Nuts and Berries salad was great, and big enough for 2 or 3 people. Garlic knots were cooked to perfection, and they let us know how long they would take to arrive at our table. Dad said his pizza slice was awesome too! Would go back for sure!

So this is my second time there, first review. My first review would’ve been 3 stars, as the first time the server forgot my wine, and I had to remind her to pour it for me.(Although, they were busy, and things happen). They are limited with salad dressing options and salad options. I didn’t realize my first time there how large their slices were, and ordered a regular salad(Huge portion for just me). I looked and realized I ordered too much food, but they were more than happy to get me a doggy bag. This time, I called ahead(last Pizza slices I got were prosciutto and red based sauce). This time, I got a chicken sausage, onion and pineapple pizza. It was good! The other options were a bit boring this time for pizza by the slice, but since I called at 8pm, I wasn’t going to be very picky(i love prosciutto and was spoiled my first time). I called and let them know how long it’d take me and they warmed up my pizza slice without asking! as it didn’t take me long to get there(so excited, as some places ask first instead of just doing it). When I got there, my Pizza was still hot, service was quick, and I was in and out in no time. It stayed warm the short drive home, and I enjoyed the slice. All in all, it’s a no frills Pizza place, I think of it more of a pizza café, as it’s limited on beer, wine and dessert options, but the pizza is good! Will definitely be back again.

So I’ve been working on the back side of Mezza Luna for about a month now and as horrible as it sounds I’m pretty sure I’ve ate there every single day so far! The pizza is to die for I’ve never been disappointed and the customer service is amazing. Each and every worker is so kind and thoughtful. This is an amazing business and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area you won’t be sorry.

Grabbed a couple slices before diving into Costco. Good pizza. Big slices. Nice people. We’ll be back.

The absolute best pizza I have ever eaten!!! Fantastic, fresh ingredients. Local craft beer, what else to you need. The staff is always courteous and the food is always amazing!

We moved from Portland about four months ago and have been patronizing Mezza Luna ever since. If you know Portland pizza, then ML is just a quarter-notch below Ken’s, about equivalent to Apizza Scholls and Pyro, and better than Pizzicato. Toppings are generous and outstanding. Crust has great flavor, but can become a little soggy in short order. Sauces are very tasty. Staff very welcoming. I don’t see the point in going anywhere else unless you need more evidence that you’re getting the best.

Good pizza by the Slice for about $ 3/slice. Upscale shopping center with big windows for people watching.

I like the pizza by the slice concept and the three options that were on selection seemed to offer a wide variety. The pizza was fine, not hot when served but warmish. It nice to have a salad with the lunch menu, but the salad was huge and so boring. Even if they had thrown a few croutons and/or topped with some freshly grated cheese would have helped. I wouldn’t avoid this place but certainly would not seek it out.

I wish they had more than pizza and a less tangy tomato sauce. Other than good crust and cheese their toppings are a must. The Caesar salad is tasty. The staff are cool and you bus your own stuff which is hip.

Seriously amazing pizza. I’m one of those people who think that the crust is everything and Mezza Luna’s crust is everything. I got the Shoot for the Moon pizza and added pepperoni and it was literally my dream pizza. Love love love. Oh, and the people that work there are super friendly. Woo Mezza Luna!

Mezza Luna pizza(like all NY style pies in Eugene) is pricey, but once you’ve lived here long enough to adjust to the wallet shock of good, chewy and crisp thin crust pizza, you’ll likely come to enjoy the fact that all its pies are shoveled knee-deep with toppings. I especially love the pies buried in smoked mozzarella and crisp bacon. Another delicious bonus: The Sweet Life turtle brownies located at the counter of all Mezza Luna locations! You know, in case you’re worried that your overall caloric intake is too low ;)

Came in for their pizza by the slice lunch order while in town on business. Holy cow that’s good pizza! And I’m a pizza snob. Their by the slice pizzas are extremely well priced given they range $ 3 – 5 and are BIG. They are unique too; cheese, pepperoni, to bacon and Gorgonzola, garlic and Roma pizzas. Their wait time is pretty short too for order and can out. I was there about 10 minutes after ordering 2 slices. They came out hot and packaged for the road. They’ve got beer and wine and an area to enjoy the weather outside as well. Really nice laid back interior, and you can see some of the pizzas cooking in the giant Brick oven from seating area. Go! It’s super good! And extremely well priced!

