salon station. It would have been nice if they had discounted the service a bit. The stylist name was Meagan. Don’t believe I will be back.

My 1st visit was not stellar, no one checked me in so I actually got skipped. My cut was well done though. My next 2 visits have been much better. I’ve ended up with the same lady cutting my hair each time. I like that the computer remembers how I like my hair cut so I don’t have to explain it each time. Very reasonable price for a cut too.
