Sprint Store

dont be fooled the happy faces and smiley glad hands. they work on commision. we had unlimited everything when we went to upgrade, and they told us we would save money by sharing 8G per month between four of us. so we went for it. then we got our bill and decided to call the 1 – 800 # to make sure we had enough gigs to go on vacation. corporate told us that the employees at the store were wrong in telling us we would save money by sharing. so she switched us back to unlimited and we are now saving 104 $ per month!!! i recommend talking to corporate about what you want before you go into the store. dont let them bully you into something they want

We go to this store to pay our bill and twice we have left with our monthly bill lowered and new devices we weren’t expecting to get, like a Harmon Kardon speaker and an iPad mini Martin, is a very helpful sales person that always makes sure we leave with the best deal even if that’s not what we came in asking for. He’s super good at his job and We appreciate it!

My phone and My son’s iPhone were not connecting to the Internet when not near a wifi even though we have unlimited data. I have talk to tech over phones using the CS line and we tried different things but it did not work. I finally headed to the store to talk to a tech. The techs at the Sprint store at 7^th was able to help both my phones get back to working order.

Always a busy store but they have friendly staff ready to help. Been a Sprint customer for 17 years we are happy with the support my family and I receives.
Yes technology can be a pain in the rear when they don’t work correctly. I’m glad I can either call or stop by my Sprint store for assistance. Sometimes I have to wait in line to get help but at least they always greeted me with a smile when they are ready to help me.
On a different note, I wish their stock go up in value :-)

Good customer service but very inconsiderate. My son who is 3 months old was with me here and sleeping when one of the workers here turned up one of the audio speakers until the bass was vibrating in the room. Thankfully my son didn’t wake up but it was still very rude since they did it more than once and it can damage ears.

Sales people will lie to make a deal wanted to add a line to my contact and the bill ended up being $ 60 more per month then i was promised took them forever to process return on the phone i added was promised on 5 different days they would talk to there store manager the next day and every day i came to sre what they wer3 gonna do the guy said he «forgot» to talk to his manager i even sat there for 45 min waiting for the guy who was suppose to talk to the manager he knew i was waiting for him while he was dealing with other people and he could not take 2 seconds to tell me he had no more information on how they were gonna resolve my poblem told him they need to try to acctuly do there job for once wich finaly got things moving never got a bill credit of any sort for the huge in convince spent hours of my time and ½ tank of gas going to and from the store to deal with there screw up had to go in person since they never helped at all when i called

My husband and I have done business at this store on many occasions. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable about the phones themselves, however, they are not letting the customers know when they upgrade their phone that they will also have to pay an activation fee. We also was given the option of getting the Samsung tablet and was told we were going to have one monthly fee however when we looked at the receipt when we got home it showed a different fee. We were told in the store that for the first year we would pay $ 7.50 and the next year following would be $ 15 a month for the second year. However the receipt did not reflect the $ 7.50 for the first year. When we called the actual customer service 800-​number for sprint, two of the customer service representative’s were not aware of the promotional fee of the first year being $ 7.50. It’s pretty sad that you cannot trust what somebody’s telling you to your face in that store, because when you get your bill it’s totally something different. And to boot, when you call the 800-​number you get somebody overseas and then what happens after that is being disconnected at least two or three times and having to repeat yourself again two or three times to a new representative. That is simply unacceptable service.
