Westside Liquor

I love this liquor store very friendly people always ready to help it is very clean and well stocked

I came in to buy a bottle, but it was on a shelf I couldn’t reach so I asked the older man working if he could get it down for me he said yes and then acted flustered when another customer came to pay. The older man began helping the other customer whom also asked, «Aren’t you going to help her first?» The old man said, «she can wait». I knew I should have left then and there, but I really wanted the specialty booze. So I swallowed my pride and waited vowing to not come in again. Well, I decided to give them another chance, maybe the old man was new? So today I went in, told the lady I needed this bottle on their top shelf, she asked that same older man to get a ladder and get it down for me; he did and put it on the counter. When the lady was done ringing up the current customer, I thought I would be next. wrong… she waited on the next person (who came in after me, and should have been behind me!) This time I walked out and I will NEVER go back! Too bad for them, we host many parties throughout the year and have spent LOTS of bucks here.

I love this liquor store!
This place had a familiar feel to it. Large store… spacious…great selection of booze… kind service… Heeey, what’s going on here. You guys are acting a LOT like Northside Liquor off Coburg. Turns out it’s ran by the same people! Northside… Westside…I get it!
Every time I have been here someone makes sure to ask, «Need help finding anything?» Even though I’m usually in and out when it comes to liquor stores, they seem to catch me everytime. Which I like, shows that they’re on the floor willing to help customers.
We used to live off Gilham, which was why we always hit up Northside. Now that we’re out west, things are a little futher away. Westside is the closest and most convenient.
Happy to see them expanding!
