Basically, I know I like a place when I order something, and, on every return trip, I never see the point in ordering anything else — the first thing was amazing enough. First point of mention — YAY! IT’S ACTUALLYAFFORDABLEFOR A FILLINGMEAL! Keep it comin’, y’all! Like all the places around campus, try to get here before«lunch time» to avoid a giant crowd. 11:50 am is about the latest. The wait isn’t excruciating, but it might be a stretch to try to eat here and make class in a short time span. The food is great, with great flavors. I always get the Udon Pad Khing, and it’s got a great, ginger-y punch. All the veggies are cooked just right. The udon could be cooked a little bit more, to my liking. It ends up slightly watery, but it’s not unpleasant. The Thai Iced Tea is also worth a try. I can’t really describe the flavor. Sweet, with a hint of like… red velvet cupcake? I like to sit facing the window and people watch. When it’s not rainy(ha! haha!) you can sit on their porch, too. There’s a few bike racks about 15 feet to the east of the entrance, or parking on a meter diagonally out front.

One of the best places in Eugene that provides quick and cheap Asian meals. The food is to die for at a price that can’t be beat. My personal favorite is the Yakisoba noodles with chicken. Add some hoisin sauce and you have one of the best meals you’ll eat all day!

Usually quick and with many Styles of Asian cuisine that will hit the spot. I personally love the udon pad King(the one on the specials board) with the delicious huge pieces of shiitake, but I rotate what I order because the menu has lots to offer. Big bonus points for being one of the cheapest places to snag lunch on campus. A few dishes can be real misses though, either with subpar sauces or veggies. Recommend, 4⁄5 for grub on campus

Great service, great food. Everything I have tried here is outstanding. The owner(JC) is a real nice guy. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Great quick fix near campus! Very consistent quick, inexpensive bowls. Always enjoy the drunken noodles and pad Thai. They pump a lot of folks through here during lunch time and I really have not seen them get tripped up in over 2 dozen visits, highly recommended. Friendly, efficient counter staff, the food is always hot. Oh, BTW about«hot»…I am one of those people that when someone says«be careful this is spicy», I am typically disappointed. HOWEVER, with the drunken noodle, I would go medium spicy first, because they mean it.

Avocado curry and garden rolls all the way! The curry is yellow based & consists of chicken, huge chunks of avocado, green beans(which I normally despise, but love in this), egg plant & rice. It has a good amount of spice to it but the rice really tames it down. I get it every time! Garden rolls come with a really good, warm, peanut sauce which I love as well. I always plan on venturing to something else on the menu but this dish is too good not to get. Location is nice and right on campus, so it’s a great pick up to or from class and there’s usually no wait.

Okay I am new to campus… I am new to Eugene. There are so many different asian-themed restaurants around here… but I have to say, even with its modest décor this place is GREAT. The menu is fairly extensive. I should have taken a picture but I didn’t bring my phone this time. It is all on the wall… you walk up to the counter and order and then they give you a number. When your food is ready they call your number. Simple and easy. Easy to navigate inside. A lot of tables but most are two-tops. Perfect for a quick lunch. Although you could also push them together for a 4−6−8 top I suppose. Pretty active and a lot of people visiting — always a good sign. My bosses and several co-workers would go here periodically but I hadn’t been myself yet. until today. that all changed. I LOVE that all of the dishes are $ 6.75 or was it $ 6.95. Anyway either way it is less than $ 7. I love salad rolls so I got them because they were only $ 3.50!!! WHAT??? I love these things. did I say that already? Okay well Noodle Heads are extremely good… Fresh and full. I will be getting these on the regular. Then I tried Chicken Pad Thai. I asked for it to be a bit spicy like a medium and it was yummy and spicy and hot. GREAT flavors. I was very impressed overall with the noodle consistency of sticky but not clumpy! Chicken was cooked appropriately. NOTE the portions are NOT large or even big by any measure. HOWEVER we as Americans eat WAY too much in any one sitting anyway… so for $ 7 you get a reasonable lunch that will fill you up until dinner. I thought it was a good value. Overall this will be one of my regular spots! YUM!

