I’ve tried a lot of their milk tea as well as iced tea. They’re all delicious. Some of the must try are Mango Tea Creama, Rose Milk Tea Creama, Rose Iced Tea, Peach Olong Tea, Honey Milk Tea, … just anything honestly. I just won’t ever forget my experience drinking lavender milk tea in D.I.Y, the tea tasted exactly like soap… But Rabbit Hole’s Lavender Milk Tea also tastes delicious

Yum yum yum yum. I wish I could have this place everyday, seriously it’s THAT good. Milk tea tends to lack flavor and be a little watery but the rabbit hole seriously knows what they are doing, their rose milk tea is absolute perfection. It was my first time here today and I got the crème on top of my rose milk tea… I’ve never had anything like it, the crème was like this eggy, salty, crème… I DONTKNOW it was so good and a must try. Not to mention the boba has prefect consistency which is a big plus because you can mess that stuff up. The rabbit hole is an authentic, down to earth, awesome tea house, definitely recommend.

I love Rabbit Hole! Why? The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine. That’s a huge factor for me in any restaurant /tea or coffee shop. They let you have fun creating different drinks and exploring. They’ll even go out of their way to make you a sample. One staff members made me a baby crema so I could try it. Maybe that’s because I frequent this place but sheesh, she didn’t have too! They also have a high quality product. I have no problem paying $ 5 for a mango grapefruit with green & black tea — no ice with lychee jelly! Try it. That was today’s creation. It’s delicious. You should know that the teas aren’t a fast product, this isn’t soda. It’s truly a creation so patience is key! Take a seat if need be. It’s worth the wait and if you’re in a time crunch be vocal and they’ll do what they can to accommodate you. I’ve been there — trust me. You guys rock!

Fantastic little«Hole in the wall»(sorry — couldn’t resist that one!) for espresso drinks, teas of all kinds, and especially Taiwanese-style bubble milk-teas. Great selection of flavors for milk teas, as well as options for additional ingredients — I love the lychee, our son prefers classic boba tapioca pearls. Other options include egg custard, red bean, and taro balls. In fact, our 11 year-old son has become a true«Rabbit Hole» junkie — has his own punch card and specifically asked for a gift card from them for the holidays. As an interesting non-tea aside, they have an excellent northern Chinese-style cumin-flavored shredded beef sandwich with onions and jalapenos for about $ 5 that’s a great and unique treat. Served on classic flat bread(baked at another restaurant in town); very similar to a lamb sandwich I had while in Lanzhou, China. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable, and quality is excellent!

Be warned: they can get busy! By far my favorite place in all of Eugene to get tea. The taro balls topping it delicious, so is lychee jelly. Taro milk tea and passion mango green teas are my 2 favorite drinks. Go for no ice. It costs more but you get the most bang for your buck! Overall, casual atmosphere and great drinks. Staff is very nice as well.

The Rabbit Hole just gets better and better! My favorite treats to date are RH’s hot taro & ginger milk tea(with real chunks of taro), and the cumin & jalapeño lamb shaobing sandwich. The latter comes brimming with spicy and tender slices of lamb sandwiched between two savory pieces of rolled, unleavened flatbread. It’s a super warming meal to have alongside your boba.(Fingers crossed that RH will continue to roll out authentic & yummy savory & sweet snacks!) Tip: Make sure to let your tea-rista know how you’d like your drink to be customized! I always ask for«half sugar», but you can also specify whether you’d like more or less(25% or 75%), with or without ice, or with«half-ice».

This is my go to place for bubble teas. They have quite the selection. My favorites have been the rose bubble milk tea, ginger bubble milk tea, strawberry bubble milk tea, and the oolong, I love tropical fruits but found the mango milk tea was too sweet. I’ve had the matcha red bean once and thought it was an interesting change from my usual, though thought it wasn’t too bad either.

