Avg bar, avg customer service, avg food. Great ambiance is somewhat downplayed by a few, less than friendly, bartenders that will only acknowledge you in one of two circumstances: either you’re an athlete, or a former one. Funny thing is the girls aren’t cute enough to justify acting so pretentious. Regardless, the people that go are friendly and the beer is obviously drinkable. Simply put, not as bad as some say, but definitely not as good as others do.

Kinda divey during fridays when they hold kataoke night but its pretty peaceful during wensdays when therr is a 5 dollar birger and brew. Has a pool table and outside heaters that the staff turna on from time to time.

Horrible place! Stay away! We walked here and walked up on game day with beers in our hands. We told them we would set them down and won’t bring them in. The big red headed bouncer said we weren’t allowed in… Never had this happen. We were a bunch of Asians and it almost felt like it was part racist. Do not go here! Very rude and sketch place!!!

Great food! Service is always amazing! The owner is always on top of making sure that every employee is on their game and taking care of customers.

Bar food I ordered the philly. Lol. Sliced roast beef, French bread(toasted) is not a philly. Mixed top round or rib eye and amoroso bread, soft. Is a philly. I just can’t stand food deception. Boo O bar, boo

Cheap tacos on Sunday’s! Bartender always remembers us, no matter how long it’s been.

Went here to check it out, but was very disappointed. There’s an extensive menu, and we ordered a salad and a sandwich. We aren’t picky people, but both our meals were quite unsatisfactory. The rowdy and smoke filled atmosphere outside tempted us to move inside, but it was so cold and dark inside, we sat miserably in anticipation of the check. This review only gets 2 stars instead of one because our waitress was very pleasant.

I am a service canine trainer and spoke to staff there asking if I could bring a young dog in for training and the staff said yes. The following day, I went in and only in the outside lounge area and was told to leave. I explained the situation and the employee stated only if the dog is fully trained and has documents with him. Service dog owners are not required to carry documents in accordance to federal law. I have never been denied access to a business in training a service dog and this is the first place. I won’t be doing business with these people, especially after being given permission to train there in the first place. Businesses like this don’t deserve your money In accordance with the ADA, Oregon does not require disabled people to carry identification cards, and their service dogs do not need to have special tags, leashes or harnesses. It is legal, however, to ask if a dog is a service animal and to ask what specific functions it performs for a disabled person. Read more:

I don’t know of another bar in Eugene with this high quality of food. The employees are very enthusiastic. I’ve had the pleasure of being friends with the kitchen manager and it’s quite pleasant to know what standards he holds for the staff. He’s also quite the clean freak, especially when it comes to his kitchen. Only good things to say about this place. Highly recommended! A++ in my book:)

I can’t give it a 5 star because I’ve only had one item on the menu… Great place to have literally a stones throw from my apartment. Ambiance: Great sports bar environment/décor. Employees are very sociable, courteous, and attentive. I came late after work on a Saturday night so most of the crowds were gone by then after the Ducks football game. Price: I think the price is perfect for the amount and quality of food I got. Food: I ordered the O-Burger I believe and it tasted delicious. It was served on a huge sesame seed bun with a huge burger patty which was probably ½ lbs, lettuce, tomato and pickles. The patty was definitely very juicy and flavorful. The fries weren’t over cooked and evenly salted. I am definitely coming back here whenever I’m too lazy to cook for myself and will take my friends if they visit if we don’t wanna go downtown to drink.

Positives: the«bar food» is actually really good and the service is friendly. Negatives: I’m a UO student and this place is DEAD!!! We were so excited to have a bar walking distance from all the student living only to get let down. I like the food specials but they end early and the drink specials are ALIGHT. They need dollar beers, flip night, and cheaper pitchers. They definitely need to take advantage of the thousands of UO students living by autzen and make it a college go-to bar. Karaōke nights are more annoying then they are enjoyable(the bar is always so dead it’s usually a total of 3 people that take turns singing). Make this the great college bar that it’s meant to be!

The place is good unless you’re a Beaver fan. It’s actually a great place to grab a drink during summer. It’s not busy at all because the college kids have went back home for summer. The menu is pretty standard, but if there’s one item that is better than average is their pizza. OBar pizza is my favorite and I love their crust. Of course, if you want a beer here, you MUST order the beer tower. It’s 90 ounces(128 ounces is a gallon) Nothing like a tower and a pizza. Other than the Moshofsky Center it’s the closest bar to Autzen Stadium. It’s a great place to grab a drink before the game. GODUCKS!

Any major duck fan would make an «O» face when entering The O Bar. This is by far the most ducked out bar i’ve ran accross. Being a devoted Duck, this is a place I would love to be a regular at. On the other hand, with the close quarters and small tables, I feel like this place is screaming for a remodel. I did like the outdoor seating which seems to be the best option when coming here. As most people who follow my reviews knows that I love shooting stick. They have a nice table, but it is in a cramped spot, STILL… better than no pool at all. We had been drinking at Good Times before coming here and we paid $ 20 and had quite a few IPA’s and whiskeys… We got here and ordered 2 drinks each and were at a $ 20 tab. That tells me the prices are a touch up there, but I would expect that considering the location. If I was 21 and in college, i would give 2 shits less about a spendy drink and having the chance to walk back to the commons. I didn’t see 1 person eating food here. That’s something I key on when I go to a place. Is anyone else eating the food here? That is usually a decent indication how the food is. So no review on the grub from this guy… I give this place a solid 3 stars, with a possible 4th if the place had a bit more room. I will be coming here for a Duck game i’m sure. It’s too ducked out to NOT come to a duck game, It would have to be a blast. The tight quarters would make for a fun time with the other fans.

There are no speakers outside for people who want to enjoy the patio, but the service was quick. Good place to pre-party although it’s away from downtown.

I like The O. It’s a fun place to go before or after a Duck game. Good food, decent drinks, easy access to Autzen. They’re all about The Ducks, baby! They have a fairly large menu and seem to please most folks in our group. I’ve only been in on the weekends and the same nice guy always helps us. He’s attentive and quick on the refills. Even when it isn’t football season, we stop in a couple times a month.

This bar is okay, I mean, it serves liquor and decent bar food and its location is conveniently close to the numerous student apartments in the Autzen area. They even have karaōke nights sometimes! The only problem is that this bar was obviously originally intended for the local students so they could stumble home drunk without having to drive, but instead this place is usually just full of middle aged people like my mother-in-law and her friends. And as much as I enjoy hanging out with them, I’m not sure they’re the party crowd most students will be looking for.
