I really don’t understand why every car has to pull up even when you’re only ordering ice cream. I think this is scamming the system for their service level. Like they are getting the orders out fast but really they are making the customer pull up and wait.

I usually grab a belt buster and fries but then one night my fries tasted so dry like they say under a heat lamp for 3 hours and I had to choke them down so the next night I asked for fresh fries. They were not as dry but a little on the brown side and may have been re-fried AND the burger was cold, stale… cheese was cold, bun was hard on one side(stale) and soggy on the other side because they don’t get all the excess water off the topping before they slosh them on top I would guess. The guy at the drive thru was very nice but after having 2 bad experiences back to back I have decided I won’t be spending my $ 10 here anymore. I will be going to Burger Box almost across the street(which is locally owned) and NEVER messes up my order EVER. Goodbye DQ and I hope you get your shit together soon before you end up closing down this store for bad food.

As an ice cream place I would expect them to have chocolate ice cream. Vanilla with chocolate syrup just isn’t the same. But the service is great. Very friendly cashiers.

We went for lunch 02÷12÷16 and they didn’t do $ 5 for 4. Very disappointed. Been to a few DQ’s and they have. :-(((

A prime example of fast food — at sit down full service restaurant prices. Service was decent as well the food but entirely outrageous on price point. Restaurant seemed clean

Order is wrong yet again. I ordered chicken and received steak. I love Dairy Queen but this one seems to be among the worst. Check your order before you drive off.

This is the most mismanaged restaurant I have ever been to. Every time I come here, they are out of what I want. Last time they were out of milk and could not make a shake. This time they were out of malt, so no malts. How does a DVD run out of milk? Someone is not watching inventory and ordering when low. It goes back to mismanagement. I won’t return again.

I’m usually a fan of DQ from the burgers to the nachos and who doesn’t love a blizzard… but this specific location is terrible! I had a craving for a burger and visited here around 10 pm. Burgers were cold cheese wasn’t even melted fries were stale service was horrible! If you want even a half way decent burger do yourself a favor and visit a different location.

This DQ is the first one that I knew of to pop up in our general area after not having on in the mid-cities for quite some time. So far we’ve never had any issues coming here, the bathrooms could use a little work because they always smell a little funky, but in general for the area this location is one of the best up kept of the fast food places. I don’t know if its because its newer than most of the places off of Euless main, or off the main highway track or what. Prices are on a little bit more on the higher side for fast food but the deserts are what we come for. I do wish for the price of a blizzard that you actually get whatever topping you picked all the way to the bottom. Recently when I’ve gotten an oreo blizard the top ½ is loaded with oreos, slightly less in the first ¼ of that 2nd half and the bottom ¼ have just the ice cream. Though if that is my only complaint then that isn’t too bad.

The only thing consistent about this DQ is that the order is always wrong. Not just in the drive through, at the counter as well. I get home with my order, there’s a sticker on it that says it’s been double checked to make sure it’s right… guess what, it’s not right. If there was a negative star rating, id definitely give this location a negative 5. I go to this location at least once a week and something is always messed up. I must be a glutton for punishment or need to have my fucking head examined for giving it another chance. I’ve called to complain about the service and quality of the food. The only response given by a manager is that he’d give me a free meal. Why would I want a free meal if it’s never going to be right. Note to the manager. Manage your store correctly or quit hiring morons that don’t pay attention to what they are doing. I really hope the owners of this franchise read this review.

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite past times. I grew up on DQ! I really love this location. Although it is fairly new, it is still very well maintained. I really haven’t had a bad experience here yet. It is really hit or miss on crowds. Sometimes this place is empty and other times the drive thru had a long line with really no rhyme or reason. If you want ice cream, DQ is always the best. While it’s not too close to my house, it’s always worth the drive!

Dairy Queen is a favorite fast food restaurant of mine, but this particular franchise location has not done a good job representing the company by my estimation. The pace of service is slow to say the least, and orders seem consistently wrong. There appears to be plenty of employees, but not much oversight into what they’re doing and how they’re doing it. Another peculiar thing I’ve noticed is this location’s higher than average prices. Last time I checked this wasn’t in a ritzy area per say, so I’m not quite sure what would justify their higher pricing structure. A triple cheese burger with a small Blizzard instead of a fountain drink is nearly $ 12(small fries), while at other Dairy Queens this same combination is significantly less. I was very excited when I first heard this area was getting DQ back, but I have been let down in a sense by this location. Despite the overwhelming amount of issues the restaurant seems like it’s fairly busy, which is confusing especially given the reviews here.

I just went through the drive through. I have to say I’ve been here several times and rarely through the drive through. In fact, I make every effort to persuade my other half(David) and whoever else is with us, into not going through a drive through. The reason is simple, my food always seems sub-par, compared to indoor/sit down eating at any given fast food establishment. My experience tonight was exactly three stars. I ate all my food but it would have been better inside. Maybe I’m jaded, realistically speaking, it’s just fast food. However, I enjoy hot fresh food in any circumstance and faster food is no exception in my opinion. I will be back, and might even get the same thing. Tonight I had steak fingers from the cooked 15 – 20 minutes ago section of the heat lamps. The fries were ok too, maybe it was the plastic bag moisture that got the best of them. Neither condition prevented me from eating my meal. I even tried a few bites of my husband’s hunger buster… which I keep saying, «I’ll get that next time.» I must hold myself accountable and just order it! Friend me if you’re friendly! SYOY

My Husband went there two nights ago to get a blizzard. The girl working was mopping floors and preceded to make his Blizzard She NEVER washed her hands. Well guess who has been sick for two days you betcha. Husband has been sick sick. I tried to let Dairy Queen know and the contact info is wrong or says not in operating order. Now I know why I NEVER eat there. Might need to call health department.

It’s too High Priced for what it is. When they first opened I couldn’t wait to visit. Now it’s ran by teenagers with no training. The couple next to us got a burger that they didn’t even put a patty in it, then started laughing when it was pointed out. You now get 10 fries to an order if you are lucky. 2 people cost $ 20+ and that’s with their Meal Deals! I’d buy more ice cream cakes if they didn’t cost a lot.

This is a first class Dairy Queen restaurant. I haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in a number of years, just one lives up to its reputation. It’s clean the staff is friendly efficient the food was fresh and hot maid to order. This location has free WiFi large screen TVs and satellite radio. I recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone who’s in the neighborhood, come on by and check them out.

This dairy queen opened in 2013 and was the talk of euless. To me a dq is a dq. The only thing I like about dq is their blizzards. They must be proud of their ice cream because it ain’t cheap, even for a small. They charge extra for EXTRA topping. I personally have never had a problem here but I don’t think they can screw up an ice cream order. I use to get the chicken country basket but now they just taste funny to me. I ll stick to the ice cream…

i bought a cake here for Mother’s Day that was lovely and tasty. In a subsequent visit, I tried a small sundae and it was just disgusting. Go to Sonic for better quality.

We only come here for the Blizzards. The first time I came here I got the oreo blizzard which was fantastic. The second time around, it was just okay. If I am ever craving a blizzard, I’ll come here. There is plenty of parking and its not as crowded as it used to be when it first opened.