Decent at best. I used to work in a bubble tea shop and unfortunately, I spoiled myself by making milk teas to my own liking. And for that, I’ve ruined any other kind of milk tea anyone else will make for me. I will always criticize anyone else milk tea that is not mine. But, since I’ve moved down to Eugene, and far away from my beloved tools to make milk tea, I’ve settled with Rabbit Hole. It’s okay. It satisfies my craving and that makes me happy. There’s not much else to say about it. It’s decent. Decent taste, decent bubbles, and decent pricing. The flavors are great actually. Rose? GENIUS. But the actually rose petals inside the drink, so-so. I so wish I could make my own milk tea again. But for now I’ll settle wit Rabbit Hole until the end of my college career.

My favorite place for bubble tea! Crystal is the best! She is so knowledgeable about the menu and is always happy to answer any questions and make suggestions. This is the perfect spot to stop and work on homework, relax, or hang out while doing laundry at the connected laundromat.

I thought moving up to Eugene for college meant no longer satisfying my boba craves. Coming from the bay, I got a good amount of boba joints to choose from and my expectations are high. I love my milk tea, especially tea with milk foam! Fortunately for me, I found The Rabbit Hole! Strong tea taste, proportional amount of toppings, decent prices, and they have a milk foam! I believe it’s a new item called the white mustache? Although the milk foam was a bit on the thicker side like it wasn’t mixed well, it satisfied my craves! Plus, I had a choice of green or black tea! Most definitely coming back when I’m in need of boba!

Great milk tea flavor. Boba was a little soft but has good flavor. Nice to have more boba tea spots in Eugene.

The Rabbit Hole does excellent teas, specializing in Bubble tea, which was invented in Taiwan. The young owners are from Taiwan and feel it is authentic as it gets. Many other patrons there were talking in Taiwanese. The friendly barista helped me navigate the extensive menu helping me decide on a vegan and herbal selection. I ended up getting Mango Bubble Tea with Grass Jelly. The drink was amazingly delicious tasting fresh and flavorful. The grass jelly was super amazing as well! The Rabbit Hole probably made the best Bubble tea I ever had! If you have never had Bubble Tea than here is a great place to get turned on and if you have had it before see if you don’t agree with me that the Rabbit Hole makes some of the best Bubble tea anywhere. Be sure to bring your own coffee container mug to do your part to leave a light footprint on Momma Earth and Julia Butterfly Hill would be proud! I ended up bringing my own mug yet when I asked for a spoon I was given a plastic spoon so instead ended up using a plastic straw. That is my only minor qualm and a minor one at that. I could have easily brought my own spoon and cloth napkin. I will next time. I would suggest that the Rabbit Hole have silver spoons for patrons having their drinks there to make it this place easily 6 stars… bonus stars should be given on Unilocal! The place was busy with good reason yet many people took their beverages to go which was good since the seating area was small inside yet we still had no trouble finding seats. The Rabbit Hole is right next to a Laundromat on a fairly otherwise quiet street. My friend and I found a nice table to enjoy catching up. The Pacific Northwest is known for having great coffee and this is the region that spawned Starbucks for better or worse. Yet I love the smell of roasted coffee beans I don’t drink coffee and am sensitive to caffeine. In fact the only caffeine I have is in chocolate and this is in such a small quantity it doesn’t compare to that of drinking a cup of coffee. As a result I have grown to love good herbal tea. Eugene is lucky to have Townshend and now the Rabbit Hole will be another favorite to frequent, as I will joyfully explore a lot more of the extensive menu.

A very convenient location for me. This place makes having to do my laundry at a laundromat something I actually look forward to. Once a week my boyfriend and I frequent this place while we wait for our clothes. I, admittedly, have only tried their bubble teas, but I vow I’ll break the cycle and try something else one day! I’d like to see the extent of their tea-brewing abilities. That being said, I’m always happy with the bubble teas I get. Nice, relaxed atmosphere and consistently friendly service.

To be honest, this isn’t the best bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life. I’m from L. A, which is seriously like the«home» of bubble tea/boba. Obviously, if ya’ll wanted some heavenly bubble tea you’d probably have to find it somewhere in California! BUT because we’re here in little ol’ Eugene this is probably your best bet to find high quality bubble tea drinks that don’t have old, stale bubbles floating around in your beverage. Sometimes the drinks can get a little bit on the sweet side, but I’m assuming you could ask for modifications if it’s really necessary. Also, their egg pudding is so yummy, I always get that in my drinks! I highly recommend for everyone to at least try this place out!