The food is delicious! However, the customer service was also worth mentioning. I have a serious fish allergy so I’m hesitant to eat at many Asian food restaurants because of the(often times, hidden) fish sauce. The first person at the counter was not fluent in English so she brought another employee from the kitchen area to help. I explained my issue with fish products & she retreated to the kitchen, spoke directly with the cook, then returned with full knowledge on which dishes were fish-free. While my options were limited, I greatly appreciated their honesty and direction. I ended up ordering a chicken curry dish with coconut and rice. It was delicious! The person who was with me had a noodle bowl that she said was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be returning soon.

Stopped in today with the wife and daughter. They both had chicken fried rice that was thumbs up from both. Eggs in the rice were overdone somewhat but decent flavor! I had the Yakisoba noodles, medium spicy, and they were once again the bomb! Last time I had them they were less than great, but still completely passable, but today’s was back to the normal greatness I have come to expect from this place. Service was a little slow at the counter but overall a great place to have lunch!

Super yummy! We had the spicy chicken stir fry, really well made. The only(ever so slight) complaint that I would make would be that the serving was on the tiny size for seven dollars(it was more like a lunch special size than a dinner portion). But other than that, great place and very popular with students.

I used to love this place but today I came in and ordered the avocado curry for the second time this week and it has a BLACK avocado. When I complained they refused to remedy the issue. Very disappointing.

I love Noodle Head’s avocado green curry and panang curry. I cannot bring myself to order anything else, I love them so much. I see that some reviews are critical. I haven’t tried the things that they are complaining about. But let’s stick to what’s important. My favorites are totally delicious and only $ 6.50. Servings are generous, and you cannot beat the quickness. Everybody I see eating here(and the place is usually very busy) looks quite content. My five-star rating is a composite based on the cost to deliciousness ratio. Yum! Great option for weeknight take-out.

Came for lunch and was quite impressed with the Karee Kai, a coconut inspired spicy tofu dish. Service was quick, restaurant very clean, and watched ESPN while I ate. Can’t complain!

I went with avocado curry and hell yes, it hit the spot. Keep in mind, I had just eaten a calzone right before I came in. I was trying to eat as much as good food since I was only in town for an afternoon. Even though, I was full, I enjoyed the curry and finished it. It was very enjoyable. The place was a little dirty, but it isn’t necessarily the restaurant’s fault. Some of the college students were careless and left their dishes and garbage on the tables. Great food, good prices, good location. If I lived in Eugene, I would come here often.

I’ve ordered a lot of things on the menu and eventing is pretty good so far. No complaints. I mean it’s not fantastic! But it’s not bad. Especially for $ 6.50 for everything on their menu? Why not! Only down side is that there’s a charge for to go. I guess I’m just not used to that.

I love this place. I went in tonight with a group of 6 and had dinner around 6:15pm. It wasn’t very crowded, the servers were very attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful. I ordered the bibimbap while my friends ordered korean fried chicken, katsu and kimchee soup. Everyone enjoyed the service and everything tasted wonderful. I will definitely be going back!

I came with a friend during finals week to get some Phở before studying. Maybe I got unlucky but I ordered the Phở and when I got it it looked pathetic. The bowl was tiny and the amount of food was enough to fill a 14 year old girl. I’m not even a huge guy, I am a pretty standard sized college kid and the portions left me feeling like I had an appetizer. After I ate I was so tempted to order another dish, but cooler thoughts prevailed and I just reluctantly got some fillers at 7⁄11. Food tasted amazing though and the staff were nice. I just won’t be going back when I’m particularly hungry.

I totally enjoy this place. They have $ 6.50 entrees all day, which is a great deal, and the portions are large, as you would expect. If you have questions about the menu or are looking for something they don’t have, they will happily steer you in the right direction. Last time I was there, they suggested I try the drunken noodles(their specialty) and they were great! Served quickly(but not ‘fast food’ quickly) and at the perfect temperature. They also warned me of the spiciness, which to me was not spicy at all. I think spiciness is just so relative that they have to be careful. The décor is minimal, the food is good, the price is good, and the service is helpful and friendly. For what it is, I don’t know what more you could want!

GREATFORCOLLEGESTUDENTS. Everything here is $ 6.50 and for the most part, the portions are hardy. It is not going to be the best food in the world, it is oily and cheap, but still quite tasty. I would recommend if you are freezing on a chilly Oregon day and want a big bowl of something warm and cheap. Mmmmmm.
