Amazing service! Excellent food! Nothing fancy from the outside. The friendly service, low prices and great food made us glad we stopped. The daily special(sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice) was $ 3.60! Would definitely recommend!

Chose this restaurant based on Unilocal reviews. From Medford area, in Eugene for the day so had no idea where to go. Obviously a family run restaurant, kids playing on one table. No fancy décor but appeared clean. Now about the food… started with potstickers with chives which were awesome. The sauce that came with them not so good but didn’t need it. I had a combo plate with pan fried noodles, chicken veggies and sweet n sour chicken. Both were excellent, fresh noodles and fresh veggies and crispy bartered chicken. Add the friendly service and reasonable pricing this was well worth hinging on Unilocal

The best and only Chinese restaurant my husband and I will eat at. The food is amazing. We have never had a mediocre experience. The family who works here is friendly and enhance the overall experience. We have never had a long wait time for in-house dining or take out, and the price is reasonable considering how expensive other restaurants are for lesser quality food in my opinion. Recommend to anyone who loves Chinese and family operations.

Super cheap. Food is fire. Been going there since I was 11. I’m 35 now. Family owned as well. Btw, you’ll never meet friendlier people helpin you out. The best.

Not impressed with this place at all! The egg rolls had too much 5 spice and are made flat, not the shape of a normal egg roll. Not tasty at all! The wontons that usually come stuffed with something inside, were made flat like a giant chip. It’s as if the cooks were to lazy to make shapes so they made them the easy way. The sweet and sour chicken was oily and bland, no flavor. The service was decent. The food gave me a terrible stomach ache. My husband isn’t picky about his food and he did not enjoy it either. There were a few regulars in there but I can’t imagine what they like about the food there. Avoid this place if possible!

I have to say I’m really sorry for those people that think this is the best Chinese place in Eugene. This was the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The shrimp was fishy, the rice was bland and dry, the spring egg roll was not only flat and huge, it was literally inedible. Also the pot stickers that they rave about were rubbery and bland. The best part of the meal was the sweet and sour chicken, and I would only give that a 2.

I’ve never enjoyed an egg flower soup as much as this friends and I always order the pot stickers too. I don’t love many Chinese restaurants but this one is hands down the winner.

Did I go on a bad night? We ordered an appetizer and three dinners. All of the food, except the rice and sub gum, were overcooked. Just deep fried dry meats. Our two egg rolls were so overcooked that there was nothing inside. It was nearly unrecognizable. My entire family is currently sitting at the dinner table eating bowls of cereal and I’m $ 35 in the garbage. Bummer, since it was well reviewed and chose to home.

Food was pretty good. Kung pao chicken was definitely not my favorite had too many vegetables. But the service was wonderful and the people were very friendly. The location was a little strange at first but worth the daring drive to check it out.

OMG!!! Five stars couldn’t be enough to rate this restaurant. Egg roll was amazing. The pot stickers were fresh and so chewy. The green beans and shrimp with the black bean sauce was easily the BESTGREENBEANDISH I’VEEVERHAD!!! Hands down. I would drive from Portland to Eugene just for that! The General Tso’s tasted like fried chicken and, again, very very fresh. One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever had! And the biggest surprise? The FORTUNECOOKIESWEREBEYONDDIVINE, LIKETHEYWEREHOMEMADE!

Our favorite Chinese restaurant! We live over a half hour away and have several places closer to home.. But it’s worth the drive every time! We always always get the Kung pow extra spicy and the General tso. It’s perfectly fried, not too doughy. Egg flour soup is spot on.

Wonderful and friendly staff/owners, accommodating menu(I traded chicken for tofu on a chicken plate and ordered lo mein instead of rice and there were no questions asked and it was made and quickly served. Thanks!

Pot stickers were very good! We had the chicken and chive. One side really crispy which was enjoyed. We added hot peppers and soy to the sauce they came with. Beef Lo Mein was really good. Sauce was light and delicious. Noodles had a little crispness to them with was a yummy surprise. Beef was cooked nicely, not overdone. Overall everything we tried so far was really good and fresh. Will be coming back especially for pot stickers :-) we love Lok Yaun(portion size and always yummy) but this place is different flavored and way closer to where we live.

As a couple, my husband and I love to eat Chinese food. We just moved to Eugene a couple of weeks ago so we are on the hunt for our new«go-to» place for Chinese. Unfortunately I don’t think this will be it, unless nothing else turns out to be better. It wasn’t that bad but it just wasn’t wowing. Just your typical American-Chinese food. I called in an order for pick-up and my husband went to get it. He said it was right next to a dog groomers. I liked the egg rolls but my husband did not. The pork fried rice was fine just not a ton of flavor. And I wasn’t crazy about the sweet & sour chicken or the fried shrimp(I have had way better). The prices are pretty good, for $ 25 we both at until we were full and have enough for us both to eat again. Bottom line is I will keep hunting for better Chinese food but I won’t count this place out just yet.

Went for the first time last night and my initial impression was, «Wow! This place must be really good». It was totally packed but there happened to be a couple tables left open still, so we were seated right away. Our server was hands down one of the best I’ve ever experienced. He was very friendly and engaging, willing to answer questions, willing to accommodate us in every way. My friend and I were very impressed and thought he might be the owner. Regardless, this man cares about his job and his customer. He seemed to be very familiar with many guests, proving that they have customer loyalty and I can see why. We even stayed a while after we finished to catch up and never once felt pressured to leave. I ordered Ginger Chicken and it was really, really good. My friend got the Kung Bo Chicken and although I liked my dish better, it was still tasty. I also liked that it wasn’t overloaded with oil. I was very happy and I look forward to trying other things! Not only that but I got enough food for two meals and it cost $ 8 with a shared pot of tea. Definitely one of the better Asian restaurants in town. I will for sure be back!

Extremely disappointed in food. Paid over $ 50 for take-out only to come home and find that it was completely inedible. Chicken was dried out, like several day-old chicken. Broccoli beef was grey in color and slimy. Called and spoke to manager Chris, who took the complaint personally and asked if we were«threatening him» when we said that we would put a review on Unilocal if he could not help us and then promptly hung up on us. Weird that all of these reviews and pics look staged?!