I had their version of a meat lovers pizza minus the black olives plus yellow onions and pineapple, medium size. Came to $ 25!!! I think that’s a ridiculously high price. I’d say the pizza taste was okay while eating it with very sparse ingredients(if I don’t get one of every ingredient in every bite, then there’s not enough ingredients). What wasn’t good was that strong processed meats after taste(high levels of sodium nitrite or preservatives?). Not sure why some pizzas have it while others don’t(quality?) but, this definitely had it in bunches. When I ordered I was told it would be 20 minutes. With about 8 kids who were served just after I arrived and one person that came in to pick up take out, it took 35 minutes. They had pizza by the slice too but, it looked like those display deserts at restaurants that have been waxified.

I stopped in for lunch today. The reviews seemed kinda back and forth so I thought I’d see for myself. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and it was delicious. I know other reviews complain that the pizza is too greasy but I believe pizza should be greasy, and it was, but not in an over the top way. Plus the slice was huge! Tasty New York style mmmmm. Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely delicious and worth having again. Service was pretty good as well.

Yummy! My husband and I just moved to Eugene a month ago so this is the first pizza I have tried in the area but I was quite pleased! We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and half olives. Husband and I both really liked it. We also ordered a medium verde salad and an order of cheesy garlic knots. Everything was great! I only have one complaint and that is that the garlic knots were just a little burnt on the bottom but I just ate around it. I really liked the flavor of the knots because the garlic was fresh! I really wish they delivered but we live less than a mile away so we will definitely be ordering«to go» from them again! One thing you should know is their proportions are very generous! They only have medium and large and the medium was more than enough for two people! I have not eaten in the restaurant but I understand you can order by the slice if you eat in.

Their garlic cheese knots are amazing… at least while they’re hot. Same goes for their pizza. As soon as it begins to cool, though, the cheese gets a bit plasticy, and the crust get’s a little chewy(I like chewy crust, but my husband doesn’t). Overall, though, the flavor was good, and the ingredients tasted fresh. We’ll probalby give them another go, but may do it by the slice next time.

Salad and bread knots are fantastic! The pizza is the saddest part of our order. So extremely greasy its inedible. If we had ordered in I would have returned it but we got it to go so now we still need dinner

After agonizing over which pizza to order for a solid 30 minutes(there are so many tasty-sounding options!), we settled on the Fun-guy Trio — a combination of three types of «seasonal» mushrooms, roasted peppers, roasted garlic, chevre, and mozzarella. I was expecting this pizza to be loaded with mushrooms, supported by strategic sprinklings of the other ingredients. That is definitely not what this pizza is. Each ingredient was represented in approximately the same quantity — with exception of the chevre, which was fairly absent. I also didn’t really get the three seasonal mushroom mix. It felt more like your average mix of available-in-a-supermarket mushrooms. The garlic was also kind of bland and was present in entire cloves, which made it difficult to eat at times. That being said, the pizza was still very tasty. The crust doesn’t have as much flavor as other pizza places in town, but with all those strong toppings I didn’t mind it one bit. Also, the pizza was HUGE. We got a large(18-inch) that fed three people for dinner and all three of us for lunch again the next day. I will definitely go back, but next time we’re ordering something with fewer ingredients and a clearer focus.

The pizza was good. Not the best I had in town. Staff were nice but felt distanced at first impressions of interaction. The setting is nice, but always has been empty when I go in. Price per slice is a bit high too. But not a bad place.
