Horrible! Slow service terrible pizzas and salads. NEVER going back! Don’t waste your money!

Dissapointing again. It had been a while since we ordered pizza here as it wasn’t good the last time either. We had it delivered which was great! BUT, the pizzas both had their issues. Maui Wowee, it was ok at best. Canadian bacon was chewy, and there was almost no sauce on it. Also the sauce that was there was really spicy which you don’t expect on a Hawaiian pizza. And where was the pineapple??? Little slivers scattered around. Was more a ham pizza than anything. Pollo pesto, well there was lots of pesto on this one, but the chicken was horrible. More like jerky as it was so dry. Major fail. Had to take it off as it also had a very gamey flavor. Yuk. The dough was great as before, which that and the delivery were the only good things about it. Not sure why they can’t get it right.

Was expecting great things, but only got mediocre. The gnots were stale and hard, the marinara sauce bland. The calzone was soggy and had no real flavor. Dough was not only soggy but under cooked. The gargonzola pear salad was the only good part of the meal.

The lunch special is absolutely amazing! A slice of pizza and a salad for only 7.95 $. For all that you get I’d say it is a pretty good deal. The service has been okay every time I have gone but nothing great.

My wife and I absolutely love Pegasus Pizza. Our favorite pizza in Eugene. Really great flavors and crust is perfect, plus their ranch dressing is better than anything you can buy in a bottle. Delivery is super fast to our place near Autzen, even on busy game nights. The only downside is the price can be a little high, but it’s worth it. One 18 inch pizza was dinner for both of us with plenty left over for lunch the next day. Highly recommended! Plenty of meatless options, for those of you who are so inclined.

For 15 years I have been the one in the family to push for Pegasus pizza after tonight I concede. Ordered a pizza for pickup and got there on time. As I walked up a person left out the door with a pizza. I walked up to the counter as the employee grabbed the phone and told me I would need to wait a minute. As he was on the phone in front of me, he called someone and told the person we just gave your person that was here the wrong pizza. You ordered such and such but we gave you someone else’s pizza. Do you wNg to keep the pizza or come back and get yours. Based on what I could hear they decided to return and get their pizza. So he hung and asked if he could help me. I gave my name for s pizza pickup and he informed me that they had given our pizza to someone else. Now the really good pArt. He shared that our pizza would be back in 10 minutes and did I want a salad while I wAited? I said are you telling me you are serving me a pizza that has left the restaurant and returned? After my ouchy comment he offered to have made a new pizza which I accepted. Waited for the pizza took it home and ate it. Cost was high, pizza was ok, experience unrateAble. Of course while I waited I figured out how the mistake happened while I watched the employee running the cash register hang on every playoff football play. So on to other pizza places. I am looking for a great California chicken garlic white sauce pizza but now some where else. I

I’ve passed by this pizza place many times before I ate there for the first time last weekend. Every time I passed by it on the way to Nordstrom Rack it always smelled amazing, and made me want to eat there. So finally, last weekend my husband and I planned to eat there for the first time. The place is small, but pretty standard looking for a small pizza joint. We went to order our pizza and there were three college aged people behind the counter. There service was less than helpful or welcoming, but we still kept an open mind about the food. We ordered a chicken/bacon pizza with alfredo sauce and tomatoes and onions on top. We also ordered their Gnots as a side with vinaigrette sauce to dip them in. Surprisingly our food didn’t take too long to come to our table, considering we were the only ones eating there at the time and the employees were goofing off behind the counter and watching tv. Anyways, we got our food and it all looked and smelled amazing! So we were excited! We started with the Gnots and dip, and it was pretty yummy. Then we tried the pizza, and hands down it was the worst pizza we have ever tasted in our lives. We’ve tried a lot of different pizzas in our day, and this one by far was the worst. It had absolutely no flavor to it, and the raw tomatoes on top were definitely not ripe at all. Once we took the tomatoes off and dipped every bite of pizza in the vinaigrette sauce, the pizza was somewhat tolerable. Sadly, our experience was extremely disappointing and ended with both of us feeling sick to our stomachs. In short, we definitely would not recommend this pizza place… To anyone.

