Super helpful staff. Very kind and friendly. They even noticed my rear wiper blade was broken and replaced it on the spot! I recommend this place to everyone that wants a fair price for services and exceptional service. Really above and beyond you guys, thank you!

Guys were great! While my receipt said it was time for an oil change, the particular oil I use allowed 2500 more miles on the road before a change. They were upfront and changed my fluids. They were wonderfully and refreshingly honest. I will be back.

These folks make me feel «cared for». There are fast, courteous and responsive. When I pull up someone comes right over to help me. For what I get, the price is very fair. They let me know exactly what the status of my car is before and after the service. I get great tips on what needs to be maintained in the future. I love the top off service, which lets me get my fluids maintained for free between full services. Even the courtesy coffee is wonderful. Thanks again! You folks Rock!!!

I had previously had my oil change at a different jiffy lube in pdx and they forgot to put the lid back on the engine oil. I didn’t know when I drove the car from Portland to Eugene to visit my daughter and she pointed out the oil spill all over the front of the car. The next morning I brought my car to this jiffy lube and they refilled my oil for free which was almost empty, double checked all covers and filters and gave me a free car wash. I won’t be going to the other jiffy lube. This is my new place for oil changes.

Got my truck a oil change here and they did a good job. I could live with out the several attempts at the up charges though.

Super awesome fast service on a Sunday morning! No upselling, no gimmicks, just really friendly service. They even ran the car through the carwash for me. Recommended.

Too much upsale and sales jargon. Lay off! I just want a simple oil change. No bells and whistles. It’s very annoying and feels like a slight violation of my space. Poor boundaries indeed. Not going there EVER again.

Went by Jiffy again 4 years later and they are still running a tight ship. Excellent shop! Now that I’ve moved to Eugene it will be my oil change place every time.

Rip off!!! Most expensive oil change in Eugene. Sure the guys were nice and did a good job but you can get just as good service any other place in Eugene. People… the dealership service is cheaper AND they do more for you… like check your brakes and about 100 more points. Over $ 60 is FAR to expensive for a basic synthetic blend oil chagne.

Excellent service from everyone. Sorry to forget everyone’s names. I really liked everyone. Drew and his crew were great. They go the extra mile and as James L indicated in his review, they provide excellent updates. I wish I can have this excellent service whenever I need an oil change.

This is the worst Jiffy Lube ever. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They said they could not change the oil on my van cause there was something wrong and said the last Jiffy lube I went too messed up my plug. Funny how I took it to the Jiffy Lube on Coburg and without saying anything they changed the oil without any problems. I would not recommend going here (7^th st) drive the extra mile to Coburg where the service is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

The employees here are efficient and extremely friendly. They may even be better at customer service than the people at Les Schwab, and that’s saying something. When someone’s this happy at work, it makes me think they’re being treated well, and that makes my heart all gooey.
I was helped by two of their Assistant Managers — Krystal and Chris — and greeted with a smile by others. Each customer is greated quickly, shown to the waiting room, told where coffee, tv & bathroom are and told how long it will be until their order is taken. Yes, they’ll hit you up to buy a number of services, but they respect you when you tell them what you do and don’t want.
I added the «Bronze» detailing for $ 10 w/​oil change. I only think about how filthy the inside of my car windows are when I’m on the road and forget about it by the time I get home. So I bought this package that includes interior window cleaning and wiping down of the dashboard (with choice of scent!). They threw in a mat vacuuming and car wash. Nice.
I’m kind of an old man now and confess that this may be the first time I’ve gotten the oil changed in the car — The Mister always does this for us. But it’s not that bad. I can do this, man.

This is a Jiffy Lube. That means formulaic service and pressure to purchase overpriced air filters that you don’t need. Be ready to say no.
That said, the service here is good. The staff is «friendly,» professional, and quick– almost to a fault. The service is so formulaic that you find yourself questioning whether you’re dealing with real human beings.