I love me some bubble tea so thank goodness for another bubble tea place in Eugene!!! Strange location, kind of hidden next to a laundromat. Very few parking spaces/street parking. The place is super cute and has such a zen vibe to it. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your beverage. So many options!!! Ice tea, bubble tea, milk tea, lattes, Yakut(still not sure what it is but boy was it tasty!), other coffee beverages and hot tea. I myself normally only get taro milk tea with tapioca pearls but this place made me branch out the next two times I went. The honey pomelo ice tea with honey aloe jellies– delicious Taro bubble tea with egg pudding… Sounded strange but they suggested it when they ran out of bubbles and it was surprisingly really creamy and yummy. My friend got different ones from me the 3 times we went and I tasted all of hers and of course they were all divine! Another thing I love is their selection of «toppings» pearls, mini pearls, red bean, egg pudding, coffee jelly, lychee jelly, aloe jelly, and grass jelly! And of course I can’t forget about the two lovely ladies who work there, they are super friendly and have such welcoming personalities. They tried to convince me to try the grass jellies but I’m not sure if I am that adventurous yet. The endless combinations of new beverages I can try here, are going to keep me coming back time after time! What will I try next…

Imagine my utter delight as I happened upon the sign: The Rabbit Hole — Tea Bar. All I can say is, FINALLY! I know we have tea shops here in Eugene but not nearly enough as there could be in my opinion. Just look at how many coffee shops we have in comparison. And tea is such a diverse drink that can be served in so many different ways besides hot. Enter The Rabbit Hole who in addition to serving hot, loose leaf tea also serve milk tea, iced tea and, yes, coffee. But coffee is not the main attraction here. Their biggest menu item, bubble tea, is. In my opinion, out of all the places that offer bubble tea in Eugene this one is the best. Bear in mind I’ve only been here once so I’ve only tried one thing and sampled my hubby’s drink but they both tasted great! I ordered a rose milk tea turned bubble tea with lychee jellies and while I’m not exactly sure how they make their bubble teas I can tell by how long it took them to prepare our drinks that it was probably one the reasons it tasted so yumalicious. It even had actual rose petals in the drink! The atmosphere was totally chill and I loved their choice of music. Also, seeing two, absolutely adorable baby bunnies, which I assumed belonged to the owner, was a treat. ^.^ Thank you Rabbit Hole for coming to town! I look forward to trying more of what you have to offer in the very near future.

I’m so happy I can find a Taiwan milk tea bar like this place, all the drinks made from daily fresh tea, when u are drinking it, u can taste it’s very smooth as silk, instead of the powder-shaken tea, and machine-shaken’s rough feel in your mouth. And they offer Chinese tea, not tea bags, they are tea leaves. I know American had different habits to drink tea. Using bags and take tea bags out(I am really confused about it) but that’s okay, if you want to try the real tea from China you definitely can come to this place! the ladies can help you brew a pot of tea. Hey, Take a book! Yesterday i tasted their Mocha, it’s not too sweet, not too bitter, call it nice balance ~ the equipment is really professional, maybe that’s where the money going… haha

I don’t need anything else in a tea bar. Rabbit Hole has new-to-me varieties, exciting concoctions, and high quality. The atmosphere is laid back, comfortable, and you’re not battling to get a table. The staff is more than friendly and helpful and fast. They help you with varieties and when I went in had a delicious free sample of an iced honey something or other(sorry) that was amazing. They even have complete tea ceremonies for $ 10. I will be back to try it all!

Looking for the best tea place in town(honestly, best in Oregon)? You got it. Rabbit Hole uses real leaf to brew their tea. You can taste the flavor with every sip you take. Even with their wide range of flavors/drinks the quality stays consistent and just fantastic! They even serve them HOT. Where else can you find that?! Their bubble tea toppings options are insane: regular tapioca, mini tapioca, egg pudding, coffee jelly, rainbow jelly… you name it. I love all the options they have here. Fun, friendly and relaxing place to be. Perfect if you’re looking for a place to study, hang out, surf online, or just sit back & enjoy some authentic Taiwanese bubble tea.