Pegasus pizza. A fine pizza establishment in the midst of Eugene. I have had really great pizza, salad, and beer here. I think this place is great! My only wish was that they were open after ten, the time in which I am usually craving some pizza but have to order from somewhere else.

We ordered the Mediterranean and the Aegean . Both were completely different. The Mediterranean had pesto feta and sun dried tomatoes. The crust was dry and tough. We enjoyed it but they need to work on the crust. The Aegean pizza didn’t even test like a pizza. It was hard to describe, the toppings were delicious. It has mozzarella tomatoes kalamata olives artichoke hearts feta and fresh basil and parmesan. The crust was topped with garlic and olive oil. Very unique pizza, I wish the crust was up to the challenge. It was overcooked and tough. Work on the crust and they will have a winner! Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Poor customer service and arrogant. Tried to order pizza on phone. The phone service was down but somehow my several attempts to call them was actually going through but I could not hear anything. When I managed to get hold of them they were not interested to listen to my explanation. They threatened me with calling the police. I could not believe their attitude. If they don’t need the business I am more than happy to go some where else. I went to market of choice and got a great pizza with less money and great attitude.

The food looked good, but apparently we weren’t allowed to order it. We stood at the counter, the server looked at us and turned her back on us, then went outside and started bussing tables. We walked out past her and weren’t even acknowledged. Disappointed:(

Pegasus pizza has good pizza, but the real treat here is the wings! Oh, my goodness, they are so damn good it hurts. Even my wing-addicted boyfriend refuses to go anywhere but here or Toxic on River Road.

Great salads, but of you want pizza go to the campus location. I have been to the Oakway location twice and both times the pizza was not good but the salad was good. The pizza and people at the campus location have always been great.

So if you missed my previous post on Willamette st, they botched our order and sent us to oakway. When we got to oakway(10 – 15 mins) they had our pizza ready and waiting for us! Super friendly service and per usual great pizza– thank you oakway Pegasus!

Love their cheese and veggies pizza! Huge slice, unbeatable price, great place to grab a quick lunch. The edge of the dough was slightly over cooked but I’m okay with that. Going to have a glass of beer next time;)

The location of this Pegasus Pizza is fairly small, no large parties would be comfortable at this location. I would say it’s best for 2 – 3 people per table. My husband and I couldn’t decide between 2 pizzas, the associate suggested we do half and half. This is allowed on any size pizza except the small. We chose the Pesto Pollo and the Little Italy. Both were very delicious with complimenting flavors and I just loved the fresh basil on top of the Little Italy. The crust is hand tossed, which makes for a thinner crust. It’s not so thin were it feels like you’re eating a cracker with toppings though. Every slice was loaded with toppings and I left this place very satisfied. I would most definitely come back! One of the better pizza places in Eugene. I love family owned businesses and I like that this place wasn’t highly priced. It’s what you’d pay at any Artisan Pizza joint. Give Pegasus a try!

Pizza is good. But I would have to say I mainly go here for the gorgonzola pear salad. Or the strawberry summer salad. I find myself craving them. I go here a few times a month. I do like the Hawaii 5.0 pizza. It’s a new twist on BBQ chicken pizza but with pineapple. Oh and definitely grab a jacket it’s usually cold inside or out. Besides that I’m a returning customer.

Good pizza, tasty beer, decently fast service, all when I needed it. I will start this review with a warning: I wasn’t quite of sound mind when I dined at this fine establishment. It was a post-game meal consumed after quite a few game-time beers. While I wasn’t a full 3-sheets to the wind, I did have the fuel of the gods in my bloodstream, and that may well have affected my palate. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza I consumed at Pegasus. It did a good job on all 3 levels — tasty sauce, quality toppings and pretty good crust. Definitely not the best crust I’ve had, but well above par for your average pizzeria. I could do without the strip-mall environs, but I wasn’t there for the ambiance. In fact, I’d be a lot more likely in general to do take out here than to dine-in. While I don’t think it’s as good as the Bene that used to be here, it was hot, fresh, tasty and made with love, and it served me plenty good at the time. Mmmmmm… pizza.
